THE AUTHOR OF THIS BRILLIANTLY DEPICTED
TARGETING PROGRAM OPERATION’S IDENTITY IS UNKNOWN
A beneficial read for Targeted Individuals and those with little knowledge of a great, covert, evil at play today whose goal is ultimate testing for mass population control and by numerous accounts technological murder!
NOTE: The weapon systems describe herein become lethal when used around the clock on targeted individuals. This makes the “less than lethal or non-lethal” misnomer a total deception.
DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS – MY STORY
Dated: March 16, 2008
Chapter 1: My Story Begins
I began writing my account as a victim of involuntary testing with covert infrasonic and microwave (directed energy weapons) weapons about three years after the incidents began (about ten years ago). At first, I thought I was a target of a misguided law enforcement investigation. However, as time progressed the true motives behind this attack began to surface. I have written parts of my story as a fictionalized account for two reasons. First, the reader will not fully grasp what is happening to me with a dry accounting of facts. A sense of context, “the full picture” is better grasped by fictionalizing parts of the account to flesh out details. Secondly, there are many who will attack me for telling my story. They will question its veracity and my sanity. For those who do, I give an easy way out. They can view it as a work of fiction and nothing more. However, the reasonable, open mind may well see the truth in my account.
Cherry Blossoms, Newark, NJ
ONE EVENING the nightmare begins. Without warning, you realize that you are the target of a cruel, unending campaign of psychological battering and torture with through-the-wall surveillance / hi-tech microwave and acoustic based weapons. You are never spoken to, never accused of a crime. Yet, the abuse continues for years. You are battered with covert through-the-wall weapons from adjoining apartments or nearby homes while you sleep at night. A coordinated campaign of psychological attacks occurs during the day. Its purpose is to wear you down, forcing you to react in a way that results in incarceration, homelessness, being declared mentally ill, suicide or death. Their mission is to isolate and destroy you mentally and physically. They will not stop until that is accomplished. It is all done covertly so that you cannot seek justice nor provide evidence of your abuse. Individuals cooperating in this cruel campaign are planted among your neighbors, workmates, and even in your place of worship. They provide a barrage of humiliating encounters while seeking to destroy your reputation.
This government surveillance and harassment uses a bogus “criminal investigation” as a cover, both to destroy your reputation and as an excuse for constant surveillance. It’s true motive is the testing of covert untraceable through-the-wall weapons and psychological warfare. You are chosen as a victim of this testing without consent.
In this revealing account that begins in Newark, New Jersey and is currently based in Phoenix, AZ (as of 2009, relocated back to Newark, NJ), we read one victims story of justice perverted. It reveals how covert new torture technologies give government agencies the power to target persons through the walls of their homes when coupled with through-the-wall surveillance. Perhaps, most importantly, this is a story of unbreakable integrity, courage and restraint by a man of faith under attack.

Chapter 2: He Came, He Saw, He Scowled . . .
I am The Victim, and this is the first installment of my diary . . .
It was about four months after moving into the Pavilion Apartments on Broad Street (Newark, New Jersey, USA) that I first saw him. One late summer day, after arriving home from work, I noticed him by the convenience store on the first floor. He was a white Hispanic, perhaps in his late 30’s, dressed in nondescript street clothing. His one dominant physical trait was an intense, piercing scowl. I could feel the heat of his stare as I waited for the elevator. “Why are you angry at me?” I wondered to myself. I had never seen him before. Yet, his piercing scowl insisted that he knew me. However, he said nothing. After boarding the elevator, I quickly forgot about him.
In the days immediately following, I began to see the “Scowler” more frequently as I entered and left my residence. He would always be in the lobby or just outside the main entrance. His furrowed brow and ill-tempered glare were always focused on me. I did not recognize him as a tenant, nor did he appear to associate with any tenants or workers. Yet he always had that scowl . . . never saying a word . . . this was getting weird.
One day, I came down to the lobby to use the pay phone. I was having problems with the phone in my apartment, and called for repairs. My call, it seemed, had attracted the ill-tempered attention of the “Scowler.” He stood about ten feet away, trying to follow my conversation. As always, he said nothing as he stared. I finished my call and left wondering who this man is, and why he seemed so interested in me. Little did I know that a chain of events that shortly followed would draw me into a confrontation with the “Scowler.”
After retiring one night soon afterward, I was suddenly awakened by an incredible level of noise coming from the apartment above mine. The racket was intense. There were shouts, cursing, banging on the floor, stomping . . . a real production. It seemed that each time I started to doze off, the cacophony would became even louder. This went on from about 12 midnight to four o’clock in the morning. Up until this evening, I had never heard a sound from the apartment above mine. In fact, I thought it was vacant. The noise seemed purposeful, intended to harass. It was focused directly above my bed and appeared to be the work of at least two or three individuals.
I wondered if I was the target of harassment. And, if so, why? I was a good tenant, quiet . . . my rent was paid . . . I had made no enemies I knew of . . . This was bizarre. However, I decided not to react too quickly. Perhaps I was making more of this than I needed to. I did not call the police or complain to the building management. Maybe it was an isolated incident that would not repeat itself in the future.
I got up at 6 in the morning, sleepless and tired, to prepare for work. All was now quiet. I showered and dressed. After leaving my apartment, I took the elevator to the lobby. The elevator was empty and immediately available. That is unusual for this time of the morning when the elevator is usually packed with people rushing to work. Perhaps what happened next explains why.
Upon leaving the elevator, the first face I saw was that of the “Scowler.” He stood directly in my line of vision and blocked the path I take to exit the building. The “Scowler” wanted my attention. His menacing gaze was, as always, focused on me. Standing behind him were about seven of the maintenance workers in the building, including the Superintendent. It seemed that they had formed an audience for just this encounter. The “Scowler’s” mouth had a crooked, self-satisfied grin that was both mocking and challenging. Still, he said nothing . . . However, it was clear from his stance and countenance that I was being lured into a confrontation.
The noisy harassment of the past evening started to flood my thoughts. Was the Scowler responsible for the harassment I had just experienced? It seemed logical to connect his sudden appearance with that event. What was the intent behind all of this? Who is this “Scowler?”
What would you do if you were in my shoes? You are tired, robbed of a good night’s sleep, and suddenly face someone whose hostile attitude and menacing stance suggests that he is responsible for it all. How do you respond in that instant? Would you accuse him? Have harsh words? Lose your temper? Could it escalate to violence? Also, what would be the consequences if you acted rashly, emotionally, without thinking first?
In the fraction of time it took me to take my first step out of that elevator, I said a quick prayer. That is something I always do when under pressure. That prayer instantly brought a small proverb to mind; “return evil for evil to no one.” (Romans 12:17) By the time I took my third step towards the “Scowler,” I was smiling. I knew how I should respond. I greeted everyone with a warm “good morning,” navigated my way through the maze of individuals and exited the building. No anger, no accusations, no lost temper.
As I walked, all eyes seemed to follow me to the door, especially those of the “Scowler.” I felt a strong sense of relief, knowing that I had responded wisely. I also had the feeling that I had foiled a nasty scheme. But who was my antagonist? Who is the “Scowler?” Was he involved in the harassment I experienced the night before in some way? If so, than I had just survived a sophisticated psychological attack. If I had acted rashly, on impulse, it would have instantly destroyed a good reputation I enjoyed among my neighbors. I both marveled at the sophistication of this attack, and wondered about its intent. I also wondered if it really was an attack or merely a string of coincidences.
It proved to be no coincidence. You see, the “Scowler” would quickly make his presence felt again. And, I would receive my first clue to his identity. Read about it in the next installment of my account of involuntary testing with covert through-the-wall torture technology.
Chapter 3: Creating The Great Deception
The Victims’ Diary: “The insight of a man certainly slows down his anger.” – Proverbs 19:11
I came home from work that day’s end full of apprehension and fear. What was the “Scowler’s” next move? As I entered the Pavilion’s lobby, all seemed unnaturally quiet. It was empty except for the usual security guard. No “Scowler”. . . no onlookers . . . no drama.
However, before the evening passed, I received my first clue regarding the identity of my antagonists. I imagined that the management of my residence was harassing me for some unknown reason. Perhaps they were converting to co-op’s, and wanted tenants to vacate their apartments. . . Maybe someone in management simply did not like me. . . Was a slanderous rumor being spread about me by a hateful neighbor? These were the only plausible excuses I could come up with.
“Hey man, how’s it going? Listen . . . stay clean, because they are out to get you in the worst way . . .” So began the brief but revealing conversation that focused my thoughts on the source of my persecution. I was the target of a criminal investigation! For the past few months more than a few among the Pavilion management and fellow tenants were aware of this.
Living in the starkly postmodern Pavilion Apartments, sheathed with floor-to-ceiling glass windows was like living in a literal glass house. However, I “lived in a glass house” in the metaphorical sense as well. People knew your business pretty well here. They knew when you left for work and when you came home; who your friends are; what you do on the weekends . . . If you indulged in any vices they certainly knew that too. Yet, within that small community I had rightfully earned a good name. I worked honestly, and lived quietly. I believe that it was my good name that prompted this acquaintance to warn me of law enforcement’s interest in me.
The idea that I was the target of a criminal investigation was actually a bit of a relief. I was relieved that my landlord had nothing to do with this. I loved my apartment and did not want to move. I had no worries about a criminal investigation. I had never engaged in any form of criminal activity. I was certain that their investigation would only validate that fact.
The evening proceeded quietly. The dark drama I experienced earlier was like a strong dose of caffeine that began to wear off. At around 11:30 that evening I went to bed hoping to capture some of the sleep stolen from me the night before. All was quiet.. but not for long. At exactly 12:00 midnight I was rudely awakened by a sudden eruption of clamor from the apartment above! They’re back! The Scowler (or his henchmen) had returned!
This assault was a perfect replica of what I endured the night before. The noise, stomping, and loud profane voices bounced off my bedroom walls. I now faced a second night of stolen sleep and harassment. What should I do? If law enforcement agents are my antagonists, what would happen if I called the police to complain? I did not want a confrontation, just a good night’s sleep.
Forced to lay awake for the second night in a row by this assault, I began to analyze my situation. This scheme was not the improvised efforts of a ragtag group of local police officers. I sensed that it was a well-crafted, thoroughly rehearsed technique that reflected expertise in psychology and surveillance. The participants knew their roles well and stuck to a script.
Rather than beat me physically, they were seeking to beat me by attacking my emotions and injuring my pride. I had been rudely deprived of sleep for over 36 hours. Also, I was subject to a series of actions designed to humiliate me and provoke an angered response. They had also provided a target for my anger . . . the “Scowler.”
Sleep deprivation and psychological conditioning are techniques usually associated with the military, not law enforcement. I did not imagine that this was something taught in Newark Police Academy to local officers . . . However, it would probably be well known to Federal law enforcement agents . . . such as those in the FBI or DEA, two Federal agencies with branch offices in Newark. In fact, the New York Times has referred to the FBI as “quasi-military” in culture.
But why is this happening to me? Based upon what I was told, I was the target of a secretly conducted criminal investigation for at least six months (it seems that it was only secret to me). I don’t know why I was their target, but I do now what they found. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. In a rather odd way this situation was a source of great pride for me. I routinely lived by a standard of conduct higher than that required by law. I was not perfect, but I never engaged in unlawful activity. I took great pride in knowing that any scrutiny on their part would only confirm that. Perhaps this new “stage” of the investigation was born out of their frustration in finding any evidence of wrongdoing.
If they could push me to commit an act of public rage, preferably directed toward a law enforcement officer (the “Scowler”), it would create the perception that I was indeed the person they claimed me to be. It would appear to onlookers that my anger was entirely unprovoked. I would look like a dangerous nut! Were they putting themselves and fellow officers in harm’s way with such a scheme? No, not really. From their surveillance, they knew that I had no weapons of any kind. Nor was I a trained combatant. I was simply one unarmed, innocent man. Also, as I later discovered, there are a number of plainclothes and uniformed officers never more than seconds away who would respond to any foolish act on my part with overwhelming force.
I needed a strategy to successfully cope with this scheme. Therefore, I made two key decisions that evening that have proven to be extremely wise over the past six years of harassment.
First, I decided never to view my antagonists as enemies. In fact, I determined never to allow myself to develop any anger towards them. Why not? Because a primary objective of this harassment was to condition me to adopt an adversarial view of law enforcement officers. I refused to do so. I have always respected law enforcement officers and would continue to do so.
If I allowed anger and bitterness to overcome me, it would only be a matter of time before I lost control. Indeed, exploiting this basic human frailty is a central component of their psychological harassment. They sought to distress me until I responded in a fit of rage. Any hostile act on my part would instantly be met with incarceration or overwhelming force. They had the law on their side. They had the right to “retaliate” with deadly force–I did not. Therefore, I never allowed myself to feel any anger toward them. It would only be self-destructive in the long-run.
My second decision was this: No matter how far my antagonists stepped outside the law, I would not follow. As you will see, this investigation is conducted in a way to make it almost impossible for me to gain relief under “the rule of law.” I would rather undergo persecution than do anything illegal to end the suffering or retaliate. I had to show respect for the law, whether they chose to, or not.
Anyhow, let’s get back to the “Scowler,” who was hard at work harassing me in the upstairs apartment. As morning approached, I knew that I had to face him again. But I had a plan. If the events of the past morning held true, the “Scowler” wanted to make a spectacle of me . . . again. Fine, I will be a spectacle! But not quite the way the “Scowler” imagined . . . At 6:30 AM I began to prepare for another day’s work, not having slept for two nights in a row.
I decided to dress for my audience with the “Scowler” and his onlookers. I choose my best suit, a well-tailored lightweight charcoal wool pinstripe that I usually reserve for important meetings or interviews. Along with that, I selected a perfectly starched white Pima cotton shirt and a silver foulard silk tie. I also took a bit of extra time polishing my best cap-toe oxfords. I completed the outfit with a white handkerchief carefully folded in my jacket’s breast pocket.
As I left my apartment and approached the elevator that would whisk me to the drama waiting in the lobby, I began to smile to myself. The “Scowler” wanted an out-of-control Black thug. Instead, what he would get is a smiling, well-spoken, well-mannered, tastefully attired Black professional. And what’s more, I was going to be shaking hands, kissing babies and working the crowd like I just won an election!
The elevator stopped at the lobby and the doors slowly opened. And, as expected, there was the “Scowler!” I strode from the elevator with a big smile, ready to work the crowd. But, there was no crowd . . . the “Scowler” was the only person in the lobby. He quickly averted his gaze as I strolled past him. I was a bit disappointed. I really expected an audience like yesterday . . . not just the “Scowler.” I said nothing to him and proceeded on my way to work.
I was feeling good. As the day progressed, I thought about what could have happened had I lost my temper that morning. Even though the “Scowler” appeared to be alone in the lobby, I’m certain he was not. His fellow officers/agents were no doubt hiding in the background ready to pounce if I “acted up.” Also, surveillance cameras were carefully recording every nuance and gesture. I had won the battle for that day. By keeping a cool head and thinking things through, I had avoided danger.
I never saw the “Scowler” again. Yet my trials were just beginning . . . What I have experienced over the past six years revealed a side of law enforcement you never see portrayed in the movies . . . and for good reason, as you will soon discover.
What I was led to believe regarding a “criminal investigation” proves to be a deception! Get the truth in the next installment,
Chapter 4: New X-Ray Surveillance Tools Part I
“All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.“ – Galileo Galilei
How do you feel about your right to privacy? Suppose your neighbor possessed technology capable of remotely recording detailed images of you in your home, through your walls, through your clothing? What if that technology could be used indiscriminately, without the control of laws or search warrants?
That is now possible! Surveillance tools are currently being manufactured that have the following characteristics:
The ability to see through walls, and most common construction materials. The ability to generate detailed through-the-clothing images of individuals in the room or home under surveillance. The units can be operated remotely from a nearby home or apartment. The units can track movement, and monitor speech, heartbeat, pulse, and other bodily functions remotely. The units can provide precise distance measurements for targeting individuals under surveillance with weapons. The units are portable, silent, and can be disguised or hidden in a typical residential home or apartment.
Surveillance technology with these capabilities has been commercially available for the past ten years. However, it has only been in the last five years that details regarding it have become widely available. Why? Because the companies who manufactured this technology previously for covert purposes have rushed to remarket it for the lucrative new anti-terrorism / homeland security market that occurred after the 9/11 terrorist attack. However, these surveillance tools have been quietly marketed to law enforcement agencies since their development.
You may already be familiar with this technology, and not be aware of it. When your luggage is inspected at an airport, it may be scanned by security devices that “see” through your belongings to detect the shape of a gun, knife, or other weapon. That device may use Millimeter Wave technology. Millimeter Waves (see box below) are a form of non-ionizing radiation that can be used to create a see-through image not only of luggage, but also of a fully clothed human. In fact, the image it creates, in effect, strips you of all clothing.

In the November, 2003 issue of National Geographic Magazine, a special series of articles on surveillance entitled “Watching You” commented on the “x-ray” imaging ability of millimeter wave (or backscatter x-ray) devices by stating that “privacy concerns have sent the creators back to the drawing board in search of a way to blur bodily details.” Interestingly, the author coined the phrase “Virtual Strip Search” to describe this technology. The New York Times Magazine of Jan, 4, 2004 in an essay entitled “Naked Terror” had more to say regarding millimeter wave “x-ray” technology. The author, Jeffrey Rosen coined the phrase “Naked Machine” to describe these devices. He writes: “A kind of electronic strip search, the Naked Machine bounces a low-energy X-ray beam off the human body. In addition to exposing any metal, ceramic or plastic objects that are concealed by clothing, the Naked Machine also produces an anatomically correct naked image of everyone it scrutinizes.”

NOTE: Glorified violence in movies, television, has intentionally produced a desensitized population working on deadly technology.
The ability of this technology to render highly detailed through-the-clothing images of the body is also commented on by a leading developer of the technology, Pacific Northwest Laboratories (PNL), a division of the United States Department of Energy. “With the system’s success came questions about its potential to display the unclothed physical features of a person being scanned to the operator running the machine.

Clearly, Millimeter-Wave Imaging (see article What Are Millimeter Waves) provides highly detailed, through-the-clothing images that can be useful in covert, remote surveillance.

However, can this technology be used to see through the walls of homes and apartments? If so, is there any evidence to show that it is being used for that purpose by law enforcement agencies? And, more importantly, what weapons are used in conjunction with these surveillance tools? We will consider that in our next installment.

