The objective today is to isolate targets through technological harassment, remote viewing, electronic surveillance, and also focus on using everyone around them subliminally influenced.

The target is depicted to the community as incompetent, disloyal, troublesome, mentally unbalanced or ill, to mobilized community stalking efforts.  This permits an expertly crafted promotion and denial that highly advanced technology with a Schizophrenic effect aka DOD “Voice of God” technology exists. The whistleblower / targeted individual, targeted for various reasons, is then heinously, maliciously, secretively, abused by electromagnetic systems difficult to prove because it is unseen to the human eye or detectable as extremely low frequency (ELF) radio and microwaves waves. The objective is to push the target over the edge to suicide, hurting self or others, entrapped, jail, or be institutionalized. Others watch and become frightened preventing them from speaking out against these extreme, immoral, and unethical injustices in the form of covert terrorism with many players and denial of Human Rights.

Remote Neural Monitoring testing has also thrived within the Association of Psychiatry historically.  The electromagnetic assaults, physical, psychological, and verbal, continue until the target is left discredited, exhausted, and in poor health, financially crippled, or his or her life is in ruins or worse. And, it is legal!

The author’s personal experiences, how and why?

Reviewed as an excellent book for understanding the advanced technology applied to reportedly 300,000 victims of Human Experimentation within the USA alone and millions globally, Targeted for every reason under the Sun.

In Book Two of the “Mind Control Technology” book series, the author details personal experiences surrounding abuse and victimization by military and law enforcement, et. al., using real-time surveillance, drones, and highly advanced, patented, influence technology on her covertly hoping to substantiate allegations.

When the manipulative effort failed, resulting in this explosive tell-all book, the physical and psychological effort escalated as attempts to prevent publication and the author’s living Hell around the clock by non-ionizing radiation beamed both inside and outside her home and 24/7 tracking around the clock.

It appears that those involved in covert technology testing and spearheading “The Program” was attempting to make good on the promise, by repeated threats, that if she did not stop publication she would suffer the consequences.  And, the consequences could be deployed with ease from one of the approximate 120 state-of-the-art fusion/intelligence centers across our country today, unseen or detectable to the human eye, or as close as official set-ups at neighboring locations.

Little known today, various advanced, highly perfected technologies are being used globally such as patented Synthetic Telepathy also known as the “Hearing Voices” effect, mind-reading, consciousness-altering, dream manipulation, etc., along with the capability of subliminal message carrying through communication towers, portable systems and devices, and satellites and drones.

The technological arsenal of today consists of technology that can manipulate thoughts, create visual holograms, or even stimulate a person sexually, electromagnetically, a new form of covert, legalized, terrorism, miles away through a supercomputer terminal.

Approximately 500,000 U.S. citizens are today reporting covert victimization in a government nonconsensual psychophysical technology testing program and even more globally.

It appears that Big Brother’s 1984 technocratic agenda has come of age by handheld, portable, land, sea and space-based technologies and the weapon system first publicized during the Reagan era of the 80’s as the Strategic Defense Initiative then fondly called “Star Wars” as an exampled platform using a wide array of advanced weapon concepts, including lasers, particle beams.

When you press the button on your television remote control to turn the television on, the beam is unseen or detectable yet has made contact.  And so it is with the beamed electromagnetic technology in reported use by thousands of victims today nationwide and near millions globally being used as a covert method of physical torture by specific agencies, military personnel in the civilian arena, Federal (FBI – Joint Resource Intelligence Center (JRIC) in California) and Fusion Center leadership as the approving authority for unified military technology and military personnel, state and local police departments the new paradigm.  A corrupt division of the Los Angeles Police Department, satellite counter-terrorism division, four floors underground, known as the Real-Time Analysis and Critical Response (RACR) Division is an example of the hidden and monstrous unchecked use of these weapons when used for hideous silencing, suppression of exposure of official illegal wrong, and subjugation.

Scalar, Silent Sound, & Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) Sonic and acoustic, and the Active Denial System, also drone equipped, are in widespread use.  As early as the 1930s, Nikola Tesla, and others called these types of weapons, having the health deteriorating effect using electromagnetic energy, the “Death Ray.”

