On October 25, 2023 I opened this blog trying to update, and edit inserted errors.
Immediately, under the watchful eye of the Targeting effort around me, they seized the opportunity. After trying to publish updates several times, in the blink of an eye everything, specifically the images were deleted by the remote operation around me.
Why?
The images accurately depict the setup around me revealing the covert, illegal human experimentation program reported nationwide as a threat bringing reality to what is happening today to thousands. It became apparent, up literally all night long, they were blocking the updated publication.
A few months ago, I reached out to WordPress Admin asking were they possibly being influenced and could they help me remedy the situation. I basically never heard from them again. Books reviews of my Amazon book series are also being blocked as well.
In regards to this hideous official program, many can be, and are being influenced around Targets. In fact, I know this from experiences, for example, the book publisher was frightened out publishing my first book. As a result I had to do everything myself, while enduring extreme harassment and beamed assaults.
What they don’t realize is that suffering of men, women and especially children, fuels the courage of everyone exposing this heinous, “Top Secret” ongoing human experimentation program and the sincere desire to help is seated in our hearts, no matter how we are strategically discredited.

Upstairs you can also see specific equipment used as surveillance technology that when fully deployed emits a lavender or blue illuminated colored room, and also the bright circular light of the Sonic Weapon. As of 2023, and since 2015, the corner house behind remains a location for a variety of official silencing efforts around me by cops and military personnel training and testing military grade weapons of both a biological and psychophysical nature. With so many attacks originating from this location, including beamed heart assaults, I consider the house an undeniable house of official high-tech horrors. As shown in this blog, since moving here in 2014, the multi agency effort has become massive as of August of 2023.
I must say, those that I expose are not pleased as I continue exposing this horrid program and the human monsters, clean-shaven, suited and in uniform running it. I have no doubt that they are working, behind the scene on a master plan to take me down, focused on discrediting my character. I have been keeping step with them now entering 18 year. As I see it, the only way they will try to be successful is by mind control influence of people they have connected with me. Everyone in my life has been contacted since a child.
As the plot thickens, one thing is sure, God is so much bigger than these official “Workers of Iniquity!” I ask God to prepare my mind and heart for whatever they are creating, and keep moving forward. Frankly this covert, criminal undercover effort will target any assets of target’s and some report theft acquire. There have been horror stories of operatives taking out life insurance policies on targets after isolating people, specifically the elderly and more. This program is not around, with many targeted since childhood to watch you prosper. That is not what mind control is about. It is about destroying hopes and dreams. As drones follow me around town, I also experience this type of heart focus while driving as ongoing death threats and harassments now enter, again 18 years.

The faint blue illuminated room upstairs, left to right, of the house is typical of military surveillance technology. On this night, as I prepared for bed, in preparation for whatever they have in store for me they lay in waiting for ongoing beamed assaults to my head which. The community is recruited from various types of Neighborhood Watch, Citizen Volunteers, and Community Oriented Policing (COR) programs, however, when military personnel show up, it becomes a high-tech operation taken to the next level and depending on the circumstance, can be a slow-kill operation thus these operative setting up shop and literally moving in.
The home across, #6, the street is a prime example of USAF personell, David Jacques, who is obviously involved in this program. I actually saw him entering this location many times before the LAPD cop neighbor moved out. Before they moved, he was using an upstairs bedroom and beamed focus in my direction inside my home. The cop and his family moved out in November of 2022. I watched him stay behind in an empty house with no furniture except a weaponized computer system, then purchasing it. After moving in, in early 2023, today it has two familiar USAF personnel around me since 2010 as their assignment. The beamed weapon assaults never missed a beat.
The greatest deception, or so they think, is to move in as neighbors around targets and a pretense of not involved in this military program, when they are. This is part of a clever, well thought out official plan. The Campisi house, #7 next door, houses older FBI agents, with Spear, #8, LAPD cops, Robles, #9, Lockheed Martin contractors, and Nelson, 10, the hub. All of these houses across the street are 100% involved as well and it apparent by tell tale sign of the surveillance equipment illuminated rooms they are in.
Spear, #8, is a former Marine which qualified him and Robles, #9, research revealed a possible connection to the Aerospace industry. This means that both would become houses eligible for Lockheed Martin recruitment and training.
Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, and Raytheon, to name a few DOD contractors, are within minutes away, with major Airforce and Navy installation’s close as well. Silly me, when I moved here, I went from the frying pan into the fire with these organization all playing a role in this program. However, the major Lockheed is spearheading field training.
After setting up Spear’s garage, I watched personnel move between the two garages of his and Robles’ houses. The Black cops were setup there from day one, announced, “This is our case”. This is not a case. This is a high-tech beamed barbaric torture program that is also focused on hopeful brainwashing.

I have seen three Lockheed Martin trainers, and military personnel and Black LAPD rotating to and from the corner house behind, as well as the house next door to it, Pradhan, #2. Houses front, back, and side to side are primary recruited locations for this specific type of technology use. .
The addition of the houses with question marks, next to #10, the Lepley house and the other question mark, behind next to #2, E.C. Jones, both have become active in 2018 and as of 2022 and shortly after moving in. Everyone in the community knows what is happening focused on me, with only a few only actually aware of the high-tech torture and anger at failed mind control technology use and exposure.
At one time, an FBI agent and military personnel using the Happoldt’s, house #4 next door, South, watched me gardening in the backyard and came outside just to say, “They say she’s a Ho!” That is 100% not true and frankly unprofessional and pathetic. The RFDE system also includes an antenna pointing system for aiming the at least one RFDE antenna at the target based on the location of the target as ascertained by the targeting system. This house, #10, remains a major, again major operation for tactical surveillance and much worse used specifially by this military COINTELPRO effort. Typically it houses federal agents, at any given time, always military personnel and the Lockheed trainers come and go.
I actually witnessed the Nelson family packing up and moving out, about a year or so after I move in which, I can guarantee will be vehemently denied. I saw a U-haul pull up and the Nelson’s moved out taking only what was necessary to furnish another location. I later learned that they were living in a neighboring city online. The listing was immediately deleted from the site I used to locate them because these operation monitor everything you do online. Shortly after, my their awareness of them opening their door, the husband brought back his older model Mercedes sport’s car, covered it and parked it back in the driveway.
While gardening in the front yard, when I first arrived, I saw specific neighbors returning from what was the first official Neighborhood Watch meeting held by the Black cops, who immediately began using the corner house behind, house, #1.