Chapter 4: New X-Ray Surveillance Tools Part II
“High Tech Cop Tools See Through Walls.”
So read the headline of an article released by United Press International, one of the world’s most respected news agencies, on April 17, 2001. The article discussed portable devices that enable law enforcement officers to “detect a human’s presence through doors and walls up to 8 inches thick.” Funding for the development of this device was provided “in 1998 from the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), a division of the U.S. Justice Department” according to a Daily University Science News article. In reading both articles you will see that this device, which uses millimeter wave (microwave) x-ray technology, has military origins. Aptly named, the Radar Flashlight can “see” through the walls of homes and apartments.
NOTE: There is no dispute in the usefulness or effectiveness of see-through-the-wall technology and its benefits during surveillance or arrest. However, secret, corrupt, law enforcement agencies, and others are using this technology in non-consensual psychological warfare testing efforts and military operations to target, targeted individuals, inside their homes, in relentless covert physical torture campaign around the clock enabling them to see the target’s location. People are being tortured for any reason under the sun to include activists and whistleblowers and for their ENTIRE lifetime in bogusly labeled investigations. Labeling these efforts investigations is necessary for making crimes against US citizens legitimate.
The legalization of these weapons, in various formats for crowd/riot control testing, is also being used to justify horrendous secret, classified targeting, and covert victimization and abuses, of which these agencies do not want to be publicized.
People are being extremely physically tortured, and when combined with mind invasive technology could be nudged into horrific acts, it is reported, for example, gun control enactment laws.
The last thing these covert efforts want is this type of usage revealed in the judicial system or ethical Court intervention and have gone to great lengths to prevent full exposure of the machination.
Both referenced articles mention practical uses of these devices, such as protection of police serving search warrants, and SWAT teams in dangerous situations.
The Radar Flashlight, is a portable, seven-pound, battery-powered device that is intended to cost law enforcement agencies less than $1500 per unit. It is a relatively low-powered device that could be stored in the trunk of a police vehicle for use on an as-needed basis. Please note that this low-powered unit can “penetrate even heavy clothing to detect respiration and movements of as little as a few millimeters.” In other words, it can detect the flutter of an eyelash, the beat of the heart or the slightest pulse, through walls. Keep this in mind, as this capability of Millimeter Wave X-Ray technology is a critical component in campaigns of through-the-wall torture and harassment.
This is not new technology. According to the manufacturer’s news release, it is the miniaturization of a technology patented for military use in the mid-1980’s. It’s original purpose was remotely checking vital signs of soldiers wounded on the battlefield before risking medics’ lives to save the injured.
Logically, one could now ask the question: Are there higher-powered, more sophisticated versions of this technology also available to law enforcement agencies? Yes. In fact, they have been heavily marketed to law enforcement agencies for the past decade.
Have law enforcement agencies sought this technology? Perhaps the following will provide an answer. On June 8, 1999, the United States Air Force Material Command’s Information Directorate stated that “through the wall surveillance” is “the number one technology priority of the state and local law enforcement community.” That quotation is taken from a business solicitation (Reference-Number-BAA-99-04-IFKPA) listed on the Federal Business Opportunities website. Reference-Number-BAA-99-04-IFKPA is a United States Air Force Material Command request for “through the wall surveillance and concealed weapons detection” applications for law enforcement. According to that document, not only is this technology to be purposed for concealed weapons detection, but also for “issues associated with living humans such as movement, heartbeat, respiration, sounds, etc. Additional stated requirements for these devices include:
(1) are low cost in production;
(2) are portable, optimally handheld or as small as possible;
(3) provide the ability to detect weapons or survey individuals through walls at a distance.
We see in this evidence two noteworthy trends that shed light on the use of remote (through-the-wall) directed energy weapons on unwitting victims:
First, is a focus on providing law enforcement agencies technology for remote through-the-wall surveillance of humans that includes monitoring of vital signs such as respiration and heartbeat.
Second, we see the guiding hand the United States military is providing civilian law enforcement. The Wall Street Journal reporting on this trend in it’s March 9, 2004 article entitled “Is The Military Creeping Into Domestic Law Enforcement?”, stated: “In a little-noticed side effect of the war on terrorism, the military is edging toward a sensitive area that has been off-limits to it historically: domestic intelligence gathering and law enforcement.”
IS MILITARY CREEPING…
Interestingly, the evidence above shows this trend clearly underway in 1998, well before the 9/11 terrorist incident. It raises two key questions. What impact does military involvement in domestic law enforcement have on the civil rights of American citizens? How does it influence the mindset of law enforcement agents and officers? (Author’s note: We are not taking sides in the political issues surrounding this trend. It is stated only to give historical context to my story.)
Have manufacturers and weapons contractors answered law enforcement’s call for these devices?

Chapter 5: New X-Ray Surveillance Tools Part III
Have manufacturers responded to law enforcement’s demand for through-the-wall surveillance tools?
The unit pictured on the left is manufactured by Time Domain Corporation. It is RadarVision, an Ultrawideband, through-the-wall surveillance tool produced in response to the call for Homeland Security technology.
RADAR X-RAY VISION
It is marketed primarily to law enforcement agencies with the stated capability to track humans through “reinforced concrete, concrete block, sheetrock, brick, wood, plastic, tile, and fiberglass” Time Domain Corporation is the company awarded a Federal contract for business solicitation BAA-99-04-IFKPA -Through the Wall Surveillance.
A noteworthy capability of RadarVision is “real-time intelligence on the direction and distance to the motion contact.” In other words, it can precisely measure the distance to a human target through-the-wall. That opens up the possibility of precisely and remotely targeting humans through the walls of their apartments or homes. Please take note, as that capability is relevant to the harassment experienced by victims of through-the-wall directed energy weapons (DEWs).
DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON ASSISTANCE IN THE NWO
What is Ultrawideband? Ultra-wideband is an old radio wave technology first used for Morse-code radio transmitters pioneered by Guglielmo Marconi in 1901. Ultrawideband (UWB) has been used in recent years for ground-penetrating radar and other applications to inspect roads, bridges and other large construction areas for structural integrity. It has seen a renewed popularity of late as a conductor of wireless computer network transmissions. The use of Ultra-wideband is regulated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Time Domain Corporation required and received FCC approval to sell RadarVision commercially to law enforcement agencies
Were they right?
The ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) as far back as 1996 provided a warning regarding this class of X-Ray technology that now seems prophetic. “I’m familiar with the millimeter-wave technology and it’s an incredible invasion of privacy,” says Don Haines, a lobbyist for the American Civil Liberties Union. “It produces a virtual 3-D image, and you can see the contours of breasts, buttocks, and genitals.”
The point is this… Clearly, evidence is overwhelming that through-the-wall imaging technology is being manufactured by a number of government suppliers. And, that technology is sought and purchased by law enforcement agencies. We have also demonstrated that this x-ray technology has the following capabilities:
The ability to see through walls, and most common construction materials. It can generate detailed through-the-clothing images of individuals in the room or home under surveillance. The units can be operated remotely from a nearby home or apartment. The units can track movement, and monitor speech, heartbeat, pulse, and other bodily functions remotely.
The units can provide precise distance measurements for targeting individuals under surveillance with weapons. The units are portable, silent, and can be disguised or hidden in a typical residential home or apartment
We ask that you take note of the capability highlighted in red above–the ability to accurately target individuals under surveillance with weapons. The following question must now be answered: What class of through-the-wall weapons and torture devices are being used in concert with remote x-ray technology? That will be discussed in the next installment: Weapons. Return soon, you don’t want to miss it!

Chapter 6: Acoustic & Microwave Weapons, Part 1
“Deadly noise weapons that can kill or maim may soon be part of America’s firepower.”
So read the first sentence of an article in the Daily Mirror, one of England’s largest newspapers on December 8, 1997. The article is entitled: “Horrific noise gun set to go into battle.” It further states: ” About 20 US Government laboratories and military bases are working on acoustic weapons which can rupture organs, inflict burns and cause death. They are now so highly developed that they could be deployed at any moment, according to American expert William Arkin. A blast from a rifle, helicopter, or mine would release an energy beam varying from a 90 to 120-decibel low-frequency to “shockwave” levels at more than 170 decibels. Very low frequencies could cause internal bleeding while the highest would destroy human flesh. Writing in the quarterly journal Medicine, Conflict, and Survival, consultant Mr. Arkin calls for international curbs on the new weapons on humanitarian grounds.”
Please take note of how this class of weapon “that could be deployed at any moment (as of 1997)” operates. It targets victims with a “very low frequency beam” that, with enough intensity, can “rupture organs, inflict burns and cause death.” Very low sound frequencies cannot be heard by the human ear. They can only be felt. Therefore, these are silent weapons that emit an invisible beam.
Who is the “American expert” credited as the source of this article? Is he qualified to comment on the development of acoustic weapons? William M. FROM THE MILITARY TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
Have acoustic weapons, like through-the-wall surveillance technology, migrated from military applications to civilian law enforcement? The following piece of evidence may help answer that question. On Nov. 18, 1998, the Synetics Corp. was awarded the Department of Defense contract #DAAE30-99-C-1003 for developing the “Difference Acoustic Wave Generation System“.
DIFFERENCE ACOUSTIC WAVE GENERATION SYSTEM
This weapon generates a tightly focused ultrasound beam that “maybe remotely directed towards the target. With sufficient energy, the resulting infrasonic waves (very low-frequency sound) can be disabling or lethal.” Who is the intended customer for these weapon systems? According to the contract, these are “…for police and personal use”. These units are also designed to be “man-portable”.
*See footnote for links to contract information.
Please note that these weapons were designed to target a single individual remotely with a focused acoustic beam. The designer’s intent is to make them light and portable enough to be carried by one man. And, law enforcement (police) are among the intended customers of this weapon. Synetics Corp., the above-mentioned weapon developer no longer has an active website. However, an archived version of the website is still available online (if unavailable, an image of the page can be seen here). It gives further insight into how this weapon is controlled by the user. It states: ” The remote station (for weapon control) is hosted entirely on a Panasonic “Tough Book” (laptop computer) and includes all of the system control software, a real time live video display, and a joystick to direct the acoustic beams.” In essence, targeting a person remotely with a harmful acoustic beam is as easy as playing a computer video game.

The evidence provided above discusses the development of a prototype acoustic weapon. Is there evidence that acoustic weapons are being manufactured and purchased by law enforcement agencies? Yes. During the Republican National Convention held in New York in 2004, numerous respected news agencies reported on the presence of a weapon system named LRAD (Long Range Acoustical Device). This unit, purchased by the New York Police Dept., was part of their crowd control arsenal during that event. ABC News, in their article “RNC To Feature Unusual Forms of Sound” made the following statement regarding the capabilities of LRAD: “When in weapon mode, LRAD blasts a tightly controlled stream of caustic sound that can be turned up to high enough levels to trigger nausea or possibly fainting. The operators themselves remain unaffected since the noise is contained in its focused beam.” In commenting on how the weapon is operated, it further stated, “The sound beam is even equipped with a viewfinder so the operator can precisely target the audio by finding a person in cross hairs.” The weapon is tunable so that it can deliver audio messages or painful acoustic beams. And, that acoustic beam will only be heard or felt by the person it targets.
A similar acoustic device named the LDAP (Low Dispersion Acoustic Projector – see photo at top of this article) claims to have a longer range for its focused acoustic beam than the above-mentioned LRAD. The manufacturer, called Wattre Corp., says its “HyperSpike” technology “is able to deliver high Sound Pressure Levels (SPL) and pinpoint beamwidth over distances never before possible.” The resulting sound is so intense that it wards off anyone approaching it. “Your cranium hears it,” the president told one newspaper. “The blast won’t sound like a baby crying or a scraped chalkboard,” the paper added. “But it will make a person feel the hyper-discomfort that comes with those noises.”
Wired Magazine recently discussed an ultrasonic/infrasonic weapon that was in development by American Technology Corp., best known as the makers of LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Device) in 2002. How does this weapon affect humans? “ . . . they keep getting this uncomfortable effect and they can’t brace themselves to get away from it . . .“

[It] feels like having a bucket of cold water thrown on to your chest” – according to a quoted SARA spokesperson.
Clearly, we see evidence of the development of acoustic weapons for civilian and law enforcement applications. The next question we can logically ask is: Can deadly sound weapons be used in concert with through-the-wall surveillance to target people sleeping in their homes? If so, how are they being used?

Dept. of Defense Solicitation Abstract Referencing Synetics Corp. “Parametric Difference Waves for Low Frequency Acoustic Propagation”
Prior research indicates that an array of ultrasonic sources operated with an offset in frequency will produce infrasonic or very low frequency energy. This energy is useful because it is omni-directional, and it propagates well with little absorption. With sufficient energy, the resulting infrasonic waves can be disabling or lethal. Synetics proposes an approach toward developing infrasonic waves that can ultimately be incorporated into future man-portable small arms weapon systems. This approach utilizes modernized pneumatic technology which produces an extremely high-powered ultrasonic source. The resulting frequency generated is precisely controlled such that the desired high power infrasound frequency can be generated at the target by beating two focused ultrasonic sources.
BENEFITS: The potential post applications of the parametric difference wave generator include non-lethal crowd control, non-lethal self defense units for police and personal use, and soot and crustacean removal devices for commercial industries.

Chapter 6: Acoustic Weapons – Death by Cortisol?
Imagine an enemy that learns how to use your body’s natural defenses to kill you. And, by doing so, they can cause your death in a way that is untraceable and that will always be attributed to natural causes. That potentially deadly natural defense exists within each of our bodies. And, as the following will show, research is now being done to find ways to turn our bodies normally protective functions into a sleeping assassin that can be triggered by government agents or law enforcement. The intent is to cause death by untraceable causes. Indeed, that research is the basis for my story at badexperiment.com
Infrasound are sound waves that are felt by the body rather than heard. For example, have you ever observed how very deep bass notes on a powerful sound system can be felt as they pulse through your body? Ultra low bass notes that can only be felt are part of the infrasound spectrum. This is sound that is silent, below the range of human hearing. What happens when the human body is assaulted with infrasound repeatedly over long periods of time? Depending upon the amplitude or intensity, it produces feelings of extreme discomfort, a feeling that the body is vibrating. Such feelings intensify as the level of infrasound is increased. In effect, infrasound in the right hands, can serve as a weapon of torture. There are other effects that can enhance infrasounds’ use as a weapon of torture. Depending upon the frequency and intensity, infrasound can keep you awake, or, induce sleep. Therefore, it can serve as a remote means of causing sleep deprivation. Infrasound also has a deteriorating effect on work performance similar to alcohol ingestion. An excellent British research paper providing a synopsis of current research on infrasound’s effect on humans can be found at this link.
However, there is one effect of infrasound that can prove deadly during long-term exposure. Infrasound induces stress and causes the body to secrete the hormone Cortisol. This effect is a medically recognized danger of long-term infrasound exposure (see research paper link above). In fact, exposure to infrasound during sleep also stimulates Cortisol production by the body. Why is infrasound’s’ effect on Cortisol so significant?
The hormone Cortisol, produced by the adrenal gland, plays a vital role in preparing our body for stressful “fight or flight” episodes. “It increases blood pressure, blood sugar levels and has an immunosuppressive action . . . ” that provides needed alertness and energy during stressful experiences. However, during long term stress, or if Cortisol production is prolonged, its effects on the human body can become deadly. It can cause hyperglycemia, brain damage, weakening of the immune system, weight gain, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other complications. It actually begins to shut down immunity, digestion, healthy endocrine function . . . The bottom line is this: Prolonged Cortisol production in our bodies eventually causes death.
Remotely targeted infrasound weapons showers victims with silent, focused soundwaves in their homes (infrasound easily passes through walls and all building materials). When exposure to infrasound is prolonged, it becomes a slow kill murder weapon. Indeed, an untraceable murder weapon, as it leaves no evidence of its use on the victim. Infrasound becomes particularly deadly if it is used during the victim’s early morning sleep hours. Why? This is the period of time when the body normally produces the lowest levels of Cortisol. Artificially stimulating Cortisol production during this time disrupts the body’s’ normal Cortisol production in the worst possible way. In effect, the sleeping body perceives infrasound as a threat and elevates Cortisol production to cope. Since the victim is asleep, the Cortisol is not used, and remains in the body, damaging life-essential body functions. If a weapon producing silent infrasound is targeted at a victim for months, or even years, how long will it take for it to cause the victims’ death through deadly health complications? That appears to be a key question currently being researched by Federal / Military covert testing of through-the-wall infrasound weapons involuntarily on American Citizens.
My experience as a long-term victim of though-the-wall infrasound weapons shows that my torturers most commonly these devices during the early morning sleep hours. Also during the day, they are constantly creating stress-inducing incidents to elevate Cortisol levels as well. In effect, I’ve become the victim of unending 24 hour, 7 day-a-week chronic stress that has lasted for more than a decade. Make no mistake about it, my antagonist’s ultimate motive is to cause death.
However, infrasound weapons are used in conjunction with microwave (or millimeter wave) through-the-wall weapons that have a specific effect on brain activity. In what way do the two weapon systems work together to amplify the effects of stress on the body? Stay tuned for the next installment in the Weapons Series.

Chapter 7: A Night In The Life of A Victim
What is it like to be the victim of a government sponsored round-the-clock program of psychological battering and torture? I invite you to share a typical evening in my life of directed energy, through-the-wall surveillance and torture. Lets start in the early evening, when the program begins:
Evening: 11:00 PM till 3:00 AM
Like most of you, this is my time for sleeping. However, as a victim of wall-penetrating torture technology, sleep does not come easily. In the apartment below mine, government agents play loud grating music or create disturbing noises. This evening, it is rapid fire deep bass notes from a loudspeaker placed in the bedroom below mine. Each time I come close to falling asleep, the noise is fired up. The through-the-wall surveillance tools they use can monitor my heart rate and pulse. Therefore, they know exactly when my heart rate slows to the point that indicates I am falling asleep. At that moment, they use loud music to wake me up. This is repeated each time I begin to doze off, lasting for a couple of hours or so. Or they may choose to create a series of loud banging noises. Whatever does the job. The intended effect is to heighten my anxiety and anger. The physical side effect is my body’s production of stress hormones at a time when I should be fully relaxed. Well, I typically wear earplugs to muffle the noise. They anticipate that. They use wall-penetrating acoustic weapons to send a heavy silent vibration through the walls or floor targeted at my head. Unlike audible noise, this is a silent sensation that is felt by my entire body. There is nothing I can do to protect myself from it. The vibrations resonate through my head, keep me awake, stressing my body, and affecting my equilibrium. Of course, none of my neighbors will be aware of this. The agents insure that any apartments adjoining mine, especially those in the path of the weapons, are empty. This insures that no witnesses accidentally hear or feel the effects of this technology.
To enhance the disruptive effect of their attack, a car alarm or horn may be synchronized to go off as they hit me with a wall-penetrating acoustic beam. These focused, infrasound beams cause limbs to jerk involuntarily as they pass through my body. There is more. The torturers may also use a microwave (millimeter wave) based wall-penetrating weapon as well. This creates a sensation that ranges from itching to intense localized pain. The two areas of my body most often targeted with this weapon are the face (eyes) and groin. The effects range from the sensation of being stabbed with needles to being burned with a hot iron. These weapons leave behind no physical scars or other evidence of trauma. They penetrate all commonly used home-building materials and are targeted with pinpoint accuracy.
I may also hear the sound of laughing or joking coming from one of the adjoining apartments. This rounds out the attack by adding an element of mockery to the harassment. It may appear that the apartments surrounding mine are occupied during the day. However, when I retire for the evening, the “occupants” leave and are replaced by a night shift of agents performing the torture and surveillance. Typically, I am rarely allowed to get more than three hours of continuous sleep. This pattern of torture is repeated every night, 365 days per year.
At 3:00 AM I am awakened again. This time, the nature of the torture changes . . .
3:00 AM until 8:00 AM
Normally as the evening progresses, the human body experiences longer patterns of deep sleep. However, this pattern is disrupted by the wall-penetrating weapons used against me. Typically, I am forced awake by either audible noise or silent wall-penetrating acoustic weapons at approximately 3:00 each morning. It typically may take one or two hours to fall back to sleep. During this period, my attackers may use noise or other irritants to stimulate my body’s stress response. When I finally fall asleep, perhaps about 4:00 AM, the acoustic / microwave beam weapons are targeted at my head at much higher levels ( I am not sure of the combination used). Because it is more difficult to awaken during this deep sleep period, the intense pressure caused by these wall-penetrating weapons may go undetected for hours. However, my brain knows it is under attack, and my body is producing unusually high levels of stress hormones to respond. It is only when I awaken unexpectedly that I become immediately aware of these weapons. I can hear the faint recycling of the weapons from the apartment below mine (they may also be targeting me from adjacent apartments and buildings) as they cycle and fire the rapid rounds of silent acoustic “bullets”. With my eyes closed, I can see flashes as each volley passes through my head. I can feel each round penetrate my head. There is no mistaking an attack by acoustic weapons for anything else. It is like experiencing all the effects of being hit in the head with a baseball bat minus the sound and physical impact. I suspect that the effects of these weapons may cause me to “pass out” during sleep. As a result, I may awake at 9:00 – 10:00 AM instead of my normal 6:00 – 7:00 AM waking time. When I finally do awake, the combined effects of sleep deprivation, acoustic weapons, and stress wreak its toll on my body. I am physically exhausted. The combination of sleep deprivation and acoustic weapons leave me in a mental fog and impairs my ability to concentrate. Instead of being refreshed, I am fatigued and irritable.
Sleep is essential for life. I am convinced that these cruel tests are designed to create a pattern of sleep deprivation and distress intended to mentally cripple or kill me. Daily sleep deprivation combined with artificial stimulation of stress hormones is a dangerous combination, almost certain to induce death in its victims if continued over a long period of time. It increases the risk of diseases including stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. It is a known cause of mental disorders, including depression, and schizophrenia.
There is a secondary effect that my attackers seek to exploit: The likelihood of stress-induced violence. Sleep deprivation impairs our emotional control in a way similar to alcohol intoxication. As my attackers combine this effect with their daily pattern of harassment, it is clear that they want me to respond in a way that destroys my reputation and leads to incarceration or suicide or death.
I ask you the reader, if government sponsored groups apply these cruel methods to an innocent citizen, every day, for more than ten years, what is the intent? In truth, this is an extended pattern of attempted murder.
COPING WITH NIGHTLY ATTACKS
These nightly attacks can, and are being successfully coped with. To minimize their effects, I generally do the following:
1. Think before responding. Rather than quickly becoming angry, I first ask myself what is the most appropriate response? Anger would only contribute to their objectives. Therefore, I reject anger and focus on thoughts that lift my spirits. Perhaps I will think deeply on a scripture I read earlier in the day, utter a silent prayer, or, reflect back on an amusing event. By controlling my response, and focusing on things that are positive and upbuilding, I minimize the effects of their harassment.
2. Feed the Mind With Positive, Upbuilding Thoughts and Images. “You are what you eat,” applies not only to the body but the mind as well. A mentally unhealthy ‘junk-food’ diet of violent and senseless entertainment is not going to help me cope wisely with the violence I face. What I ‘eat’ mentally during the day will affect my thoughts at night. Therefore, I make an earnest effort to use free time to feed my mind with positive information and activities, so that I have something upbuilding to focus on when I am awakened at night and cannot return to sleep.
3. Be Joyful. Smile! There are always good things that happen on a daily basis for which I am thankful. Even my ability to endure is a reason for joy. By reflecting joyfully on the good things in my life, and being optimistic, I prevent the negatives from overwhelming me. I find that the physical act of smiling cues my body to relax.
4. Avoid Alcohol or substance abuse. In spite of the stressful conditions I endure, I have never resorted to using alcohol or any medication as a way of coping with the pressure. In my circumstance, I realize that such use can easily develop into an addiction. Therefore, to this day, I avoid drinking alchoholic beverages, or the use of medication to induce sleep or relaxation. I find Bible reading and prayer to be healthy, powerful aids in protecting my thinking and helping me to cope. In the long term, this has proven to be a protection for my health.
Now that I am awake, and ready to start the day, a new phase of harassment begins . . . To be continued . . .