The characteristic of these technologies covert use, when used in relentless attacks on targeted victims is its intentional, deceptive, frightening design, designed to give the appearance of naturally occurring death or major illnesses by extremely low frequencies although it is technological, electromagnetic, slow kill. Leukemia, tumorous cancers, heart inflictions, and a host of other intentional medical conditions are manifested in targets resulting in slow debilitating illnesses and diseases.

Those being used in remote technological experimentation, for many and varied reasons, are witnessing the slow manifestation of illnesses which range also from unusual joint deterioration to depression, migraines, weakness, and fatigue, to also extreme, and medically unexplained, severe neurological problems and autoimmune disease.

Whistleblowers are described as “Primary Targets” such as Renee Pittman.

“Primary Targets” are those who have been placed on the hit list, marked for a slow kill, and are being heavily targeted, 24/7, in intentional physical and psychological torture programs using remotely directed microwave energy weapons, which are also termed psychotronic in a decisive manner to covertly, technologically, reduce a lifespan.

The overall structure of this program is to destroy every aspect of the target’s life, mentally and physically by using technology to create systematic tissue and organ damage, mental illness resulting from the deployment of the focused, directional beam relentlessly over a period of time. Victims who end up at this level, in this program are often those who begin to realize what is happening and by their exposure become a threat.

“The Program” does not just stop with primaries.

In the full spectrum of this ruthless, testing program, “Ordinary Victimized Individuals” are people who have been unsuspectingly put on a list to be either experimented on, destroyed, or mind-controlled, with remote frequencies. Women, said to be 70% of those targeted, fit this category. This is especially true when single and living alone and reportedly are also being sexually exploited by patented stimulation beams.

It is all done quietly, covertly, secretly, strategic and slyly orchestrated.

Without public awareness, through mainstream media, on “Gag Orders” exposing these crimes, victims have no real help, when it is military and unified law enforcement.  The torture then results in microwave COINTELPRO, “Covert Technological Murder” by the “Pain Ray Beam.” The weapons are portable, handheld also and defined in the “Space Preservation Act of 2001, Sec. 7. and make the perfect official crime.

The targeting of, and use of family members, to include children and

anyone around victims in takedown efforts as pawns

Key to the success of weaponized beamed technology derived from the Electromagnetic Spectrum depends on several factors.  One of the most successful is the strategic effort to discredit victims by applying the mental illness tag and hoping it will stick.  For success, the use of anyone around victims, especially family members becomes crucial.

Renee Pittman continues her mission of exposing the hidden evil today by pulling back the shroud of secrecy.  This is not only done through testimony of professionals and compiled open literature evidence but through her personal experiences and the testimony of victims both men, women and even children, confirming legalized, ongoing human experimentation on steroids.

A brilliant young Assistant D.A. is technologically pushed over the edge snaps 

“The Targeting of Myron May” was published as quickly as possible after the US Postal Inspector and FBI officially intercepted and confiscated the detailed information within the packages before arrival.  Myron May sent the packages out to ten people, in my case, the packaged arrived by the FBI coming to my residence personally.   They were mailed three days before the fatal Strozier Library shooting on the FSU campus, proving pre-meditated, and appeared to be his tragic method to detail his plight shockingly.

It was my hope, after realizing he had sent the information, via email, as well, as a logical step for immediate protection, published the information as quickly as possible.  I  also sent a copy to a Federal Judge, with little results, who essentially are “Freemasons”.  I then strategically also opened myself up requests for news interviews.  This was strictly based on clear evidence of a possible set-up around me and hope to connect me as the motivator of this man’s actions.

How many targeted victims, from all walks of life, are suffering and being maliciously, covertly destroyed in covert high-tech monstrous efforts around the clock?  Myron May lost everything he had worked so very hard for after excelling.  The fact is the technology in use has a high-tech capability, using highly advanced and perfected extremely low-frequency systems and devices today by military/law enforcement has evolved into unified horrific technological harassment, and legalized, for nonconsensual human testing operations.

Of course, immediately after my doing so,  shills, internet trolls, and ‘sock puppets’ and course official disinformation agents showed up and went on full attack.  There also was a strategic, hopeful effort, by law enforcement, it appeared, hoping to attach me, across the country to possible involvement and motivation of Myron May’s fatal decision by the insinuation that I contributed to the horrific outcome.  This was after meeting him, as a stranger, 6 days prior on social network, along with many others he contacted at the exact same time, and his living thousands of miles away.
