In early February of 2021, the mobilized stalking effort was officially instructed to take my garage door remote out of my car. I saw the guy as he watched me then walked out the door of the store. I went to Lowes and was followed again. What this JRIC Norwalk, military COINTELPRO, with the Sheriff Department, who mobilizes the “Neighborhood Watch” and the “Community Volunteers” programs in my area are doing is supplying volunteers, including parolees a phone app. This results in monitoring targets by those provided the app, description of the target, vehicle, etc., and discrediting. The recruits are told many things such as the target, for example with women, they are a prostitute. The fact is, this label can play into the sinister plan for silencing the truth. If a mind-controlled puppet believes this about good people they can be used to kill.
After my garage door remote was taken, and apparent entry, the next day I returned home and coleslaw which I had put into a smaller container miraculously had a huge chunk about 1/2 inch piece of black glass in it. I also noticed an unopened pack of lunch meat was now opened with an unknown substance spread on it.
In Mark Rich’s “The Hidden Evil” which includes details of officially motivated break-ins, provided is, accurate, detailed information of how this covert evil is structured to appear bizarre, and as a matter of fact, many targeted report food poisoning, etc. Also widely reported is damage to personal property damage, vehicles, etc., sprinkler systems cut, and damage both inside residences and out typical of the covert entry. They will also microwave beams to harm pets, and anyone, children, to get to the target emotionally.

In this specific type of targeting operation, the weapons are beings used for subjugation, subliminal influence, combining coercive torture, and far worse with threats and with some people coerced into snapping. Once you understand the goal it is imperative to conduct yourself intelligently at all times. Some have given up, sadly, committing suicide under the extreme duress and relentless synthetic pain rays. These types of conclusions of those broken is why public awareness is vital to help save lives.
The African American men this program is using are operating from a rare rental property in this community which is actually one of few if any that is an investment property and Section 8. It is the corner behind me. The individuals set-up there, with sagging pants, and likely LAPD Reserve Officers, who earn $50 a month, working alongside LAPD officers, who profess to be “Gangsta” and continual death threats. They are vicious and inhumane beyond belief! LAPD has a documented history of corruption and hiring questionable cops from the “Hood” revealed in the infamous Rampart Division scandal.
When this house is operational as the effort alternates around me with the USAF, their mantra over and over again is “They want her.” It appears that this is their mission if they want to remain gainfully employed and supervised which is also a type of programming. This is typically right before a horrific beamed assault to my head, breasts, and of course my legs and all joints slow-cooked by beamed weapons which are portable, handheld, land, sea, and using drones. And, this sleazy type, who appears to be parolees, which I have personally experienced, while monitoring females can develop a psychotic, twisted attraction to women in their officially sanctioned capacity of criminal conduct, then actually think you should like them while torturing people within an inch of life. They also enjoy the benefit of using the see-through-the-wall system waiting for women to shower and many times use the monstrous Hendricus Loos sexual stimulation patent for perverted, high-tech unwanted sexual stimulation as well.
In the early days, I watched USAF personnel enter and train them on the see-through-the-wall harassment device, used for relentless denigration, although I believe that official personnel, only, are at the helm of the military-grade pain ray weapon system and drones. When you understand that there are not a lot of opportunities for this disenfranchised type handpicked from impoverished sections of Los Angeles, and employed, you understand their ruthlessness and desperation to eat as does obviously their supervision making them deadly. The fact is, they make the perfect cover-up for the typical scenario of “The Blacks did it.” The fact is what they are doing is criminal and it is condoned by those that are essentially their official Handlers. The only way this type can torture that slowly deteriorates the target’s health or secretively attempt murder is happening is because it is approved and sanctioned by the Los Angeles Joint Intelligence Resource Center (JRIC).
This program is a unified effort with many players, FBI, Los Angeles Police, and Sheriff Chiefs, DOD Contractors, etc. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the trail leads to intel agencies, military personnel, and beamed Directed Energy Weapon technology that is military-grade, drones also using psychotronic technology for subliminal influence, and ultimately overall government approval. With this understanding, I ask myself why do the official enforcers need outside assistance at the helm, when this program is legalized for military and law enforcement specifically as shown in the “Technology Approval” link below. I speak from my personal experiences, many, and what I have witnessed. However, as described by a highly credible NSA whistleblower’s confirmation there is DOD Contractor involvement and obviously many players in ongoing human experimentation, research, TESTING, and development programs designed for military psychological operations and war Directed Energy Weapon war weapons.
For example, when I moved here in 2014, shortly after I saw the FBI at a house, South of me, then several others. Shortly after USAF personnel showed up and begin garage set-ups, which today consists of using the backyard patio and room parallel to the target’s location inside their home. As I drove by, shortly after, I saw one of the recruits, in his early 20s sitting beside the military person, USAF watching me on the weaponized computerized drone operation system appearing to be trained. The drone followed me all over town.
As time progressed, I saw USAF personnel, many, going and coming to include, driving the family SUV, part of the guise, dropping off the father at one location who appeared to be a programmed zombie by then. As time progressed, new cars popped up with no one leaving the house for work each day, the homes now their workstations. Numerous times over the years, new vehicles, etc., and other amenities become the perks for recruitment or a bonus is given when signing up younger people as Military Reserve personnel which strategically allows them to use the weapons from their homes within the diabolical coverup. Of one thing, I and many across the nation can guarantee, the community is sworn to secrecy and what I and many report will be 100% vehemently denied. This is also due to their witnessing the military psychophysical technology being used.
Later in August of 2020, I also saw the a now recruit carrying in the military-grade microwave flat screen antenna, shown as an example prototype below, and beamed assaults through the wall into my bedroom commenced from several compliant locations. I also experience unmanned antenna set-ups guided by military personnel remotely placed in garages around me strategically in two other locations. This way the target can be beam cooked from different directions including targeting the heart from under the bed upstairs from the garage directly next door North, which are a Navy personnel family home. I have seen both USAF and Navy personnel in uniform and specifically USAF personnel before I move here.

The attacks are designed to keep the target in constant pain, gradually crippling, targeting tissue, organs, and joints, to include, again, the head, breasts for women, again, heart etc., which could result in a high-tech heart attack. Law enforcement and military personnel are authorized to test these weapons on civilians, so again, logically, why do they need neighbors at the helm? They don’t. And, as shown in the link below, the approval is for three specific reasons, crowd control testing, research activity, and law enforcement investigations which had become heinous effort to torture a person in a case against them. Law enforcement investigations are in reality a disguise for ongoing nonconsensual human experimentation, with many targeted for life or until they expire by various bioweapon testing programs, in a monstrous program on high-tech steroids.

If you Google employment classified advertisement and Surveillance Role Players, you see interesting things like must know tradecraft (spy) or DoD terminology, must be able to hold a security clearance, and job descriptions include tracking a target/rabbit by foot or vehicle for long periods of time in urban environments. Now logically, does this have any real application in war-torn Mid East countries? In that situation when it comes to contractors PMC’s, private military companies come to mind. Think Blackwater, mercenaries with machine guns. I seriously doubt a person trained to follow a Surveillance Role Player in Florida by foot or car is going to be able to get away with doing that in Libya or Afghanistan.