Chapter 8: Mata Hari Subway Chronicles Part I
At times, over the decade of involuntary testing with directed energy weapons that I have endured at the hand of Federal operatives, there have been some rather comical and bizarre encounters. I have been the target of a myriad of failed ’sting’ operations by Federal agents using women, drugs, and other illicit lures. These failed attempts to discredit me have at times been quite bizarre. Here is one rather humorous incident that occurred about three years after the harassment began.
It was an unseasonably cool, gray, mid-April Sunday afternoon. The Newark Path Train Station (Newark, NJ) was the scene of casual commuters bound for New York City. As was occasionally my custom on Sunday evenings, I had the thick Sunday Times newspaper in hand, bound for New York City. This solitary ritual included reading my favorite newspaper, a quiet meal at a New York restaurant, and perhaps a movie. I enjoyed the solitude, as it allowed me to read the newspaper at leisure without distraction.
I boarded the train at the first stop, Newark Penn Station. At Journal Square Station (the third stop), I transferred to a train bound for 33rd Street, New York City. I took a seat, and began reading as the train waited in the station.
It was at this moment that I first saw her, entering the car doors immediately to my left. To most observers, she was a young, attractive woman headed for a night of partying. She was a tall, shapely blonde, dressed in tight, suggestive clothing. However, I quickly sensed that her appearance did not reveal the true picture. She was, in fact, not just another casual commuter. It was the infamous Mata Hari (see footnote), looking for her next victim!
How could I so easily recognize a covert Federal agent in plainclothes? In the three years I had been a target of directed energy weapons torture up to that time, the ability to distinguish plainclothes operatives and Federal agents from the broad human palette that surrounds me was developing rapidly. Often, in a matter of seconds, a plainclothes operative may provide a number of clues that reveal their motives and methods. Well, Mata Hari was dripping clues like a busted water-main. Let me share what I saw. You will see why I knew, without question, that this was indeed Mata Hari!
First, I sensed by her clothing that she was a plainclothes agent. She was an attractive blonde, evidently of suburban upbringing. Yet, her clothing was “prostitute chic,” a low-cut powder blue halter top that exposed her midriff, tight low rise jeans, and high heels.
That was the first clue. I could see in her demeanor that the clothing she wore was not her normal style of dress. Suppose Martha Stewart suddenly started dressing like Brittany Spears. You would sense the incongruity, even if you saw her for the first time. The demeanor of the woman, her countenance, would be incompatible with the “trashy” style of clothing. So it was with Mata Hari. Her clothing did not fit her. It was a covert agent’s costume, not her normal way of dressing.
Here is the second clue. It was a seasonably cool, late April afternoon. No one at this time of year would think of traveling without a light coat at the minimum. Yet, Mata Hari did not wear so much as a light sweater. Clearly, she wanted to be noticed, to bait her prey. Her clothing also told me that she came from a heated environment within the train station, most likely the police station located two levels above.
Here is a third clue that drew me to that conclusion. Mata Hari was wearing freshly applied perfume. Are you familiar with the scent of perfume when it is first applied? It takes at least five minutes for the alcohol base of perfume to dissipate fully after application. You can easily smell that alcohol until body heat evaporates it. Her perfume had strong alcohol overtones as she entered the train. That told me that she applied it only minutes ago. However, she did not carry a purse or bag. That eliminates her applying it in the ladies room. The jeans she wore were too tight to hold a bottle of cologne or perfume . . . Where did she apply her perfume? There is a Transit Police station in the Journal Square station two levels above the train. Being a Federal agent, she probably applied it there, as she dressed for this assignment. No store sold perfume in this station.
As Mata Hari entered the waiting train, her eyes quickly swept the car. In doing so, she provided a fourth clue. Most persons entering a subway car look for a seat. Mata Hari was not looking for a seat, she was scanning the faces of the riders, looking for her victim. In that moment, our eyes met briefly. She quickly turned away, then glanced at me a second time. She studied my face for an instant. I knew why. She was trying to see if her provocative attire was having the desired effect upon me. Not wanting to encourage her, I kept a deadpan expression. It worked. Instead of sitting next to me, she sat one seat away. She did not see anything in my eyes that indicated I would be an easy target.
As the train lurched toward the next stop, Mata Hari began glancing at me repeatedly. I studied her actions from the corner of my eye while appearing to be engrossed in my newspaper. It was not the first time they targeted me using a female agent. However, it was the first time a female agent approached me on a train. What was her intent, her plan? I was apprehensive and a bit fearful. Yet, I wanted to know what her scheme was, adding it to the body of knowledge I had accumulated regarding my harassers over the past few years.
I decided that the best way to uncover her scheme was to make her work harder to achieve it. The harder she worked, the more obvious her motives would become. Meanwhile, Mata Hari was attracting plenty of attention from the men in that train car.
I observed her continued glances at me from the corner of my eye. Some would interpret her glances as admiring. I knew better. They were the glances of a woman with a job to do, growing increasingly impatient at my lack of response. This train ride is a short one (about twenty minutes), and time was running out. If she was going to make her move, it had to be soon.
Mata Hari’s next move seemed almost surrealistic. She suddenly began to bend forward in her seat repeatedly, apparently, to attract my attention to her derriere. It was an oddly executed rhythmic forward and backward motion. She glanced at me as she did so. I saw the expression of the fellow seated across from her change from a flirtatious stare to wide-eyed puzzlement. Her motion was neither seductive or erotic, although evidently, that was its intent. It was attracting attention for all the wrong reasons. At this point, I was working hard to control my urge to burst out in laughter. I was also becoming embarrassed, as onlookers were beginning to wonder what the connection was between this woman and me. She continued this motion for about 15 seconds or so, then stared at me. I did not respond, keeping my focus on my newspaper. So, she started her motion all over again. Now she really had everyone’s attention. I watched out of the corner of my eye, barely restraining my urge to burst out laughing. I had never imagined that an encounter with any Federal agent would become so bizarre.
Although this scene had become quite comical, I was still focused on discerning her scheme and neutralizing it. I did not need to wait long. What Mata Hari did next revealed her true motives. . .
Be sure to return and find out what happens in the next installment of this episode!
Mata Hari was a famous female spy in the German Secret Service during World War 1. She was a beautiful Parisian dancer known for extracting secrets from foreign diplomats she was intimate with. In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I am using Mata Hari as a metaphor for the female Federal agent in this story.
Chapter 8: Mata Hari Subway Chronicles Part II
. . . Continuation of Mata Hari Subway Chronicles Part I
There was less than five minutes left to our commute. Mata Hari leveled her gaze flirtatiously at me, and spoke for the first time. “Does your newspaper have a movie section?” she asked. “Yes, it does” I replied curtly. My response was intentionally short. I avoided the expected courtesy of sharing the movie section of my newspaper with her. I wondered about her request. Was it simply a way of initiating a conversation? Or, was there a deeper motive behind it?
Frankly, I was surprised that the coolness of my response didn’t make her suspicious. Her confidence seemingly unshaken, Mata Hari appeared to be searching inwardly for her next words. Meanwhile, my mind was racing, poring over every experience I had with the Federal operatives involved in my surveillance and harassment over the past three years, searching for some clue to the motives behind her approach.
About a minute passed before Mata Hari spoke alluringly for the second time. “Do you know the name of the movie theater on 34th Street and 8th Avenue? “I’m supposed to be meeting a friend there . . . She said to meet her in front of the theater … Do you know what movies are playing there?”
I hesitated for a moment while dissecting her rambling request. Then it hit me! Mata Hari’s motives and methods became crystal clear! In fact, her actions were entirely consistent with the surveillance pattern set by the plainclothes agents / operatives who supported my harassment for the past three years. How so? Let me explain:
One tactical advantage sought by a covert surveillance team, is the ability to anticipate where you (the target of surveillance) will be at any time of the day or night. This gives plainclothes agents the opportunity to embed themselves at that location and prepare for your arrival. Thereby, they are afforded an opportunity to manipulate your environment in advance. That ability is critical to setting up a sting operation. To achieve this advantage, they will use an initial surveillance period to develop a detailed record of your daily routine over a period of days or weeks.
Mata Hari’s line of questioning was consistent with this surveillance practice. My destination on that Sunday afternoon was the 34th St. movie theatre she mentioned. Mata Hari knew that because the surveillance team assigned to me had detailed records of my past daily routine. They knew where I was heading. Mata Hari’s intent was to join me as I headed for that theater. Why?
You see, up to that time, I had been the target of scores of street-level sting operations by detectives posing as drug dealers, seeking to lure me into purchasing illicit drugs. They had all failed. Therefore, the “investigators” felt that I needed a bit more prodding. Perhaps a bit of feminine sex appeal would be the lure needed to snare me in a street-level drug arrest. Mata Hari was that lure. Her job was to charm and convince me to purchase drugs from a conveniently placed, authentically posed, drug-dealing detective en route to my favorite Sunday afternoon movie theatre.
The split second I used to dissect these clues was over. As the train pulled into the final station, Mata Hari, leaning closely, smiled, and awaited my response. This was a critical moment. My response had to end this encounter, and put distance between us. I wanted her to understand that I knew what she was doing, yet, I did not want to say it in a way that seemed intimidating or threatening. My response had to be firm, yet controlled. Subtle, yet clear.
“Perhaps an officer at this station can help you,” I slowly replied, with studied deliberation. I chose my words carefully. I wanted the word officer to linger in the air, pregnant with meaning: Officer . . . I know that you are a plainclothes operative . . . Officer . . . I understand your motives and scheme . . . Officer . . . This conversation is over . . .
Mata Hari suddenly looked stricken. She got the point. Her flirtatious act instantly dissipating, she became withdrawn and silent. This uncomfortable silence did not last long. Less than a minute later our train came to its final stop and the doors opened. Not desiring to appear threatening in any way, I lingered in my seat, to put some distance between us as she left the train. She moved quickly, glancing back repeatedly as she exited.
There were still a few details to discern. Mata Hari did not work alone. For her protection, there were other plainclothes officers / agents in among the passengers. Where were they? One of them became immediately apparent. As the bulk of passengers moved in unison toward the subway exit, a sole passenger, a tall burly white male, stood off to the side, glaring at me. “Aah, there you are,“ I thought to myself. His glare followed me as I exited the station. I glanced at the plainclothes officer benignly, smiled, and continued on my way.
I thought deeply about this encounter in the weeks that followed. The setting they chose for this sting was highly unusual, a Sunday afternoon subway ride. Why? Clearly, the provocative dress and seductive methods employed by Mata Hari would be more natural in a social setting like a nightclub or a bar. Here is the problem my harassers had: From surveillance, they knew my daily routine well. I do not frequent bars or nightclubs. In fact, I am never found in social settings where drug use is common. They did not have a single social setting in my weekly routine that was exploitable for their sting. The best they could do, after three years of intense surveillance, is approach me on a Sunday afternoon subway ride as I read the newspaper.
This event shows the support law enforcement agencies provides the covert agencies engaged in directed energy weapons testing. Why were they continually obsessed with luring me into buying drugs or other illegal practices? If they could ruin my reputation it would serve their purpose of isolating me. Discrediting my good name would make it easier to continue their covert directed energy weapons testing. After all, who would believe me?
In any event, they can take much comfort in the assurance that I do not want their drugs . . . or their women.
Addendum: Why The Repeated Drug Sting Efforts?
Keep in mind the overall purpose of directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking. It is a scheme designed to destroy the targeted individual. This is not justice, nor a tool of justice. The attempted drug stings serve as an adjunct to the destruction of the reputation of the targeted person while alienating him from any potential support systems. If the victim has a weakness for any illicit illegal activity, it will be exploited as a potential trap. If he does not have such a weakness, they will certainly try to help him develop one!
They will even try to exploit normal desires. Here is an example: For a number of months I was doing research on large flat screen computer monitors. I settled on a model made by Sony as my favorite. I would consume any reviews in magazines or online for that model and occasionally stop into computer stores to view it. I would talk about it on the phone with my computer geek friends. Sadly, it was quite a bit out of my price range. Yet, I yearned for that equipment like a child yearns for a new toy! Obviously, the agents who keep me under constant surveillance would keep a careful record of such interests. Well, one morning as I walked into the parking lot of my residence there sat a brand new large screen Sony flat screen monitor on the sidewalk near my car! And, it was the very model that I lusted after! What are the odds of that happening ( I lived in Newark, NJ at the time)! It was sitting in an opened, brand new box, and, it appeared that no one was in sight to claim it. I instantly sensed that this was a setup, and did not go near it. That computer ‘toy’ was bait. If they could accuse me of “stealing” the flat screen monitor it would be the sort of blemish that would hurt my reputation and result in an arrest record. Let the victim beware!
Chapter 9: West Side Story Part I
I recorded this incident over seven years ago while living in Newark, NJ. I was employed in New York City at the time. It provides an glimpse into the various forms of harassment and street theatre” I have endured as a victim of directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking over the past eleven years. Law enforcement (and Federal agents posing as local law enforcement) are used as a tool of intimidation by my harassers.
I respect law. I do not fear law.
To some, that statement may seem to be nothing more than wordplay, an exercise in semantics. It is not. A person who respects law strives to be law abiding even when it is not to his advantage to do so. On the other hand, a criminal fears law because it renders punishment for illicit activities. However, there is another danger that fear can present, even to a law-abiding man—fear can lead to compromise. As you will see from my experience, the distinction between respect and fear largely determines how a person responds when faced with injustice, the abuse of law.
It was a sunny, late Friday afternoon in midtown Manhattan. I was strolling along 9th Avenue towards 51st St, wearing the suit and tie that are my workday attire. I have a particular fondness for this area of New York City. It is populated with numerous family owned ethnic restaurants. In fact, my favorite Italian, Greek, and Taiwanese restaurants are located along this busy strip, within a three block radius. My after-work Friday’s are often spent strolling, perusing menus, and finally selecting a place to dine. On this particular afternoon, I was alone.
I strolled along 9th Ave. where it intersects 49th Street (near the shuttered Cineplex theatre). My thoughts were on a choice of cuisines for that evening. As I looked two blocks ahead, I saw a NYPD (New York Police Department) van and an unmarked black Ford Crown Victoria, moving quickly through the traffic towards me. Both vehicles had their strobe lights flashing, and sirens blaring. The police van started to turn on 50th Street as I approached that intersection. Then, suddenly, a voice shouted from the van, “Go straight, he’s in front of you!” So the police van quickly veered back onto 9th Avenue and headed for the curb, about thirty feet in front of me.
Suddenly, five police officers, jumped from the van with their guns drawn and rushed towards me. Simultaneously, two detectives jumped out of the unmarked Crown Victoria, guns also drawn, and joined this group of officers, all running towards me in unison . . .
I ask you, the reader, to put yourself in my shoes. How would you respond in this situation? You have been the target of continuous harassment by Federal operatives that includes torture by directed energy weapons for over three years (this account was first written seven years ago). Although innocent, you have been under constant surveillance and have endured numerous schemes designed to humiliate and provoke you. You have also been the target of numerous failed “sting” operations designed to lure you into illicit drug purchases. Now, it all culminates in this one seemingly life threatening moment. What do you do? You have split seconds to react. How should you react? Do you panic, give way to fear? Do you begin to run?
What did I do?

Chapter 9: West Side Story Part II
Continued from West Side Story Part I
The evening’s calm was suddenly violated by the drama that played before me. I watched as five police officers and two detectives leaped from their vehicles, rushing toward me with weapons drawn. Did my life hang in the balance at that moment? With only seconds to react what should I do? A number of factors guided my actions in those few critical seconds. First of all, I knew that there was no legitimate reason for this attack. I had no illegal substances, no weapons, had not committed a crime, had not conspired to commit a crime. There was nothing in my actions, or conversations, at any time, that would hint at criminal activity. I also knew that the Federal agents targeting me were well aware of this, having kept me under intense surveillance for three years prior.
However misguided their motives, there was another trait consistently characteristic of the Federal agents guiding this campaign of harassment. They were obsessive about keeping their identities and actions hidden. Therefore, I was certain that they were not going to purposely make a violent public blunder that would expose their actions and agencies to media coverage and public scrutiny. With this in mind, I quickly surmised that this encounter was not what it appeared to be.
As they leaped from the NYPD (New York Police Department) van, I visually focused on one of the five officers, and began to study every nuance of his actions. I invite you, the reader, to speculate with me for a moment. If five officers with guns drawn jump out of a police van to apprehend a dangerous suspect, the tension of the moment will be apparent in their faces, their voices and their actions. At the very least, they would maintain an intense focus on the suspect—not doing so could be deadly! Don’t you agree? However, this is not what I observed in the officer I studied. He seemed to purposely avoid looking directly at me, keeping his focus on the officer taking the lead. Also, he seemed emotionally uninvolved, his face lacking the adrenalin-induced tension a dangerous encounter would normally produce. His body language told the truth. This was not a genuine arrest. It was a well-choreographed act of intimidation, a. psychological ploy designed to instill panic and fear into me.
Here is something else that seemed quite odd in that moment. The officers and plainclothes detectives said nothing to me or to the shocked bystanders witnessing this sudden encounter. No shouted orders. . . not a word! Of course, I would have instantly complied with any orders they gave me. None were given. This critical omission confirmed my suspicions that this was a psychological assault.
As the officers rushed towards me, I calmly continued walking towards them, keeping a pleasant countenance, and never breaking stride. As the officers reached me, they broke into two columns, rushing past on my right and left as I strolled by. I heard them stop less than ten feet behind me. Without glancing back, I continued walking to the end of the block, waiting for the traffic to subside before crossing the intersection.
The bystanders who seconds before watched in horror were now laughing. I did not have to look back to know why . . .
” No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” – Eleanor Roosevelt
The assault was over. I crossed the street and continued strolling without ever glancing back. You may wonder how I could survive this incident without losing control. Clearly, this was an injustice that should have provoked outrage on my part! Or, should it?
Keep in mind the true purpose of this assault. It was a psychological attack with a clear motive—to provoke an angered, irrational response. It was my potential response that could have done me the greatest harm, not their attack! They were prepared to exploit any anger and loss-of-control on my part. It would give them license to take control of me. An irrational public response would also have given bystanders the perception that I was a dangerous criminal. By controlling my response, in effect, I controlled the outcome of this incident—protecting myself from harm. If I had reacted emotionally, angrily, what would they have done to me?
As I strolled along 9th Avenue towards 52nd Street, my mind went back to choosing a restaurant for the evening. Here was a tiny Brazilian cafe I had never noticed before. I entered, was seated, and decided to dine on a Brazilian style hamburger with a mango chutney recommended by the waitress (it was delicious). As I was eating, an African-American woman in business attire, came in and sat at a table near the entrance, giving her a clear view of the entire dining area. She ordered a Coke and began sipping slowly as she kept her cell phone to her ear. Because the cafe was tiny, I could easily overhear her conversation. She was a plainclothes agent talking to her superior while keeping me under surveillance. By her responses, I could easily discern the full scope of her conversation.
“What is he doing?” the voice in her cell phone growled. “He’s sitting here eating food.” she replied. Moments later, the voice impatiently asked “What is he doing now?” “He’s still eating,” she replied. Less than a minute passed before she responded a third time–” He’s just eating food!” As I glanced at her, I could see that she was relaxed, and chuckling quietly. She seemed amused by the outcome of the street drama that occurred minutes ago.
However, all the agents / officers involved in this drama did not find it so amusing. I instinctively knew that some felt humiliated, angered by the repeated failed efforts to entrap me. Given the cruel hubris that has fueled so much of what I have endured, I would not need to wait long for the next attack to occur.
The Value of Emotional Intelligence
The ability to control emotions is of tremendous value when coping with injustice. Some experts in the field of psychology now feel that emotional intelligence (the ability to control emotions and deal empathetically with people), is more valuable than intelligence (or IQ) when facing crisis. My experience over that past six years has proved that true. I’ve faced an antagonist trained to exploit common emotional frailties. Therefore, it was not enough to be innocent, I also needed emotional defenses. My efforts to cultivate and apply positive qualities such as patience, reasonableness and humility have helped me respond appropriately to repeated psychological attacks. It has also helped me to endure torture by directed energy through-the-wall weapons.
Chapter 10: Why Gang-Stalking Works
In tropical forests, one may find the strangler fig. Its life begins as tiny seeds dropped by birds into the crevices of other large healthy trees. The strangler fig seed begin to germinate in the crevices. It grows slowly, its roots eventually surrounding the trunk of the host tree. Its leaf canopy begins to overshadow the leaves of the host tree, depriving them of light. The strangler fig’s multiple roots eventually absorb most of the nutrients in the soil at the base of the tree. Cut off from needed nutrients and light, the host tree finally dies, decays, and leaves behind nothing more than a hollow core. In a slow but certain process, the strangler fig has sucked the life from a host that was once healthy and vibrant.
In a similar way gang-stalking and related psychological attacks are designed to surround, isolate and eventually destroy its victim. Like the strangler fig’s growth, the gang-stalker’s routines may develop slowly over a period of months or years. The gang-stalker’s intent is to completely surround the victim, cutting him off from friends, family and other support systems. Eventually, the victims 24-hour daily routine is monitored and manipulated by gang-stalkers and other covert operatives. The psychological attack eventually overwhelms the emotions of the victim. He becomes mentally unbalanced. His emotional reserves are depleted, and, he is isolated from any support systems that can bolster him. Like a tree surrounded by the strangler fig, his demise is near. He will eventually react to these relentless psychological attacks in a way that results in incarceration, homelessness, suicide, or death.
This gang-stalking methodology falls under a system of psychological operations being developed and tested on American citizens by covert quasi-military law enforcement agencies. The basic process described above has been taught by the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) since the 1950s. “The purpose of all coercive techniques is to induce psychological regression in the subject by bringing a superior outside force to bear on his will to resist. Regression is basically . . . a reversion to an earlier behavioral level. As the subject regresses, his learned personality traits fall away in reverse chronological order. He begins to lose the capacity to carry out the highest creative activities, to deal with complex situations, to cope with stressful interpersonal relationships, or to cope with repeated frustrations.” – CIA Human Resource Exploitation Manual
Gangstalking is part of a pattern of psychological warfare that includes torture by remote, through-the-wall, directed energy weapons. The weapons of this war are silent, attacking the mind and emotions while leaving the body unscathed. Yet, its effects are just as destructive.
Gang stalkers is a colloquial expression coined to describe the covert front-line foot soldiers in this psychological war. They are individuals and teams trained for the express purpose of harassing the target of psychological attacks. It appears that local community policing groups may be participating in this harassment. They are usually moved in as neighbors of the victim; commonly form a phalanx of cars surrounding the victim while in traffic; and may be employed in places that the victim works or frequents in his daily routine. Because they have the backing of Federal level agencies it is quite easy to gain the cooperation of neighbors, property managers, and business owners to make this possible. Each individual gang-stalker plays a small role in the harassment. For example, as the victim drives there may be numerous vehicles that track his movements. Some drive behind him with one high beam headlight on, others drive in front to slow his movement in traffic. Still others are assigned to drive in tandem with him and block his line-of-sight to other non-gang-stalking vehicles or pedestrians.
If the victim lives in an apartment, it is highly likely that in a matter of weeks all of his immediate neighbors will be persons participating in a pattern of abuse. Each plays a small role. Some may provide noise harassment timed to coincide with the victims movements in his home (this is made possible by through-the-wall surveillance tools and listening devices). Others may play a small role when the victim leaves for work or arrives home. It may include simply being in the same place providing obvious surveillance each time the victims arrives. Or it may be other small actions designed in some way to humiliate the victim. Still others may be “actors” who try to befriend the victim while seeking to isolate him from genuine friends. As false companions, they subtly poison his thinking, or eventually betray him in some way. These events are well coordinated, relentless, and reflect a deep understanding of the limitations of the human psyche.
These irritations may seem like little things. However, they take into account a fact well known to students of human behavior. The more distress a person is put under, the less they are able to emotionally distinguish the difference between minor and major irritations. Their emotional response to both becomes the same. That is why gang-stalking routines are a continuous barrage of small humiliations. The victim pays a major emotional price each time he gets angry, frustrated and embittered. This attack wears on for months . . . years. Therefore, as the CIA Human Resource Manual so aptly observes, “He begins to lose his capacity . . . to deal with complex situations, to cope with stressful interpersonal relationships, or to cope with repeated frustrations.”
The final “coup de grâce” is committed by maneuvering the victim into a public setting with plenty of “witnesses” and, most likely, surveillance cameras. Because the victim has been thoroughly sensitized to react angrily to minor humiliations that appear benign to bystanders, his increasing pattern of tirades, loss of control, irrational behavior, becomes a matter of public record. He is viewed as dangerous, schizophrenic, out of control, which further serves to isolate him from workmates and friends. He may lose his job, be incarcerated, or diagnosed with a mental disorder. In any event, in the final analysis, without a bullet or a billyclub, he has been destroyed.
These psychological weapons are slow-kill. Like the strangler fig, they slowly choke the victims environment by cutting off healthy interactions and association. The covert agencies developing these strategies have spent the better part of the past century seeking ways to exploit our common weaknesses. They’ve become quite good at it. Modern Psychology had its beginnings in the armed services, and continues to be its largest funding source. As a science, it exists primarily to develop weapons that attack the mind. Can you see why gang-stalking is so effective?

Chapter 11: Why Gang Stalking Is a Failure
While countless lives were being sacrificed in Europe during World War I, an amazing effort was underway to save lives in Antarctica. Famed Anglo-Irish explorer Ernest Shackleton and his crew suffered catastrophe when their ship, Endurance, was crushed and sunk by pack ice. Shackleton managed to get his men to a safe haven—of sorts—on Elephant Island in the South Atlantic Ocean. But they still faced extreme danger. Elephant Island was bitterly cold, barren, and composed primarily of rock and ice. It presented a major challenge to the survival of Shackleton and his men.
Shackleton realized that their only hope of survival lay in sending for help from a whaling station on the island of South Georgia. That was 700 miles away, and he had only a 22-foot lifeboat salvaged from the shipwrecked Endurance. Their prospects were not good.
Leaving his men with the promise that he would return and rescue them, Shackleton and a small party set off in choppy waters for South Georgia. On May 10, 1916, after 17 harrowing days, they reached their destination. However, terrible sea conditions forced them to land on the wrong side of the island. They were faced with a 20-mile trek over uncharted, snow-covered mountains to reach their final destination. Against all odds—in subzero temperatures and without proper climbing equipment—Shackleton and his companions reached their destination, and he eventually returned to rescue all his stranded men. Why did Shackleton put forth such strenuous effort? “His one ambition,” writes biographer Roland Huntford, was “to get every one of his men out alive.”
Why is it that in the midst of World War I when millions of lives where being discarded on the battlefield, one man demonstrated such extraordinary concern for the lives of others? Why did he consider the lives of his crew to be worth such effort? His entire crew of 21 men, many of whom were ill, frostbitten and near starvation survived the four and a half months until Shackleton was able to find a way to return and rescue them. What saved them from complete despair in that bleak setting? Their confidence that their leader would keep his promise to rescue them.
At a time when many abuse and destroy the lives of others for selfish motives, it is rare to find men who adhere to high principles in their treatment of fellowmen. Shackleton greatly valued the life of each member of his crew. And he never abandoned the noble principles that drove him to expend any effort necessary to rescue them. In this true account, we can extract the secret of successfully surviving, and indeed, triumphing over psychological attacks that include directed energy weapons torture and gang stalking . . .
We will look at the qualities that enabled Ernest Shackleton to triumph over adversity in our next installment, and see how those qualities can help victims of directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking to triumph over adversity . .
Chapter 11: Why Gang Stalking Is a Failure – Part II
Lets take a close look at a few qualities that enabled Ernest Shackleton to triumph over tremendous adversity. We may see ways to use these qualities to meet our challenges successfully.
Humility is arguably the single most important quality in effective leaders. A humble man is more likely to earn the affection and loyalty of others. The American Heritage Dictionary defines the word humble as: “Marked by meekness or modesty in behavior, attitude, or spirit; not arrogant or prideful.” Humility is also essential to the survival of victims of directed energy weapons and gang stalking.
Humility is a powerful aid when faced with adversity. It causes a person to think, not just of himself, but of others in a similar plight, and to offer them aid and encouragement. At such a time humility will help one to be content when faced with setbacks and losses. It will help one to make the best of circumstances, being thankful for the good they are yet able to enjoy. Shackleton is a fine example of this quality in action. He lost everything he valued in short order; his mission to cross Antarctica, and his ship when it was destroyed by pack ice. He and his men were stranded on a bleak, remote island with no way to contact the outside world. In such conditions, most men eventually succumb to despair and madness. Shackleton humbly took each loss and disappointment in stride and focused on a new mission; keeping his men alive and getting them home safe. He kept up the morale of his men and never complained about all that he lost.
Humility can also be a tremendous aid to victims of directed energy weapons torture and gang stalking. To avoid being overwhelmed by the attacks we undergo, we must not focus exclusively on our own concerns. It is vital that we continue to show an active and ongoing concern for others. Look for ways to benefit and support others. This will prevent us from isolating ourselves mentally and emotionally. Long-term isolation will destabilize us and is a primary intent of the psychological attacks.
Humble individuals are flexible in adjusting to adverse conditions, whereas proud persons are impatient, quick to express rage. Humility enables us to make the best of changed circumstances. We can continue to be thankful for the good that we are able to enjoy while not allowing the adversity to dominate our outlook. Humility promotes a healthy mental disposition, the perfect antidote for the emotionally caustic effects of psychological attacks.
Even in small things, humility can help us to make decisions that preserve a positive mental outlook. Here’s an example from my own experience. One of the irritations the gang-stalkers among my neighbors employ is littering the area surrounding my apartment. I found it better to simply pick up the items (it takes only a couple of minutes) rather than engaging in a verbal tirade with someone who is purposely trying to provoke me. Granted, some may not consider that the perfect solution. Which do you think is preferable: To engage in a useless defense of my injured pride, or address the problem in a way that protects my mental health from self-destructive anger? That small action helps me to avoid the spite and pettiness of my surroundings. By constantly reminding myself to cultivate humility I avoid needless emotional “wear and tear”.
Whether it’s struggling to rescue a crew from certain death as Shackleton did, or coping with long-term injustice, humility can mean the difference between success and failure.
Failure Is Not Inevitable!
Interestingly, Shackleton’s triumph is a direct contradiction of the claim made in the CIA Human Resources Exploitation Manual regarding psychological regression (see Why Gang Stalking Works). This Manual, based upon the principles of Evolutionary Psychology claims that when a “superior outside force is brought to bear on a subjects will to resist, the subject will lose his learned personality traits, including his ability to cope with complex situations and repeated frustations.” In other words, under great pressure, we prove to be nothing more than trained dogs that abandon good behavior when threatened and cornered.
Ernest Shackleton faced a “superior outside force,” complex situations,” and “repeated frustrations.” Why didn’t he abandon noble principles and lose his “will to resist?” How was he able to keep his focus on the altruistic goal of rescuing all of his men in spite of overwhelming odds and hardship? Can victims of directed energy weapons and gang-stalking demonstrate the same resolve as Shackleton?
The answer can be a source of great encouragement for anyone who must endure long-term injustice. Failure under adversity is NOT inevitable. Like Shackleton, we can face a “superior outside force” and prevail. The Bible indicates that man was created in the “image of God” in the sense that we can cultivate and demonstrate the altruistic qualities of God such as love, justice, and mercy. And we can do so under great pressure and succeed! Shackleton’s example bears witness to that.
I was particularly touched by the kindness Shackleton showed his men. He expected much from them, yet, accorded each one dignity. He also demonstrated personal interest when they fell sick or became discouraged. Like most seagoing crews, the staff was comprised of strong and diverse personalities. Shackleton avoided pettiness and spite in dealing with his men and was never abusive. In fact, when one of his officers, a former boxer, began to bully his subordinates he was quickly demoted by Shackleton. He would not tolerate the abusive treatment of even the lowest ranked member of his crew. Such restraint is especially challenging during times of hardship when tempers are short and frustration high.
Shackleton’s example impressed upon me the need to always follow what is termed “The Golden Rule.” “All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must likewise do to them” – Matthew 7:12 In other words, treat others the way you want to be treated, not the way they treat you. That excelling principle has affected my view of my persecutors and torturers. How so? I know that I do not under any circumstances have the right to speak or behave abusively toward them. My responses must always be respectful and dignified in spite of any suffering I may undergo. Injustice does not give me license to abandon that high standard. Shackleton’s example proves that it is possible for imperfect, average people like me to live by such high standards even when pressed to our limits by adversity.
Chapter 11: Conscience And Adversity
The story of Ernest Shackleton provides evidence that flawed humanity has the potential for unselfish good under tremendous adversity. It supplies proof of the existence of God. And it demonstrates that there is never an excuse for gross mistreatment of fellow human beings.
I do not see Shackleton as a great man. Rather, he is an ordinary man who demonstrated great qualities under adversity. Like all of us, he was imperfect and made mistakes. His circumstance robbed him of all that he valued most, leaving him with only his life, and those of his men. Yet, in that condition, he stuck to the higher calling of his God-given conscience. While not claiming to be a particularly devout man, he demonstrated by altruistic conduct that he knew God. How so?
Shackleton was willing to make extraordinary sacrifices in an effort to help others. Such willingness to help others even if at great personal cost is seen in all races and cultures, and it argues against the claim that man evolved by the law of the jungle, “the survival of the fittest.” Francis S. Collins, a geneticist who led the U.S. government’s effort to decipher the human genome (DNA), said: “Selfless altruism presents a major challenge for the evolutionist. . . . It cannot be accounted for by the drive of individual selfish genes to perpetuate themselves.” He also said: “Some people sacrificially give of themselves to those who are outside their group and with whom they have absolutely nothing in common. . . . That doesn’t seem like it can be explained by a Darwinian model.”
Our inner sense of right and wrong, a sense of fairness that motivates altruism is guided by conscience. As geneticist Francis S. Collins concedes, man’s possession of a conscience cannot be explained by evolution. However, it is explained by God’s Word. The Bible writer Paul wrote: “People of the nations that do not have law do by nature the things of the law. – Romans 2:14 The law they give evidence of having by “nature” is a God-given conscience.
Shackleton’s story furnishes proof that men posses a God-given, God-oriented conscience. And, in spite of our inherently imperfect, frail nature, we can choose to follow the dictates of a healthy conscience under the worst of circumstances.
When Hitler’s officers were put on trial in Nuremeburg after World War II for crimes against humanity, their primary defense was that they were simply following orders. However, International Military Tribunal law states that “Patriotic obedience in crime does not establish innocence.” This law recognizes that all men are obligated to follow the proddings of conscience when ordered to commit acts that they know to be crimes against humanity. As further stated during the Nuremberg trials; “The conscience of humanity is the foundation of all law.” Many of Hitler’s officers were judged guilty, and sentenced to death for ignoring the voice of conscience. Yet, one can find extraordinary examples of conscience among Hitler’s contemporaries in Nazi Germany. Oskar Schindler placed his life in great danger by sheltering more than a thousand Jews from Nazi extermination during World War II, and ultimately died penniless. Schindler made the choice not to follow “orders” due to conscience.
Shackleton faced adversity with conscience. Therefore, I, as a Christian, must face adversity with conscience. I must pay heed to scripture, an unambiguous written authority that reinforces and informs conscience. Although a daily victim of directed energy weapons and psychological attacks, my response must always reflect good conscience. I cannot retaliate, nor can I yield to corruptive influences. I cannot respond in a way that violates Christian principle or conscience. As Shackleton proved, following conscience is the choice all imperfect men can make. Imagine how human society would benefit if all men did!
Suffering Has Meaning
“There is nothing in the world, I venture to say, that would so effectively help one to survive even the worst conditions, as the knowledge that there is a meaning in one’s life.” That observation by Viktor E. Frankl, a neurologist and Holocaust survivor is apropos to victims of long term injustice, such as directed energy weapons torture and gang-stalking. In 1942, Dr. Frankl along with his wife and his parents were deported to the Theresienstadt concentration camp by the Nazi regime. Though assigned to ordinary labor details until the last few weeks of the war, Frankl tried to cure fellow prisoners from despondency and prevent suicide. He worked in the psychiatric care ward, headed a neurological clinic, and maintained a camp service of psychic hygiene and mental care for those who were weary of life. Although suffering the miseries of Nazi oppression himself, his efforts to help others gave meaning and purpose to his life.
“We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” Can you see how Frankl’s conclusion can help victims of long-term injustice? Even when adversity continues for years, we can choose our attitude, our response to that hardship.
What attitude should we choose in response to suffering? Dr. Frankl observed that those who became obsessed with retaliation against their abusers were often overcome by bitterness and disillusionment that continued long after they were released from the concentration camps. Such attitudes were most likely to destroy good mental health. However, those who maintained dignity in their view and treatment of others and a strong spirituality were best able to adjust to horrific suffering and maintain sound mental health. One of Frankl’s favorite quotes is the Biblical expression “. . . love is as strong as death is.” —Song of Solomon 8:6. The capacity to love our fellowman can survive any hardship or suffering. When we refuse to abandon love, by not adopting the hatred and cruelty of our oppressors, we retain our humanity and protect our mental health. Such excelling love is a byproduct of a healthy spirituality.
Can we benefit from suffering? The Bible says that Jesus Christ “learned obedience from the things he suffered” —Hebrews 5:8. What Jesus suffered when on earth refined his qualities of love, empathy and compassion while facing cruelty, injustice and wrongful death. Our noblest qualities can also be refined if we view and endure suffering with the right attitude.
Chapter 12: The Same Old Trap, Version 2.0
If you study the behavior of any group long enough, you begin to detect patterns and routines. As a victim of government sponsored harassment for over ten years I begin to see the same schemes and traps used over and over again. One such scheme is chronicled in an earlier installment I entitled He Came…He Saw…He Scowled. This past evening, I experienced a repeat of that scheme. Different players. Same sad scheme.
As is my practice on most weekday evenings, I visited the Pure Fitness Health Club on 35th & Northern Blvd (Phoenix, Arizona) for a workout. From the onset of my membership here it has been quite clear that covert agents and their support teams populate both the staff and membership of this gym during my workouts. That’s not a problem. I am here only for a workout, not to socialize. They occasionally play petty psychological games which I usually ignore. However, this particular evening became rather interesting because two new faces appeared.
I was on a cross-trainer machine and pulled my mp3 player out of my pocket to change the song. In a few seconds two white males, perhaps in their mid 30’s came and stood very close to me. These were new faces, and were wearing typical Pure Fitness staff shirts. I immediately sensed that they were probably agents assigned to keep me under surveillance, getting a closer look at my actions. I continued my workout, while keeping an eye on them in my peripheral vision.
Because they were standing so close, I made a gesture indicating that I wanted them to move away a bit. They clearly did not like that, but did move. One of them shouted “Hey man, how’s it going!” in a condescending “pseudo-Black” tone of voice (see footnote A). “I do not respond to “hey man,” Mister or sir is preferred,” I replied. My tone was businesslike and terse. I wanted them to know that I saw them for what they really were in spite of their “official” Pure Fitness staff t-shirts. They were older than the typical trainers at the gym and stood out like sore thumbs. These were not gym jocks. I was not interested in playing a game and wanted to cut the conversation short. “Enjoy your work out sir,” one of them replied. “Thank you, sir,” I stated ending the conversation. They stood there a bit longer. The problem was that the treadmill behind me was being used by another member of the club. They did not want to leave until that treadmill was occupied by one of their agents to maintain surveillance (see footnote B). About two minutes later one of their covert female agents was able to occupy the treadmill. Then, the two men left for another part of the building.
I knew that my response did not sit well with them. In truth, I was not genuinely angry. There was a motive behind my response. What I knew was this: If they thought I was angered by their presence they would try to exploit my emotions before I left that evening. They will setup a scheme to lure me into a confrontation because of my “annoyance”. By doing so, they would confirm that they were in fact a part of the team of harassers working against me. I simply had to wait and see what they would do. Well, I finished my workout in the next 45 minutes and headed for the entrance. What took place next was a carbon copy of the scheme used by The Scowler years ago.
The same two agents were waiting outside, directly in front of the entrance as I left. Their pose had that “you want to make something of it, tough guy” look. And, like The Scowler, they said nothing. It was a stance designed to provoke an angry response. I knew why. Like The Scowler, they hoped to lure me into a confrontation that would be witnessed by other agents, staff, bystanders, police, and no doubt recorded on surveillance cameras. By setting this trap, they confirmed that they were in fact plainclothes agents. I simply walked past them with nary a glance, got into my car and drove off. I saw two other agents standing by their vehicles as I drove away. One was grinning, and for good reason. He knew I had avoided yet another of the myriad of traps they have set for me over the years.
If you have read all of my posts so far, you will see that although I am Black, and the bulk of my harassers are White, I do not blame everything I have experienced on racism. The fact is that these attacks are totally opportunistic. If they think racism is your weakness, they will make every attack (and attacker) appear to be racist in nature; If you have a problem with the police, they will make it appear as if the police are behind the harassment. Do you see how it works? The targeted individual is carefully watched for reactions to a wide variety of abuses and humiliating tactics. They are probing for weaknesses and emotional “hot-buttons”–actions and perceptions that anger the victim.” Whatever path they can take to manipulate a victims emotions will be exploited. The appearance and approach taken by your attacker is simply another weapon in the battle for your mind. Knowing this keeps me from viewing their attacks as personal affronts–they are simply tools in the overall psychological war against me.
The target of psychological warfare is under 24 hour surveillance (I have endured this for over ten years). The surveillance is not in the larger sense a search for evidence of wrongdoing. Rather, it is done in a way intended to humiliate, anger, and terrorize the target. You are provided constant visual reminders of that fact that you are being watched. In doing this, the surveillance is intended as a form of constant, dehumanizing, psychological torment.
A History of Involuntary Human Experimentation
“The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government . . .” – Thomas Jefferson
Do you find the likelihood of our democratic government (US) covertly performing involuntary weapons testing on its own citizens hard to believe? Does the idea of involuntary directed energy weapons testing/torture and psychological attacks on innocent Americans seem improbable in our enlightened society? Perhaps a look at our recent history may help you to have a more realistic view…
Various United States government agencies have, over the course of the 20th century, engaged in involuntary medical and radiation experimentation on American citizens. The Department of Energy, CIA, Public Health Service (now the Dept. of Health and Human Services) and others have admitted to these abuses.
One particularly chilling account is the Vanderbilt Study, conducted with funds provided by the Public Health Service, the Tennessee State Department of Health, and Vanderbilt University between 1945-1949. 820 poor pregnant Caucasian women were given tracer doses of radioactive iron in experiments performed at Vanderbilt University under the pretense of providing free pre-natal care. “The women, who were anywhere from less than ten weeks to more than thirty-five weeks pregnant, were administered a single oral dose of radioactive iron, Fe-59, during their second prenatal visit, before receiving their routine dose of therapeutic iron.” The dose of radiation was administered to the pregnant women in a single “cocktail”. “There is at least some indication that the women neither gave their consent nor were aware they were participating in an experiment. Vanderbilt study subjects, expressing bitterness at the way they believed they had been treated, testified at an Advisory Committee meeting that the proffered drink, called a “cocktail” by the investigators, was offered with no mention of its contents. “I remember taking a cocktail,” one woman said simply. “I don’t remember what it was, and I was not told what it was.” A follow-up study showed a disproportionately high incidence of cancer among these subjects. (Writers’ Note: The true number of victims of this experiment is at least 1640, as the defenseless unborn these women carried were also unjustly condemned to drink the radioactive cocktail.) “This experiment was just one of “several thousand government-sponsored human radiation experiments and hundreds of intentional (radiation) releases conducted from 1944 to 1974.”
In another study that caused public outrage, mentally retarded children institutionalized at the Fernald State School. Waltham, Massachusetts, in the 1940s were fed doses of radiation with their breakfast cereal for the purpose of studying the way the body absorbs calcium and iron. The experiments were “often” performed without the informed consent of the subjects or their families. In late 1995, President Clinton apologized to the subjects at Fernald after an advisory committee’s ruling that the tests were “morally troubling.” Although the government formally apologized, no financial compensation was offered to victims. “The fact of the matter is that they used these kids as guinea pigs,” said Michael Mattchen an attorney for the victims. The actions of the researchers “violates Nuremberg” and “rules of decent society.”
We can only touch the “tip of the iceburg” in this article. Ironically, the same democratic nation that condemned the Nazis for involuntary human experimentation in the medical trials at Nuremberg in 1947 was quietly conducting similar atrocities on American citizens. I invite you to read the Department of Energy’s Human Radiation Experiments website to get a broad synopsis of our history in this regard.
Would you not agree, that our historical context makes the stories of modern day victims of directed energy weapons testing and psychological attacks all the more plausible?

Learning From Good Examples
I have found that coping with daily attacks by directed energy weapons and community policing based gang-stalking cannot be left to chance. One of the best coping mechanisms I employ is personal Bible study. It provides a rich trove of good examples that furnish lessons I can apply to my situation.
One recent personal study session revealed a sterling quality of Jesus Christ that I seek to imitate in dealing with others. In Jesus’ day, people who lived in Judea and Galilee generally had “no dealings with Samaritans,” their closest neighbors (and distant relatives). (John 4:9) A saying recorded in the Talmud no doubt expressed the feeling of many Jews: “May I never set eyes on a Samaritan.” The Mishnah even included this rule: “Cattle may not be left in the inns of the gentiles (non-Jews) since they are suspected of bestiality.” Such blanket prejudice against all non-Jews was unjust and quite contrary to the spirit of the Mosaic Law. (Leviticus 19:34) Other man-made rules demeaned women. The oral law said that a wife should walk behind, not beside, her husband. A man was warned against conversing with a woman in public, even his own wife. Like slaves, women were not allowed to offer testimony in court. There was even a formal prayer in which men thanked God that they were not women.
Although raised in Galilee, Jesus rejected all such prejudices of his contemporaries. For example, he willingly engaged a Samaritan woman in public conversation, providing encouragement that blessed her and her family. (John 4:1-15) When a Gentile (Roman) army officer pleaded for his aid, he kindly responded. (Matthew 8:5-13) Jewish tax collectors were hated and shunned by their fellow countrymen. Jesus, however, was willing to help them, in spite of being criticized for doing so. (Matthew 9:9-13) In so many ways, he provides a wonderful example for us. He refused to allow the prejudices and stereotypes held by his contemporaries to affect how he treated others. Even when he was impaled and about to die as the result of an outrageous act of injustice, he consoled the condemned criminal impaled next to him with a promise of future restoration.
Jesus example in this regard teaches me how to treat my fellowman. Our modern society is also afflicted with deeply held prejudices, suspicions, and hatred of strangers. Such attitudes often lead to cruel actions. No doubt, this pervasive spirit contributes to the growth of community policing based “gang stalking” and related forms of state-sponsored bullying. Yet, in this climate, as a Christian, I must be like Jesus; refusing to allow the prejudices and cruel attitudes of others to shape how I treat neighbors and strangers. As Christ did, I must treat others in a way that demonstrates Godly qualities of love, kindness and mercy. This holds true in spite of the fact that some among my neighbors actively support the psychological war waged against me. In responding to their actions, I must be motivated by nobler qualities, not the weaknesses of my antagonists. In this way I imitate the Christ, Not only is it the right thing to do, it is also the wisest.
Practical Benefits of Treating Others With Kindness
When a person is victimized by a group (as is the case with gang-stalking) paranoia and a general distrust of others often develops as a result. The victim isolates himself emotionally and may frequently misidentify innocent individuals as participants in the psychological attacks against him. However, doing good to others requires overriding feelings of mistrust and acting in the best interests of others. This provides three key benefits:
1. You maintain and develop communication and interpersonal skills that help counteract the tendency toward isolation. I have seen this benefit in my own case. Although naturally shy, I have developed the ability to initiate friendly conversations with strangers in any setting. Simply providing a warm greeting or a ready smile to others warms my heart and neutralizes the tendency to regard everyone in my immediate environment with distrust. It also stimulates pleasant responses from others, bolstering my countenance in positive ways.
2. You greatly reduce levels of paranoia and mistrust. When psychological attacks are done by a large group (as in gang-stalking) it creates a tendency in the victim to see everyone as a potential participant in psychological torture. You will tend to perceive or imagine that the group attacking you is much bigger than it really is. However, it is only by actively and continuously reaching out to others with kindness that you realize that not everyone is against you. The enemy is “cut down to size.” Even if you do interact with someone who is covertly participating in gang stalking, so what? Their intent is to produce a bitter and irrational response in you. They have failed completely if you interact with them in a calm and pleasant manner!
3. Your pleasant countenance attracts others. People are naturally drawn to kind individuals. As you work to develop this quality, it will draw others to you, earning their loyalty and trust. This counteracts the isolation that is a byproduct of the psychological war waged against you. It helps the victim to maintain and develop healthy friendships that protect mental health.
You cannot control every aspect of the psychological campaign being waged against you. However, by actively displaying kindness to others at every opportunity, you are controlling negative thoughts. That protects your mental health! Looking to the age-old principles of the Bible to counteract the modern weapons of psychological warfare may seem foolish to some. However, with over ten years of experience in waging that battle, I can personally testify to the effectiveness of Bible principles. It is the secret to my success!
When Life Loses Meaning
When considering the recent abuses attributed to the covert use of directed energy weapons by government agencies and community policing based gang-stalking and psychological terror tactics, we need to see the “bigger picture.” They are simply manifestations of larger trends in modern society.
Nobel Prize winning author Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn said that if asked to identify in a few words the principal trait of the 20th century, he would say: “Men have forgotten God.” He continued: “The entire twentieth century is being sucked into the vortex of atheism and self-destruction. . . . All attempts to find a way out of the plight of today’s world are fruitless unless we redirect our consciousness, in repentance, to the Creator of all: without this, no exit will be illumined, and we shall seek it in vain.”
“Men have forgotten God.” Do you agree with that observation? As men lose interest in God, families disintegrate, concern for our fellow man is replaced by overarching selfishness. Ignorance and cruelty replace tolerance and reason.
Former Justice Francis T. Murphy of the Appellate Division says that modern man “does not know the ultimate meaning of his life and doubts that life has any meaning. Whatever his moral pretensions may be, he has in fact driven God out of his life, out of his office, out of his home. He therefore lacks a moral center.”
Life has no meaning. Man lacks a moral center. When our lives lose meaning, they lose value. In turn, we devalue, or cheapen the lives of others. A declining morality means that cruelty, prejudice, and fear become the dominant attitudes driving our view and treatment of others. In this context, it is not surprising that such trends are increasingly being reflected in the actions of governments, businesses and local communities. Although a pretense of morality (or belief in God) is held by many, we are being sucked into “the vortex of atheism and self-destruction” as Solzhenitsyn keenly observed.
As a result, I am not surprised by the cruelty that surrounds me in the form of directed energy weapons torture by government agencies and psychological terror campaigns by community policing groups. It reflects the cheapness and depravity of life in our modern times. It is a natural byproduct of our rapidly declining values.
“Violence and oppression are before me; strife and contention keep on rising. In the presence of this, the law is slack and justice is not at all applied; for the wicked encircle the righteous, hence justice goes forth perverted.”—Habakkuk. 1:3, 4, “The New Berkeley Version. (Holy Bible)”
The Emerging Era of Comic Book Violence
Is there a connection? Or, is it merely a coincidence? As the pattern of directed energy weapons torture and community policing based gang-stalking takes on national proportions, so does another phenomenon: Hollywood’s releasing of a torrent of comic-book based “superhero” movies. What connection can there be between these two trends?
First, lets look at what these two trends hold in common; they both glorify vigilante violence. Gang-stalking, as practiced by community policing groups, is a form of state-sponsored vigilantism designed to isolate and destroy individuals targeted as victims by covert government agencies. What does this have in common with every comic-book superhero ever created? “The implied policy message in comic books is one of vigilantism, in which moral justice trumps legitimate criminal procedure.” —Cultural criminology and kryptonite: Apocalyptic and retributive constructions of crime and justice in comic books. This book (source of the aforementioned quote), written by two leading criminology experts from St. Francis College, and John Jay College of Criminal Justice (USA), explores the concept of vigilante justice and retribution by comic book heroes.
Comic books and community policing based psychological terror campaigns have the same core theme: Vigilante justice is the preferred way to restore the role of law in a community. However, the irony of real-world gang-stalking is that it is being developed as a tool of covert federal agencies. In this, we also see a precedent in comic books. Isn’t it true that comic books have long promoted the clandestine relationship between government and the “bad boy violence” of superheros? That is, as long as superhero violence benefits those in power.
Is it merely a coincidence that a barrage of superhero movies are being released concurrently with numerous complaints of injustice stemming from covert agency sponsored psychological terror campaigns supported by community policing groups? USA Today, in the article “Hollywood, Pentagon Share Rich Past“ (3/07/05) states: “The FBI created its entertainment office in the 1930s, around the time James Cagney played a fearless FBI agent in the 1935 movie ‘G’ Men. The agency “realized a lot of people were getting their information from popular culture” and wanted to ensure agents were portrayed accurately. . .” The article further notes that the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the CIA all have Hollywood liaison offices. These offices exist to promote movies that provide a favorable view of the respective government agencies and their agendas. Can Hollywood be used to subtly promote a favorable view of government-sponsored covert extralegal vigilantism occurring in our communities?
I have often observed a fondness for the iconographic symbols of superheros by many individuals who engage in gang-stalking in my community. Often, the younger participants will have their vehicles emblazoned with the logos of Batman, Superman and other comic book characters. In fact, one participant would often wear a superman t-shirt under his postal uniform. Another, in Newark, NJ, had his vehicle customized to resemble the Batmobile.
How may the seemingly endless string of comic book based movies benefit government agencies developing national psychological (psyops) operations that include directed energy weapons and community policing based gang-stalking? Well, think of the appeal in the opportunity to be a “superhero” in the local community, supporting the “good guys” by operating outside the law with their covert protection and approval? Modern movies can exert a powerful influence the thinking and attitudes of the common man in this regard.
I would be remiss if i did not mention one departure from the classic model of superhero violence in my experience. In comic books, the hero usually wreaks his violence upon a conscious victim. Not so with directed energy weapons used by covert Federal agencies. With remote technology employed from a nearby apartment or home, the “hero” beats his victim even as he sleeps; using the silent blunt force of infrasound through-the-wall weapons, and the nerve damaging effects of targeted microwaves.
Again, I ask. Is there a connection? The warped justice of comic books is coming to our communities in the form of federally sponsored psyops (psychological operations). These operations trample true justice by targeting and terrorizing individuals without due process of law. Many victims are being used as involuntary test subjects for cruel new technologies. Others may be whistle-blowers or targets of vendettas. The innocent are being abused. Whether the connection to superhero propaganda is intentional or coincidental, there is no question that we are on the threshold of a cruel new age of real-world comic book violence.
Practical Considerations and Modern Trends
Are the constant stream of superhero movies that glorify vigilante justice for the “greater good” a form of propaganda preparing the nation for martial law and the suspension of constitutional rights? Serious students of current events are aware of the enormous powers granted the President and Federal agencies such as FEMA during a catastrophic national event. As an insightful article by the Air Force Law Review (The Imposition of Martial Law, Spring, 2000) indicates, the military would play a dominant role in civilian affairs that citizens may resist. The challenge is to suppress any “traditional prejudice against military involvement in civil affairs.” In a speech by Congressman Jim McDermott before the House of Representatives on Martial Law Concerns, he stated that “FEMA has practiced” for the possibility of martial law and large scale internment camps in the United States.
It may well be that the harassment that innocent victims of directed energy weapons and community policing “gang-stalking” are experiencing are federally sponsored covert training routines for this murky scenario. We may be the early victims in a paradigm shift in the way our government treats its citizens. In my experience, after more than ten years of such persecution, this has little to do with traditional law enforcement. The military origins of these routines become more obvious with time. Something is “brewing.” I cannot say for certain what the true motives behind these attacks are. However, what I am certain of is my response. I will uphold superior Godly principles in my dealings with my fellowman and refuse to be swept into the cesspool of intrigue and violence that surrounds me.
“The children of God and the children of the Devil are evident by this fact: Everyone who does not carry on righteousness does not originate with God, neither does he who does not love his brother. For this is the message which YOU have heard from [the] beginning, that we should have love for one another; not like Cain, who originated with the wicked one and slaughtered his brother. And for the sake of what did he slaughter him? Because his own works were wicked, but those of his brother [were] righteous.” – 1 John 3:10-12

Hubris and The Remorseless Intellect
“The United States government did something that was wrong — deeply, profoundly, morally wrong. It was an outrage to our commitment to integrity and equality for all our citizens . . . clearly racist.” – President Clinton’s apology for the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment to the eight remaining survivors, May 16, 1997
For forty years between 1932 and 1972, the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) conducted an experiment on 399 black men in the late stages of syphilis. These men, for the most part illiterate sharecroppers from one of the poorest counties in Alabama, were never told what disease they were suffering from or of its seriousness. Informed that they were being treated for “bad blood,” their doctors had no intention of curing them of syphilis at all. The data for the experiment was to be collected from autopsies of the men, and they were thus deliberately left to degenerate under the ravages of tertiary syphilis—which can include tumors, heart disease, paralysis, blindness, insanity, and death. “As I see it,” one of the doctors involved explained, “we have no further interest in these patients until they die.”
President Clinton, further commenting on the hubris of science gone wrong in the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, stated that “We must never go back to those awful days in modern disguise.”2 Do you agree? What if you learned that the degenerative, premature death of your husband or brother was due to the deliberate, long-term denial of medical services by the same government agency? How would it affect you?
Hubris is an exaggerated sense of self-esteem; the distorted belief in ones own superiority (or that of ones’ group, race or class). However, the degree of arrogance that hubris describes makes one capable of cruelty against those viewed as inferior. It was clearly evident in the twentieth century genocides in Bosnia and Rwanda, the Holocaust in Germany, and the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment in the United States. I found the Tuskegee Experiment a particularly compelling example of hubris with a number of parallels to incidents of directed energy weapons torture and psychological abuse by covert federal agencies and local community policing groups.
1. We see evidence that an entire government agency can be characterized by hubris that leads to human rights abuses.
“Who could imagine the government, all the way up to the Surgeon General of the United States, deliberately allowing a group of its citizens to die from a terrible disease for the sake of an ill-conceived experiment?“ 4 asks Borgna Brunner of the Tuskegee Institute. “By the end of the experiment, 28 of the men had died directly of syphilis, 100 were dead of related complications, 40 of their wives had been infected, and 19 of their children had been born with congenital syphilis.”
The U.S. Public Health Service (now known as the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services) as an organization supported the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. The Surgeon General of the United States participated in enticing the men to remain in the experiment, sending them certificates of appreciation after 25 years in the study. Keeping the experiment going for forty years required a well coordinated effort of deceit and manipulation by doctors, nurses, and health officials. “One of the most chilling aspects of the experiment was how zealously the PHS kept these men from receiving treatment. When several nationwide campaigns to eradicate venereal disease came to Macon County, the men were prevented from participating. Even when penicillin —the first real cure for syphilis— was discovered in the 1940s, the Tuskegee men were deliberately denied the medication.” 4
When a whistle-blower brought the story to public attention, the PHS remained unrepentant. An Alabama state health officer who had been involved claimed “somebody is trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.” “The PHS did not accept the media’s comparison of Tuskegee with the appalling experiments performed by Nazi doctors on their Jewish victims during World War II. Yet, in addition to the medical and racist parallels, the PHS offered the same morally bankrupt defense offered at the Nuremberg trials: they claimed they were just carrying out orders, mere cogs in the wheel of the PHS bureaucracy, exempt from personal responsibility.”
I see similar patterns in the abuses I have endured. This pattern of abuse cannot be carried out successfully without training, support, coordination and financing provided at an organizational level. It requires the coordination of several agencies, at the Federal and local level. This strongly suggests a wider campaign of abuses, I am only one of many victims. And, as with the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, there is a clear element of medical experimentation in the use of covert technologies. Additionally, the abuses are carried out in a way that denies the victim the ability to seek legal recourse.
A person (or organization) infected with hubris enjoys the denigration of others. He enjoys hurting someone in a cold, impersonal way and then gloats over the other person’s discomfort and ignominy. This is a noteworthy characteristic of many individuals who play a role in my abuse. I discern that the process of abuse provides them more satisfaction than any eventual goal the abuse is intended to reach.
2. Anyone Can be Induced by Hubris To Become A Human Rights Abuser.
It is too simplistic to explain The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment as a case of extreme white racism. “The experiment’s name comes from the Tuskegee Institute, the black university founded by Booker T. Washington. Its affiliated hospital lent the PHS its medical facilities for the study, and other predominantly black institutions as well as local black doctors also participated. A black nurse, Eunice Rivers, was a central figure in the experiment for most of its forty years.” 4 What induced these Black Americans, with the horrors of segregation and Jim Crow still a part of their life experience, to join in this crime against other Black Americans? What motivated Black educational institutions to become part of this crime? It was hubris. “The promise of recognition by a prestigious government agency may have obscured the troubling aspects of the study for some. A (Black American) Tuskegee doctor, for example, praised “the educational advantages offered our interns and nurses as well as the added standing it will give the hospital.” Nurse Rivers explained her role as one of passive obedience: “we were taught that we never diagnosed, we never prescribed; we followed the doctor’s instructions!” 4
Clearly, the Black doctors and nurses were seduced by the enhanced status and careers they would enjoy by participating in the Tuskegee Experiment. Gaining the praise and recognition of a prestigious government agency was part of the seduction. They too, felt superior to the common Black sharecroppers whose lives they condemned to a torturous death. It was not difficult for their feelings of superiority to attain the level of hubris: “mingled pride and cruelty . . . the arrogant contempt which makes [a man] trample on the hearts of his fellow men.” 2
Hubris perverts justice, cripples sound judgment, and weakens strength of character. From weakened character rises the remorseless intellect. This intellect gives license to barbaric abuses that insult all humanity. President Clinton, further commenting on the Tuskegee Experiment, stated that “the people who ran the study at Tuskegee diminished the stature of man by abandoning the most basic ethical precepts.” Indeed, we derogate all men by the continued acts of hubris in the form of directed energy weapons and psychological torture.
Do Not Envy the Remorseless
Some may be inclined to admire those who possess the authority and willingness to cruelly manipulate and control the lives of others. Do not envy them. They pay a high price for their excesses. Much like a man whose loses the ability to taste food, the remorseless become dulled as to what makes life most meaningful and satisfying. It is our striving to love and work for the better good of fellowmen that gives life meaning and purpose. When stripped of that capacity, life becomes tasteless, flat, joyless, and a meaningless quest for selfish pursuits. Eventually, the remorseless infect their family, friendships, and all social interactions with their merciless spirit. They begin to view everyone as exploitable, expendable, and cheap. I strongly suspect (based upon a decade of observing such individuals) that the dysfunctional results of remorselessness manifests itself in higher rates of divorce, mental illness, depression, suicide, alcohol and substance abuse. Do not envy them. Sooner or later, they will “reap what they sow.”
“Do not be misled: God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap . . .”—Galations 6:7

Do Not Isolate Yourself!
Long-term victims of directed energy weapons testing/torture and community policing based gang-stalking will find that over time they begin to put up emotional barriers. They draw away from long-time friends and relatives. They become overly suspicious. As isolation deepens, victims of psychological attacks are easily overwhelmed by paranoia, bitterness, anger, and frustration that leads to self-destructive thinking and behavior.
Manifestly, something happens to the reasoning processes of a person who is isolated by choice or by force of circumstances. He thinks too much about himself, giving in to self-pity. He becomes critical and suspicious of others and overemphasizes their failures toward him, sometimes attributing bad motives. He waits for others to be friendly and feels they have failed him if they are not. As a result, he makes it difficult for those who are genuinely concerned to draw close to him. As their efforts to express concern are criticized, repelled, or ignored, they eventually stop trying. The victim eventually poisons the healthy relationships that are necessary for good mental health.
As a result, it is vital for victims of psychological attacks not to isolate themselves! Rather than pitying himself, waiting for others to do something, expecting to receive, he should take the initiative in actively expressing love for others. Work at it! Be the sort of friend you want others to be. Look for ways to give to others, to bring happiness into their lives. And, take the initiative to do so!
Of course, it takes effort to become active in sharing with others, not allowing oneself to become discouraged because of feeling ashamed or inadequate. Since it is not easy to overcome isolation, we do well to avoid becoming a victim of this malady. Hence, even though others may disappoint us, we need to guard against drawing away from people. The Bible says: “No one of us lives . . . for himself alone.” (Rom. 14:7, The New English Bible) Once a person isolates himself, he is in danger of thinking unwisely, even foolishly, to his injury. That is exactly what the torturer and gang stalker intends. Psychological attacks can be successfully defended against if you do not isolate yourself!
A Tale of Two Victims
Perhaps the most practical examples of coping with the oppression that comes with government-sponsored directed-energy-weapons torture and community policing support through gang stalking, can be found in the Nazi concentration camps and Stasi prisons. I want to highlight the marked contrast in the lives of two victims. The first, Josef Kneifel, a political prisoner of the Stasi secret police in West Germany. The second, Viktor E. Frankl, a concentration camp inmate under the Nazi regime. The contrast in their responses to oppression and the resultant outcome gives insight into how we can best respond to long-term injustice.
Let’s first consider Josef Kneifel. Josef was arrested by the Stasi (the East German secret police) for his role in efforts to destabilize the oppressive regime in East Germany. As a particularly hated political prisoner, he was subject to torture, isolation, and a constant barrage of dehumanizing treatment. The Stasi also arrested his wife although she knew nothing of his crimes and tried to convince her to divorce him. She was offered immediate release if she did so, but she refused.
Kneifel suffered emotionally and physically while incarcerated. The book Stasi, by John O Koehler, describes Kneifel’s response during his imprisonment. Full of pent up anger against the regime, he looked for every opportunity to vent his feelings. He would think of ways to “mock the regime and prison officials. Using the jagged end of a broken plastic spoon, he cut veins in his legs and collected blood in a plastic cup.” With his own blood, he painted caricatures on the whitewashed cell walls, ridiculing Stasi warders and communism. He would draw blood and pour it into the lock of his cell door. When a warder opened his cell door, Kneifel sprayed him with blood he had collected in a metal bowl. His unrelenting anger contributed to the rapid decline of his health. When Kneifel was released, he was prescribed a regimen of kidney dialysis. His health ruined, he never recovered.
A profound contrast is found in the life of Viktor E. Frankl. Of Jewish heritage, he served as a psychiatrist in government clinics and hospitals in Vienna during the 1920-30’s. However, in 1942, along with his wife and parents, he was sentenced to hard labor in Theresienstadt concentration camp. “Though assigned to ordinary labor details until the last few weeks of the war, Frankl tried to cure fellow prisoners from despondency and prevent suicide.” Since it was forbidden to actively intervene in a suicide attempt, such activity had to be both preventative and clandestine. He secretly worked with inmates after long days spent in manual labor. His wife and parents died in the concentration camps. Frankl acknowledges that his spirituality and selfless efforts to help others protected his own mental health and allowed him to quickly adjust when released from the camp at the end of the war. In the post war years Frankl published more than 32 books including the highly regarded Man’s Search for Meaning. He served as a professor of neurology and psychiatry.
Here are two individuals who suffered great injustices at the hands of their governments. One gives in to bitterness and self-destructive anger, destroying his own health in the process. The other uses his limited resources to help fellow inmates at the risk of his own life. Both suffered great loss. Who made the better choice in responding to injustice? How did the choice each made affect their long-term mental and physical health?
These two examples provide a powerful encouragement for modern day victims of long-term injustice: Choose your attitude and response wisely! “We who lived in concentration camps can remember the men who walked through the huts comforting others, giving away their last piece of bread. They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms – to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” – Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl
The Covert Underclass?
I witnessed something today that provides a glimpse into the often sad human drama concealed behind the use of community policing groups for “gang-stalking” in support of Federal covert testing of directed energy weapons on American citizens.
As is often my custom, I was at a local car wash on Central Avenue (Phoenix, AZ) this morning, washing my vehicle. The Federal agencies that provide covert surveillance always insure that local community policing group members participate in surveillance and psychological harassment when I am at this location. As usual, two of the vehicles near me were being washed by such individuals. I found one of them particularly interesting. She was of Hispanic origin, perhaps in her late-30’s. As she washed her car, I noticed welts and bruises on her thighs barely concealed by her shorts. Because of her light skin, these dark bruises were particularly noticeable. I then took careful note of her face. Her complexion was a map of small healed bruises and scrapes. While I am no expert in such matters, what I saw strongly suggested evidence of domestic violence.
That got me thinking. What if her abusive husband or boyfriend was also a member of the community policing groups participating in “gang-stalking?” Would the covert agencies sponsoring these groups shield him from any criminal prosecution because of his role in covert community policing activities? The military and law enforcement are both notoriously sexist domains where scandals of sexual abuse and harassment are all too common. I can easily imagine this woman being powerless and unprotected in such a “macho” culture.
This brought back to mind a “family” that lived in the apartment below mine in Albuquerque, New Mexico two years ago. They were used in the pattern of “gang stalking” and psychological attacks for the time I lived in that development. What a sad collection of individuals! The children in the “family” ranging in age from about seven to fifteen years old, would routinely be loitering on the complex grounds when most children were in school. They were often outdoors as late as 11 or 12 at night without any meaningful parental supervision. Clearly, their “parents” had little genuine interest in them. The “mother” in this group had a barely disguised alcohol problem that was visibly eating away her health. One night, after the scent of marijuana wafted into my bedroom window at about 2:00 in the morning, I came downstairs to discover one of the children, about 13 years old smoking “pot” with an adult I had not seen before. In truth, nothing they have done to me is nearly as bad as what they are doing to the minds of these impressionable youths. That is truly repugnant.
The seeming social instability of so many of the individuals used in these abusive programs never ceases to amaze me. What are their stories? I feel sorry for many of them. In some ways, they too are victims. I am convinced that the same system that is targeting me for harassment has little respect for the common folks used as little more than human “body armor” in their covert routines.
“Man has dominated man to his injury.”-Ecclesiastes 8:9
I Am Not Ashamed
It is clear that the efforts of the Federal Agencies involved in testing directed energy weapons on me (along with community policing support through “gang-stalking”) are becoming desperate. They have gone to extraordinary efforts to infiltrate and poison every facet of my life, including my place of worship. They have greatly intensified the use of through-the-wall, remote acoustic and microwave based weapons in the late evenings while I sleep. These weapons may well be causing internal trauma along with the daily concussion-like symptoms I undergo. It is likely that these unrelenting attacks will finally compromise my health and cause my death.
I have no fear of my persecutors. Indeed, for over eleven years I have not run, hid or cowered in the face of unrelenting cruelty. I am not ashamed. To their utter disbelief, I have remained calm, resolute and uncompromised. This ongoing injustice may well cost my life. I consider death preferable to being seduced by evil. My antagonists have tortured, taunted, isolated, pressured, humiliated, and slandered me in an effort to provoke bitterness and retaliation. I have not, and will not step outside of the law, nor take the law into my own hands to obtain relief. In spite of over ten years of suffering they cannot charge me with a single act of violence either in word or deed. All violence committed has been by their own hands. Indeed, they are drenched in violence. For this, I am not ashamed.
Above all else, I deeply appreciate the Bible-based education that my parents saw fit to instill in me from youth. I have never forsaken it, and it has, and will continue to serve me admirably through this ordeal. For this, I am not ashamed. Perhaps most importantly, I know that God himself hears the cries of his servants. Ultimately, he will administer justice. With this comfort and assurance, I will never have reason to be ashamed.
“Return evil for evil to no one. Provide fine things in the sight of all men. If possible, as far as it depends upon YOU, be peaceable with all men. Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but yield place to the wrath; for it is written: “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says Jehovah.”—Romans 12:17-19
Just Let It Go!
Anger, frustration and bitterness are often the byproducts of being a long-term victim of Federal directed energy weapons testing / torture and psychological attacks including “gang-stalking.” Interestingly, such long term injustices can prove deadly for both the victim and the attacker! Recent studies are showing that the more mean-spirited and hostile a person is, the greater the likelihood of impaired lung function and damage. In fact, the cumulative effect of hostility on lung function is often greater than that suffered by smokers!
“In a study of more than 4,600 18- to 30-year-olds, Jackson’s team (Smith College, Northampton, Mass) found the more hostile, frustrated and mean-spirited the personality, the lower the pulmonary (lung) function. In other words, “it appears harboring hostility hurts,” according to the study, published in the journal Health Psychology…The more rapid the decline in lung function, the sooner people die…The effects of hostility, like smoking, accumulate over the years, gradually gnawing away at health.” The full report on this study is found on the Montreal Gazette (newspaper) website.
What lesson can we take from this? Mean-spirited, hostile people damage their own health and age faster than the kindhearted and forgiving. Isn’t that a good reason to avoid mean-spirited attacks on others? And, if we are the victims of such attacks, maintaining better health is a powerful incentive to let go of resentment and bitterness.
It may be purely anecdotal, but in observing the individuals employed in psychological attacks against me, I have long sensed the connection between mental disposition and health. I have seen enough of these individuals to know that over time, abusing others ravages ones’ own health. My persecutors often look quite a bit older and more “worn” than what is typical for their age. Now, science has revealed why!
Finally, for those who are victims of psychological attacks and directed energy weapons, learn to let go of anger and the desire to retaliate. You will feel (and look) much better if you do!
You Are Worth More Than Many Sparrows . . .
One of the core psychological objectives of covert, government sponsored, “gang-stalking” and directed energy weapons torture is to attack and destroy the self-worth of targeted individuals. In essence, the constant barrage of humiliation, torture, and ill treatment we undergo carries an insidious yet powerful message: “You are worthless . . . You deserve to be treated with contempt . . . You have no value.” These subtle messages, over time, subvert healthy self-esteem, speeding up the likelihood of the victim resorting to self destructive behavior or even suicide. To remain emotionally healthy, the victim must disconnect his self-worth from the opinions of his persecutors. We must not measure ourselves by the views of a group that does not have our best interests at heart. For many, however, that can be a challenge.
If the highest authority in your life is a human government, where do you turn for help when that authority becomes the source of cruel injustice, victimizing you or your loved ones? Truthfully, those who cannot see beyond human authority have nowhere to turn! It is, no doubt, a crushing burden for them to know that they have no alternative, no higher power that can be trusted. However, for those who have a firm belief in a loving and concerned Creator, it is quite different. We can appeal to and derive comfort from a higher, uncorruptable authority. That authority, our God, becomes our salvation when all human authority fails us.
One of my favorite sources of comfort is a Bible passage that quotes directly from the Son of God, Jesus Christ, regarding how God feels about us personally. “Do not two sparrows sell for a coin of small value? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without YOUR Father’s [knowledge]. But the very hairs of YOUR head are all numbered. Therefore have no fear: YOU are worth more than many sparrows.” -Matthew 10:29-31
Think of what that means. In Jesus’ day the sparrow was the cheapest of the birds sold as food to the poor. If God places such value on a single sparrow, of how much greater worth is a human! As Jesus explained, he knows every detail about us. Why, the very hairs of our head are numbered! Knowing that God values us so highly as individuals (in spite of our imperfection and sinful nature) is a source of great strength and courage to me. It provides a solid basis for soundly rejecting the opinions of my persecutors, and protecting my mental health in the process.
Viktor E. Frankl, a neurologist and Holacaust survivor who studied the impact of long term injustice on concentration camp inmates and survivors, noted that the knowledge that there “is a meaning in one’s life” is critical to survival. Knowing that God values me personally gives my life meaning. It is the key to my success in surviving the decade of psychological warfare I have endured. Developing a keen awareness of how our Creator values us personally can helps us to transcend any suffering we may undergo.
View Self Control As Your Strength
One of the most amazing displays of physical control was furnished by Charles Blondin in the latter half of the 19th century. He crossed Niagara Falls a number of times, first in 1859, on a tightrope 1,100 feet long and 160 feet above the water. After that, he did so each time with a different display of his ability: blindfolded, in a sack, trundling a wheelbarrow, on stilts, and carrying a man on his back. To maintain such balance required extremely great physical self-control. Due to the achievements his superb physical control made possible, Blondin was rewarded with both fame and fortune.
As any victim of government sponsored directed energy weapons torture and psychological attacks (including community policing based “gang-stalking”) is well aware, one of the greatest challenges we face is maintaining self control. The daily barrage of humiliating actions we undergo are designed to provoke us, luring us into self-destructive behavior. However, like a skilled tightrope walker, we must cultivate self-control. Indeed, our very survival is dependent on staying in firm control of our emotions and actions. That can be a challenge, as the desire to retaliate in some way may at times seem overpowering. To counter such ill-advised thinking, we may need to adjust our attitude and view self-control as the superior response, a facet of our true inner strength.
Sadly, popular entertainment glorifies the “hero” that answers all provocation and ill treatment with an outburst of violence, vanquishing his enemies as the admiring audience cheers him on. Unlike movie violence, real-life retaliation often carries severe, life changing penalties and losses. The person who keeps himself under control is better equipped to make decisions that are in his best long-term interests. Those who lose control of their emotions, giving in to anger, often live to regret the outcome of their actions.
Do you see self-control as your strength? Not merely control of your actions. This includes controlling your emotions as well. Unless we highly value the ability to rein in our emotions, we will develop grudges and bitterness which lead to outbursts of anger. We will also damage our health, and healthy relationships, compounding the effects of the psychological attacks we undergo.
“By over-responding to conflict and not trusting others, hostile people might also be at risk because they don’t benefit physiologically from their social relationships; People most prone to anger were almost three times more likely to have a heart attack than those with low anger in a recent study of 12,986 participants…” – Angry Thoughts, At-Risk Hearts, Monitor on Psychology (American Psychological Association)
In view of the foregoing, it is vital that we divest ourselves of the perverse admiration of “good guy” violence and retaliation often seen in movies, and see the tremendous benefits that developing self-control can bring us. Such self-control is a measure of true masculinity and emotional maturity, that will contribute to greater success in all facets of life.
For a skilled tightrope walker like Charles Blondin, a loss of self-control while performing could have meant great physical harm or even death. Is it really any different for us as victims of psychological warfare? When we highly value and cultivate self-control, we protect our health, and may well preserve our lives. Therefore, view self-control as your strength!

A Life Made Unlivable . . .
I never met Rena, nor knew much about her personally, with the exception of a blog she kept of her experiences as a victim of “gang-stalking.” Her blog captured my attention due to an honesty that set it apart from the murky sea of online propaganda that masquerades as victims’ accounts. She was a visually impaired University of Minnesota student, being trained in social services when her ordeal began in 2007. A friend of hers left a final comment on her unfinished blog, stating that Rena recently committed suicide. Her heartrending story, and its outcome, deeply grieved me. I know her despair. Her brief blog was a plea for help, and a struggle to understand the bizarre cruelty that made her life intolerable. It may be that she was chosen as a target of convenience for practice by bored teams of “gang-stalkers.” Her precious life was little more than a toy for amusement in their hands. Does anyone deserve such inhumane and unjust treatment?
“Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,”says the Lord” -Romans 12:19 (New International Version)
Inside the Mind of A Bully
In perhaps one of the least surprising scientific findings to any victim of organized bullying (such community policing based gang stalking), researchers have discovered that bullies’ brains are wired to feel pleasure when watching others being hurt. This came as a surprise to researchers. They “expected that the bullies would show no response when they witnessed pain in somebody else—that they experience a sort of emotional coldness . . .” The research showed that they actually derived pleasure from the suffering of others.
As a long-term victim of directed energy weapons torture and community policing based gang-stalking, I can certainly attest to this through personal observation. Persecutors employed as “gang-stalkers” or harassers will often study a victim’s face hoping to see signs of pain or sadness. They often laugh or smirk as they go about the task of inflicting psychological suffering on others. They have learned to replace empathy with a perverse pleasure from the suffering of their victims.
Is it unreasonable to call this transformation in a bullies mind a perversion? Above all, it highlights the wisdom for a victim, of never returning “evil for evil” to anyone. To do so, perverts the natural empathy in the victim’s brain. His mindset becomes the virtual twin of his tormentor when he begins to find pleasure in vindictiveness and retaliation. Responding to evil with “good” is the best response, protecting the brain from developing an unhealthy thirst for voyeuristic pain.
“Return evil for evil to no one. Provide fine things in the sight of all men. If possible, as far as it depends upon YOU, be peaceable with all men.” – Roman 12: 17-18

Finding Strength In Humility
One of the powerful lessons I have learned in facing constant psychological assaults (directed energy weapons torture and community policing based gang stalking – see My Story Begins), is the need to cultivate humility. It can help us to calmly endure hardships that would break the mightiest of men. A practical lesson in this regard was furnished by Jesus Christ on the last night of his life on earth.
Jesus knew that his disciples needed to cultivate specific qualities that would help them to work together and endure hardship. To that end, only hours before his death, he focused his energies on teaching them. One such lesson was taught by example when Jesus, although being their Teacher and Master, girded a towel and proceeded to wash the feet of each of his disciples. – John 13:3-5 This menial task was usually reserved for the lowliest servant in Jewish households of the day. However, by performing this humble act, Jesus wanted to stress by example that his disciples must willingly serve others, not “lord it over” people as was common among political leaders.
The Bible account indicates that Jesus washed the feet of all twelve of his disciples in attendance, including Judas Iscariot. Amazingly, Jesus was well aware that Judas was secretly plotting his murder! -John 13:2 Yet, he calmly washed his feet along with the others. We know that Jesus was a man of deep feelings. Can you imagine how being so close to the man who would betray him affected his emotions? How would you feel in this situation? Yet, Jesus calmly performed this humble act, without revealing what he knew to the other disciples, or allowing his emotions to get the better of him.
It is this singular act, washing the feet of a wicked betrayer that reveals to me the depth of humility found in Jesus. Why did he do it? A noble characteristic of humility is that it allows us to focus on the needs of others even as we face extreme hardship. Jesus felt that the lesson in humility he was teaching his beloved disciples, was more important than his personal feelings regarding Judas. With extraordinary humility, he washed the feet of all, including his betrayer, so that his disciples could be taught without distraction. He pushed aside his own feelings and interests to meet the needs of his disciples. He held his disciples in such high esteem, that he considered their needs more important than his own. -Philippians 2:3,4 Do you see the lesson we can learn from this?
As victims of psychological attacks, we know that our persecutors are hoping that we will resort to extremes of anger or show terror. If you fly into a fit of rage or burst into tears and express hurt or fear, he is getting what he wants. (see Tips on Coping With Bullying). However, like Jesus, we can even be in close quarters with our persecutors and still maintain complete emotional control by cultivating humility.
One of the intended byproducts of psychological warfare is forcing the victim to become so focused on his own misery that he isolates himself from others emotionally. Such thinking makes one mentally unbalanced and prone to rash behavior. However, the beauty of humilty is that it helps us to remain focused on the interests of others in spite of our own adversities. We avoid becoming overwhelmed by our problems. Humbly serving the needs of others is one of the most emotionally healthy activities we can engage in. It is especially beneficial during times of personal crisis, as it works to protect emotional and mental health.
We can be certain that Jesus true disciples never forgot his extraordinary display of restraint and humility. It provided an appealing motivation for their own cultivation of this priceless quality. Can you see how cultivating humility in imitation of Jesus can help you?

They may have been few in number, but they offer sufficient proof that everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” – Viktor E. An Additional Comment
There is another vital lesson that came to mind as I reflected on the example Jesus set in washing the feet of his betrayer, Judas. The truly kindhearted person can display kindness even toward the unappreciative. Genuine kindness is not hypocritical, or merely a thin veneer of politeness and courtesy that quickly dissipates when others are rude.
I am intensely concerned that the daily barrage of rudeness that confronts me never darkens my heart. Writing this blog is a constant reminder that I must follow the advice I pass on to others! Far more than any physical or psychosomatic harm my persecutors may cause, I worry about losing my humanity. Losing the ability to feel genuine love for my fellow man is the price I simply cannot pay. Reflecting on and sharing the positive lessons I learn through these writings helps me to hold on to that most precious of possessions—love of neighbor.
“You must love your neighbor as yourself.”—Matthew 22:39
Laughter and Survival
A young girl who was writing a paper for school came to her father and asked, “Dad, what is the difference between anger and exasperation?” The father replied, “It’s mostly a matter of degree. Let me show you what I mean.”
With that the father went to the telephone and dialed a number at random. To the man who answered the phone, he said, “Hello, is Melvin there?” The man answered, “There is no one living here named Melvin. Why don`t you learn to look up numbers before you dial?”. “See,” said the father to his daughter. “That man was not a bit happy with our call. He was probably very busy with something and we annoyed him. Now watch….”
The father dialed the number again. “Hello, is Melvin there?” asked the father. “Now look here!” came the heated reply. “You just called this number and I told you that there is no Melvin here! You’ve got lot of nerve calling again!” The receiver slammed down hard. The father turned to his daughter and said, “You see, that was anger. Now I’ll show you what exasperation means.”
He dialed the same number, and when a violent voice roared, “Hello!” The father calmly said, “Hello, this is Melvin. Have there been any calls for me?”
Do you appreciate the value of humor in coping with difficult situations? The Encyclopædia Britannica says concerning laughter: “One might call it a luxury reflex. Its only function seems to be to provide relief from tension. . . . The explosive exhalations of laughter seem designed to ‘puff away’ surplus tension in a kind of respiratory gymnastics.” Imagine that! Instant relief from tension! Think of the practical benefits this can bring victims of directed energy weapons harassment and psychological attacks.
Humor can brighten up even an apparently hopeless situation. Readers Digest of May 1973 relates the experience of psychiatrist Viktor E. Frankl, who was imprisoned in a German concentration camp during World War II:
“Piled on top of malnutrition, exhaustion and disease, suicidal despair was the big killer in these citadels of degradation.”
“As a psychiatrist, Frankl knew that humor was one of the soul’s best survival weapons, since it can create, if only for moments, aloofness from horror. Therefore, Frankl made a rule that once each day he and his friend must invent and tell an amusing anecdote, specifically about something which could happen after their liberation.” As Frankl observed in his book, Man’s Search for Meaning, “Humor was another of the soul’s weapons in the fight for self-preservation.”
Doing this helped to make Frankl’s torturous experience of life in a concentration camp more endurable. The Reader’s Digest article concluded with a question worthy of our contemplation: “If humor can be used successfully against such odds, what can’t you and I do with it in daily life?”
A New Tactic In A Tired Old Game
There is a new tool added to the arsenal of weapons used against me. It appears that some form of chemical pollutant taints the air in my apartment on a nightly basis, (usually starting around midnight) that causes severe coughing fits (I reside in an apartment complex near Esteban Park in Phoenix, AZ). This seems to be made possible by my persecutors isolating the apartments that surround mine. In addition, there appear to be few genuine tenants in this apartment complex who are not supporting the Neighborhood Block Watch sponsored “gang stalking” routines in some way.
I was first exposed to these chemicals about a month ago. They appeared to be coming from the dryer exhaust vent of the apartment next to mine. However, the fumes were so strong that I began to cough violently as a result of the irritation. That apartment, although appearing to be occupied, is usually vacant in the evenings. It may well be that my failure to react in a self-destructive way to gang-stalking routines and directed energy weapons torture has prompted the addition of this new tactic.
I never cease to be amazed by the level of hatred that fuels these long-term psychological attacks. In fact, the greater the effort I make to be a reasonable, caring, law-abiding neighbor, the more desperate they become. They are eager to capitalize on any mistake or failing, no matter how small, and take a fiendish delight in cruelty. Here in Phoenix, (Arizona) gang-stalking by neighborhood watch groups is a true growth industry. Nothing seems to unite people of diverse backgrounds more than the opportunity to express hatred for a perceived enemy.
What I observe in my neighbors, reminds me of the community culture in the ancient city of Ninevah, capital of the Assyrian Empire. That city was not only known for its abnormal cruelty, it even boasted of it in song and art.
Here are some Assyrian quotes translated from the many monuments and reliefs they erected in Ninevah celebrating their cruel treatment of captives:
“I cut off their heads and formed them into pillars”
“Bubo, son of Buba, I flayed in the city of Arbela and I spread his skin upon the city wall”
“I flayed all the chief men who had revolted, and I covered the pillar with their skins”
“Many within the border of my own land I flayed, and spread their skins upon the walls”
“Their corpses I formed into pillars”
“From son, I cut off their hands and their fingers, and from other I cut off their noses, their ears, and their fingers, of many I, put out their eyes”
“I made one pillar of the living, and another of heads, I bound their heads to posts round about the city”
Sounds like something out of a horror movie does it not? Yet, this perverse cruelty was the entertainment of ancient Ninevah’s citizens. Violence was an appetite cultivated from childhood in their families and communities. Are we as a modern culture so far removed from ancient Ninevah? Our culture is saturated in violence through entertainment and sports. The vicious mindset that government sponsored directed energy weapons torture and “gang stalking” attracts and cultivates brings an even more insidious danger. It allows its participants to engage in ritual torture while remaining anonymous and without accountability. Abuses occur behind a veneer of respectability. And, like most modern conveniences, it demands little physical effort of its participants. Covert new technologies make remote torture of random citizens as easy as typing on a keypad or connecting with a mob by cellphone.
No doubt, cruel ancient Ninevah would admire our macabre thinking while envying our modern ingenuity…
Illustration at beginning of article: This relief represents part of a scene from a marble slab discovered at Khorsabad (Ninevah). The Assyrian king is using a spear to blind one of his many prisoners. In his left hand he holds a cord with a hook attached at the opposite end which are inserted into the prisoners lips. The Assyrians would thrust the point of a dagger or spear into the eye.
Would You Torture?
The issue of directed energy weapons torture and psychological attacks that include “gang stalking” raises an important personal question. If an authority figure you respected asked you to torture a fellow human (albeit physical or psychological torment) would you do so? A recent university study tackled that question and found troubling results:
“Replicating one of the most controversial behavioral experiments in history, a Santa Clara University psychologist has found that people will follow orders from an authority figure to administer what they believe are painful electric shocks.
More than two-thirds of volunteers in the research study had to be stopped from administering 150 volt shocks of electricity, despite hearing a person’s cries of pain, professor Jerry M. Burger concluded in a study published in the January issue of the journal American Psychologist.
“In a dramatic way, it illustrates that under certain circumstances people will act in very surprising and disturbing ways,” said Burger. –
“The study, using paid volunteers from the South Bay, is similar to the famous 1974 “obedience study” by the late Yale University psychologist Stanley Milgram. In the wake of Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann’s trial, Milgram was troubled by the willingness of people to obey authorities — even if it conflicted with their own conscience.”
What this study failed to explore thoroughly are the principles motivating the minority to refuse participation in torture sanctioned by a human authority. We know that the majority often allows others to think for them — that’s fully evident in other facets of life. But what about the principled minority who do not compromise? Those who refuse to go along with actions that violate their conscience are truly exemplary and worthy of imitation. What makes that minority different from the compliant majority? In this regard, an account recorded in the Bible centuries ago reveals an insight worthy of consideration.
When judges in the Sanhedrin, the highest Jewish court in Jesus day, ordered a small group of Jewish followers of Christ to stop preaching regarding Jesus on the threat of imprisonment and flogging, they responded with the words, “We must obey God as ruler rather than men.”—ACTS 5:29
In other words, they considered God’s authority higher than that of any human agency. When a conflict with human law existed, they choose obedience to God’s law even if it placed their own lives in peril. As a result of that stand, that small group suffered hatred, mockery and intense persecution. Consider this: Would that small group of faithful followers of Christ torture others if they were ordered to do so by the same high-ranking judges? Would they obey God or men? What do you think?
Obedience to God can exert a powerful and enduring restraint from participation in the abuses of corrupt human authority. It can also become the foundation for an uncompromised integrity when adherence to right principles results in persecution.

NOTE: Someone asked me recently did I realize that the Bible description of Fallen Angels, “Sons of God” were actually children? Many believe that the unbelievable evil possessing weaker-minded men and women working in these cruel, mind control and torture programs, are factually the energy and mentality of children.
A Time to “Put Away Childish Things . . .”
Gangstalking, and other forms of psychological attacks are, at their very core, a form of adversity. Therefore, like any adversity we may undergo, they ruthlessly reveal our emotional weaknesses. That is not necessarily a bad thing. That same adversity now offers us the opportunity to cultivate and strengthen emotional virtues that equip us to successfully face this and future challenges. The childish traits that cause us to react poorly can be replaced with a powerful and enduring strength-of-character. Today, was for me, a time to “put away childish things” . . . Let me explain.
I was in Papago Park, a scrub brush, sand and rock-filled desert preserve near my home in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. I often use this setting for improving my compositional skills as a photographer. As is my custom, I was in Papago Park today to capture some of the warm late-afternoon winter light that makes for great photos. Of course, the “gang-stalkers” engaged in my harassment follow me into this setting, like any other. One of their typical tactics is to pretend to be an amorous couple while keeping me under surveillance.
There was one such couple in Papago Park today, tracking my movements. As I setup my camera and tripod, they stood perhaps 60 feet behind me out of my line of sight. However, by using the reflection in the rear LCD of my digital camera like a mirror, I could see that they were watching me intently. When I turned around, now facing them, they quickly resumed their “cover” as an amorous couple. This sun-baked, shadeless, open desert setting is perhaps the least comfortable place in all of Phoenix for a couple to be necking and petting. Yet, there they were, glancing at me repeatedly as I photographed the landscape.
The human ego is a childish thing that must be put away. Especially when one is the target of repeated psychological attacks. One can go for years maintaining needed self-control and yet, in an unguarded moment, allow the childish ego to rear its ugly head. Normally, I ignore these gangstalkers. Yet, on this occasion, my foolish ego got the best of me. I proceeded to walk over to them.
If and when I choose to do so, by combining my physical bearing (over 6 feet tall and in reasonably good shape) with an authoritative tone, I can become an intimidating presence. Using that ill-chosen talent, I asked to take their picture, something they were loathe to allow. While my words were carefully chosen for their innocence, they were said in such a way that subtly acknowledged that I knew why they were there. The tenor of my speech was also mildly condescending. However, I did not use profanity or threaten. We had a few tension-filled words of conversation. They became very uncomfortable with the idea of having their photo taken and left the area.
For a quick moment I felt a sense of having won a small victory. That was quickly replaced with a deep sense of shame. What I had just done was immature and unacceptable. By that one childish act, I had given my persecutors a victory. For years they have tried to rob me of my dignity. In that one moment, I voluntarily handed over what they could not gain by torture and humiliation for over ten years. I had become no better than my persecutors. In a small way, I was now imitating their cruel thinking and behavior.
The person who takes an illicit pleasure in humiliating others is like a man who mutilates himself and then laughs at his wretched condition in the mirror. We are all part of the same human family. Humiliating others is an expression of the low regard we have for our ourselves.
Interestingly, as I observed today, many of those who are used as “gangstalkers” come from the same working class backgrounds as the people they victimize. This strategy by the covert government agencies that exploit them is not without precedent.
The Nazi’s used a similar strategy in the concentration camps to oppress prisoners. They would select certain prisoners to work inside Nazi concentration camps during World War II in various lower administrative positions. Called Kapos, they would receive more privileges than normal prisoners in exchange for their keeping their fellow prisoners in line. The Kapos, many of whom were Jewish, often proved to be more brutal and oppressive toward their fellow prisoners than the SS Guards. In fact, many who served as Kapos were so brutal in their treatment of fellow prisoners that they were tried along with Nazi officers for war crimes at the end of World War II. The word Kapos, which means “combat police” in German, has since come to mean a “self-loathing Jew’ because of the notorious behavior of Jewish Kapos toward their brethren in the concentration camps. This same cruelty is seen in the actions of modern day “gangstalkers.” Their psychological brutality is directed towards their own neighbors, persons much like themselves. In a real sense, they are modern-day Kapos.
Gangstalking is a “childish thing.” Those who employ it avoid the honest, open communication and interaction characteristic of mature individuals, using spite, hubris and cowardly mob violence to address disputes they have with fellowmen.
Gangstalking and other psychological attacks are not tools of those who have “put away childish things.”
Knowing this, I am more determined than ever to avoid the cruel thinking of my persecutors. As that gangstalking couple walked away, I had to stand there for a few minutes pondering my own actions. I said a silent prayer, asking for God’s forgiveness. I was intent on apologizing if I saw those two individuals again. Irregardless of how I am treated, I must retain my dignity and humanity and reject injustice of any sort when dealing with my fellow man. That is the mark of a mature man who has “put away childish things.”
“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” – 1 Corinthians 13:11
King James Version
Never Give Up Hope!
“There is no challenge in life that is too hard to confront . . .”
In the Himalayan winter, without food or shelter, a human being is not expected to live longer than a week. James Scott, however, lasted 43 days. He survived extreme cold, hunger, isolation and despair, hanging on to the dwindling hope that a search team might find him, or that he could crawl out when the snow thawed. How can those of us who face long term injustices such as radiation weapons torture and “gang stalking” benefit from his lesson in survival?
James was a 22 year-old karate enthusiast, who suddenly became lost in the Himalaya Mountains when a sudden blizzard swept in, hiding his trail. He was in real danger of freezing or starving to death. He recalled having seen people in karate competitions “get slowly ground down, each blow draining them of their spirit, until . . . they became completely defenseless.” He said: “That was how I felt as I zipped up my sleeping bag and feebly ate some snow. My spirit had been crushed and all the will to live had left me. Never had I felt so defeated.”—Lost in the Himalayas.
Isn’t it true that as we face long-term injustices designed to break our will and spirit, it may feel as if we are slowly being ground down and defeated. Nevertheless, despite such seemingly overwhelming challenges, we can learn how to survive relatively intact physically, emotionally, and spiritually until a solution arrives. How? Here are two valuable tips given by survival experts that may benefit victims of ongoing injustice:
The first is to avoid worsening an already difficult situation. “Your strategy,” says The Urban Survival Handbook, “must be to avoid unnecessary risks . . . and minimize the damage caused by those you can’t avoid.” This helps us to see the wisdom of avoiding attitudes or behavior that escalate emotional harm or cause confrontation. Learn to walk away rather than cause needless conflict.
The second—and perhaps the more important—has to do with our attitude. “Survival,” says The SAS Survival Handbook, “is as much a mental attitude as physical endurance and knowledge.”
One important key to survival is maintaining a hopeful and positive outlook. Sometimes there is little you can do to escape the effect of the psychological war waged against you. However, don’t give up; don’t throw in the towel. “It is easy to let yourself go, to collapse and be consumed in self-pity” when exposed to a hostile or dangerous environment, says The SAS Survival Handbook. Do not give in to negative thoughts and emotions. You may be amazed at how much you can endure. “Men and women have shown that they can survive in the most adverse situations,” says the same handbook. How did they do it? They survived, it says, “because of their determination to do so.” Be determined not to be defeated by injustice.
James Scott, mentioned earlier, was eventually rescued from what could have become his Himalayan grave. He said that his struggle to survive had taught him at least one important lesson. What was that? “There is no challenge in life that is too hard to confront,” he said. Tim Macartney-Snape, an experienced mountaineer who was amazed that James Scott was able to survive long enough to be found alive, also drew a lesson. He said: “As long as there is any hint of hope, you must never give up.” So, no matter how dark things may appear to be, you only make matters worse if you lose hope. Never give up hope of rescue.
One more thing that I try to keep in mind: Our stalkers and attackers take great delight in showing their pleasure at our failings, no matter how minor. If we allow our thinking to be poisoned by their view of us, it will destroy self-esteem. You will have bad days. You will make mistakes. I find the scripture at Proverbs 24:16 to be of great comfort in this regard: “The righteous one may fall even seven times, and he will certainly get up.” Yes, we “may fall,” or make mistakes frequently as we try to cope with our persecution. When that happens, the important thing is that we “get up!” Be determined to recover, learn from your mistakes if necessary and move ahead. Instead of just thinking of yourself as a general failure, pinpoint what you failed at and what caused it. This way you can do better next time. This scripture also shows the need not to take ourselves too seriously. Sometimes, you can laugh at yourself! We all fail at times. Just be determined to restore a healthy, balanced view of yourself. This will go a long way towards protecting our mental and emotional health.
The Spirit of Our Times
There is a notable arrogant disregard for even the basic rights of fellowmen that is a constant thread through every act of humiliation, provocation and harassment endured by victims of psychological attacks that include gang-stalking and radiation weapons torture (directed energy weapons). It is hubris; a pleasure taken in the suffering of others. Modern so-called “reality” shows have taught us to enjoy being spectators in the most intimate pain and discomfort of others. When the real-life suffering of others becomes entertainment, it short-circuits the normal empathy we should feel when seeing hardship. That voyeuristic thrill is seen in the video embedded below.
When I first saw this video, it struck me at how accurately it portrays the attitudes I often see in the individuals involved in my persecution. Other victims may see the same. To those who are not victims or find it hard to believe the likelihood of such abuses, this video provides an example of the pervasive spirit that makes such extraordinary abuses possible.
“Know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, without gratitude, with no loving-kindness, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with self-esteem, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power . . .” – 2 Timothy 3:1-4
Don’t Be Overcome By Your Circumstances!
Can you imagine this being your life story? Your older brothers sell you into slavery as a final act of abusive hatred that started in your childhood. As a slave, you are falsely accused of attempted rape, and incarcerated. All told, despite your innocence, thirteen years of your life are spent as either a slave or prisoner. How would that experience affect you? Would it break your spirit? Would you spend your days planning an escape, brooding, seeking a way to retaliate against those who wronged you? Would a string of injustices that began in your childhood make you forever distrustful and incapable of love or happiness?
These are the true-life experiences of Joseph, whose account is found in the Bible book of Genesis. I found his life story a source of great inspiration for any today who may be victims of long term injustices such as directed energy weapons torture and forms of psychological warfare that include gang-stalking.
By the time he reached the age of 17, Joseph had a serious problem within his own family. His older brothers saw that Jacob, their father, “loved [Joseph] more than all his brothers.” Consequently, “they began to hate him, and they were not able to speak peacefully to him.” (Genesis 37:4) We can imagine the anxiety and stress that this situation caused Joseph. Eventually, the hatred of Joseph’s brothers became so intense that they sold him into slavery.—Genesis 37:26-33
While a slave in Egypt, Joseph had to resist the immoral advances of his master’s wife. Angry at being rejected, she falsely accused Joseph of trying to rape her. He was given “over to the prison house,” where “with fetters they afflicted his feet, into irons his soul came.” (Genesis 39:7-20) What a distressing outcome! For about 13 years, Joseph was either a slave or a prisoner because of injustices brought on him by others, including members of his own family.—Genesis 37:2; 41:46.
What is exemplary about Joseph is his refusal to be crippled by hatred and bitterness. How do we know that he resisted the tendency to become bitterly angry during his trials? Consider how he reacted when he did have an opportunity to take vengeance on his brothers who had come to Egypt to buy grain. The account says: “[Joseph] turned away from them and began to weep… After that Joseph gave the command, and [his servants] went filling up [the brothers’] receptacles with grain. Also, they were to return the money of the men to each one’s individual sack and to give them provisions for the journey.” Later, when sending his brothers to bring their father to Egypt, Joseph encouraged them with the words: “Do not get exasperated at one another on the way.” In both word and deed, Joseph proved that he had not let bitterness and resentment poison his life.—Genesis 42:24, 25; 45:24.
Yes, instead of harboring self-destructive anger, Joseph took the opportunity to help his brothers when they were in need. He did not allow bitterness to destroy his good qualities. Can we learn a lesson from that?
Secondly, Joseph never allowed his circumstances to control his life. We can become so preoccupied with what we cannot do in a distressing circumstance, that we lose sight of what we can. While serving as a slave, Joseph worked diligently and distinguished himself. As a result, he was appointed as head of his master’s household. When he found himself in prison he again applied himself and was appointed to run the prison by the chief officer. His resourcefulness and hard work earned him a high ranking position in the Egyptian government upon his release.
Joseph made the best possible use of his resources in spite of his environment. He even earned the respect of individuals who would normally not have his best interests at heart! His unpleasant circumstances never robbed him of his civility and dignity.
Those who are unjustly victimized by programs of psychological warfare and covert torture can learn much from Joseph. There are things we face that we have no control over. However, there are areas of our life where we can make the best of our situation. Do not let bad circumstances determine the path your life takes! Realistically, we still must earn an income, and live our lives to the best of our ability. We must still be productive members of society and good neighbors. We must also learn to interact with those who target us for abuse in a civil way! Keeping a positive outlook on life, and focusing on the good we can do can protects our mental health and prevents self-destructive behavior.
The lessons learned from Joseph have been of great encouragement to me. I take great pleasure in doing the best work that I can, looking for ways to help others, and maintaining a pleasant disposition before all. Of course, it is not easy. But it is worth the effort! Reflecting on this account also helps me to appreciate that I am not alone. Injustice and oppression afflicts many. Learning how to respond in the best possible way is vital to my survival and long-term emotional stability. It is possible to choose a response to long-term distresses that allows us to live the best possible life under any circumstance!
Set The Example For Your Persecutors
The ability to restrain the urge to retaliate is an act of singular courage. Knowing that I have treated even those who harbor ill will towards me with civility and decency promotes inner peace. Vindictive, spiteful people are always ‘watching their back’ worried about running into someone they’ve harmed. I do not have that fear, nor the host of nagging anxieties that come with it. Of course, this does not mean I throw all caution to the wind. Certain individuals must be treated with caution when their bad motives become apparent. However, my civility and restraint will teach them a far more powerful and meaningful lesson than any returned slight, insult or bitter tirade ever could.
”The people who are at peace with you will deceive you. Those who eat food with you will set traps for you, and you won’t even know about it.” —Obadiah 7, God’s Word Translation
One of the components of the ongoing psychological attack (directed energy weapons torture & gang stalking) that I have endured for over ten years are covert government-sponsored operatives masquerading as friends. These are individuals who insinuate themselves into your life with malicious objectives. It is this aspect of the psychological attacks I undergo that demands the greatest degree of sober vigilance and insight.
These individuals have three major objectives: They provide interference so that genuine friendships of the targeted individual are either lost or exploited, contributing to isolation and loss of support. Secondly, they gather information, looking for weaknesses to exploit. Thirdly, they hinder the victim’s ability to obtain legal recourse for the abuses he has suffered.
It is in my workplace, and place of worship that a concentration of these individuals have occurred. It appears that covert agencies in our country use a strategy similar to the Stasi (former secret police organization) in East Germany; recruiting and training operatives who then make a career or obtain positions in the organizations they have infiltrated. Their true role will generally only become apparent to the individuals they target. This is the case with the covert personnel I have encountered.
There are a four major traits I have observed in covert operatives who have sought to gain my confidence:
1. The “friendships” start at an unusually rapid pace.
I’ve noticed that these covert “friendships” tend to build quickly, far more rapidly than genuine friendships. The jump from total stranger to close friend is carefully orchestrated by the covert operative so that they can get up to speed with minimal delay. The covert operative may highly praise other individuals that are coworkers in their scheme, hoping that you befriend and trust them as well.
If the first covert operative’s “friendship” effort fails, a “backup” will step in and seek to gain your confidence. Of course, he will have studied the reasons why the first effort failed, using the lessons learned to gain your confidence. All of the individuals used for these roles are carefully selected for characteristics deemed attractive to the target.
2. They seem to share, and know, all of your interests.
It is rare to have genuine friends that like everything that you do. Even marriage mates differ in tastes and interests. However, the covert operatives seeking to quickly gain your confidence have done their homework. They know your interests primarily due to information gathering surveillance. Their understanding of your interests may be wide but shallow and seems a bit forced and unnatural. It also seems a bit intrusive, as if someone watched you and made a list of your daily activities. In truth, that is exactly what has happened!
3. They will try to crowd out and replace your long-held and trusted friendships.
That is perhaps the most obvious and consistent trait of all the covert operatives I have come in contact with. They slyly steer you away from long-held friendships. They will find ways to divert your attention and time. They may invent schemes that give them the opportunity to come to your aid in some way, thereby gaining your confidence and admiration. Their intent is to isolate you so that eventually they and fellow covert operatives are the only friends you have.
These individuals are trained to destroy the good name of the persons they target. They will use their role as your “closest friend” to raise doubts about you to others. Eventually, you will be maneuvered into a situation that leads to a loss of reputation, employment or other personal disaster. As a result, they must be treated with extreme caution.
4. They actively hinder the victim’s ability to obtain legal recourse or protection under the rule of law.
In this, we see similarities to an earlier program of government sponsored abuses. During the Tuskegee Experiment, the U.S. Public Health Service conducted a 40 year study on 399 black men in the late stages of syphilis. They were willfully denied treatment so that upon their eventual death, their corpses could be used for medical research. To keep the unwitting participants from getting proper treatment or information about their condition, an elaborate scheme of lies and manipulation was set in place that demanded the coordination of both Federal and local health and education agencies.
The modern programs of involuntary testing done with directed energy weapons and psychological attacks uses a similar strategy to insure that its victims never have access to any meaningful protection from the basic human rights abuses. The covert personnel masquerading as friends play an ongoing role in this drama. They are the frontline of lies and manipulation intended to weaken and confuse any efforts by their victim to obtain legal protections under the law.
It can be an enormous challenge discerning the difference between genuine friends and covert operatives seeking to gain your confidence. In fact, in some cases it is only after these covert individuals have done their damage that I discovered their true motive. After eleven years of psychological attacks and covert victimization, it is easier now to detect them early in their attack. I am better at spotting the signals. However, a hard-earned mental and emotional balance must be maintained. It is quite easy to misjudge the motives of well-meaning individuals.
These covert individuals are highly trained and appear to be employed or contracted by the government in some way. I have noted that quite a number of these have military career backgrounds (they like to boast about that) and often their family members are participants in supportive surveillance / gang-stalking routines.
Keeping false friends at a distance is not always easy as they will persistently infiltrate all areas of your life. At the very least, it may be possible to severely limit contact with some of these interlopers. Others can be neutralized simply by the fact that you are aware of what they are and exercise caution in their presence.
One powerful lesson I’ve learned is the need to choose friends wisely. Close friendships should not be happenstance events. Especially when surrounded by individuals who are deceitful by profession.
Why Is This Happening?
The fact that seemingly endless resources are being invested in ways to covertly track, torture, and ruin the lives of persons who are not a threat to any institution cannot be explained as merely an isolated secular phenomenon. Simply placing the blame on a few government agencies working outside of public scrutiny does not uncover the root cause of this fast-growing cultural trend. Once cherished concepts of justice and human rights are dying. Like the shocking levels of naked greed that brought on the current international collapse of banking systems and larger economies, it reflects a growing darkness enveloping all of human society. It brings to my mind a scripture that provides the only explanation that makes any sense:
“But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. Men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, self-assuming, haughty, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, disloyal, having no natural affection, not open to any agreement, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, without love of goodness, betrayers, headstrong, puffed up with pride, lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God, having a form of godly devotion but proving false to its power.” —2 Timothy 3:1-5,

Declaring War on Your Brain
“No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation” —Universal Declaration of Human Rights
The recent complaints of directed energy weapons torture and covert psychological attacks coming from numerous American citizens may be a byproduct of what is considered the hottest new market in weapons development: ” . . . namely the military and intelligence communities’ interest in drugs and other methods for degrading (mental) performance—of enemy soldiers and terrorists, of course—and perhaps reading their intentions and even controlling their minds.” —Minding Mental Minefields, scienceprogress.org. What ‘weapons systems” and methods are being developed for this new market?
The development of biochemical weapons and psychological methods of targeting the human mind are discussed in a quietly released 151 page National Research Report “Emerging Cognitive Neuroscience and Related Technologies” commissioned by the Defense Intelligence Agency, USA (full text of this report is available online). Scienceprogress.org commented on the report’s disclosure of “the emerging market in brain-targeted, performance-degrading techniques. Some experiments, it turns out, suggest that magnetic beams can be used to induce seizures in people, a tempting addition to the military’s armamentarium. More conventionally, as scientists discover new chemicals that can blur thinking or undermine an enemy’s willpower, and as engineers design aerosolized delivery systems that can deliver these chemicals directly to the lungs (and from there, the brains) of large groups of people, the prospect of influencing the behavior of entire enemy regiments becomes real.”
This report further indicates that the “applied research . . . could be exploited for legal and forensic, military and police/public safety, and information and intelligence purposes.” — Emerging Cognitive Neuroscience and Related Technologies. In other words, the weaponized capacity to “blur thinking,” “undermine willpower,” and “degrade performance” goes beyond military application. It will also be applied to local law enforcement and “public safety.”
Who are the test subjects for these developing programs of psychological warfare designed to “degrade” and “influence the behavior” of people? Our government has recently admitted to well over 10,000 incidents of involuntary medical and radiation experimentation on American citizens during the 20th century. Is it not logical to conclude that this emerging class of weapons systems and “techniques” targeting the human brain is also being tested involuntarily on numerous American citizens?
What Happens To Victims of Involuntary Brain Targeting Medical Experimentation?
Interestingly, this National Research Report comments rather bluntly on their plight: “Covert or classified military research findings will probably not be submitted for publication in the international literature, so they will escape the attention of publishers and peer reviewers. Thus, human-subjects protection in this sector of biomedical research cannot be guaranteed or assessed.” —Emerging Cognitive Neuroscience and Related Technologies, page 185. In other words, American citizens made victims of involuntary experimentation in this field will most likely be kept anonymous and stripped of all rights and protections under law.
How would you feel if your son or daughter became a covert victim of these programs? At the very least, can you better understand the plight of those covertly and willfully tortured by the same military, police and public safety agencies that should protect them?
Finally, I ask you the reader: Does this not give credence to the numerous complaints around the country from individuals who claim to be involuntary subjects of these developing weapons systems and methods? Victims complain of being covertly targeted by microwave and acoustic based beam weapons, sustained psychological attacks that include “gang stalking,” and noxious odors and fumes from aerosolized delivery systems. Their livelihoods, reputation and health are willfully and systematically destroyed in the process. They are isolated, and stripped of all rights and protections…
Have we finally found “the smoking gun” behind these covert crimes?
