When the news first broke regarding Dr. Robert Duncan’s death, it was reported by Midge Mathis-Clause on X.  Midge Mathis, as many believe within the targeted human guinea community was once connected with the development of “Targeted Justice” whom filed a lawsuit on Targeted Individuals’ behalf which now appears to be headed for the SCOTUS.  

Below is information substantiating her credibility that is backed by an NSA whisleblower, William Binney interview.

Having not been on X for 3 years, when I saw her post below regarding Duncan, I assumed that what Mathis-Clause posted was credible.  Her X post appeared the following week of Dr. Duncan’s reported demise which was reported to be around or the 8th of July.  I immediately replied to ther X post asking her around July 14, 2024 if his death is real.  She asked if she could X message me.

Until I received the above confirmation from Midge Mathis-Clause uneasy, I needed to state for the record uncertainty and posted the following information on social networks.

After I regrouped from the shock, frankly, I just didn’t feel comfortable saying R.I.P. regarding the reported death of Dr. Robert Duncan in two posts, online, focusing on his altruistic activism until there was official confirmation.

I removed R.I.P. from four of my social media accounts detailing his history but could not remove this specifically from X.  The edit window closes after an hour.

I join many hopeful. One enthusiastic person wrote, “Wouldn’t it be wonderful and a great relief if Duncan is alive, taken to a remote location to use his brilliance while insuring he is not a free agent to expose this program? He posted on X, now deleted, that he had been  threatened / warned to stop what he has been doing for years including a new book in the works.

The point is, why waste such a brilliant mind who reported playing a major role in the development of mind invasive technologies for many highly level government agencies including the CIA?

Hoping for the best but logically, I can’t say, nor can anyone else say, initially whether this report is true or false although posted all over social media by many highly credible people.

Yet, as shown below, posted on X  Len Ber MD stated he received a response from Dr. Duncan, on July 8, 2024, the day of his reported death and Duncan confirmed he would attend a major event sponsored by Targeted Justice in Colorado Springs, Colorado scheduled for August 28-30 and are selling tickets for it.

The fact is, sadly, Dr. Duncan expired after confirming by the X post to Ber MD, his hope to be the keyspearker at this event on July 8, 2024?  Again, there was a 24 hours timeframe after Duncan’s 12:32 AM confirmation where he could have succumbed.

This blog is my small contribution to honor Dr. Duncan and his work. It is a sincere hope to documents a small portion of  this man’s masterful information and achievements, which was implied to have possibly cost him is life.  However, it should be noted as seen in the David Rubble post shown above, Rubble reported the cause was diabetes although this is unconfirmed by family members.

On or about July 8, 2024, the U.S. Targeted Community loss one of the greats known as a scientific Renaissance Man.  A Renaissance man is defined as a person with many talents or areas of knowledge.  Dr. Robert P. Duncan surely fit the mold.  

In one of his Linkedin profiles, he describes himself as Computer Software Professional and a Spy Scientist for DARPA and the CIA.  Mentioned is a business named “Higher Order Thinkers” under his leaderhship from 1990 to 2018 totaling 28 years of his reporting his specialized experience is mind hacking, torture, interrogations, and reprogramming, and his expertise assisting many government programs.  In typical fashion, and a quirkiness known to those closest to him in the Targeted Community, he follows this description jokingly, then saying, “Just kidding.” He then states, “I create defenses against such attempts Worldwide,” listing the HigherOrderThinkers website.  His sense of human was an endearing trait to many.

Just one example of his efforts are exampled and documented in the interview below and similar videos of many others that follow in this blog.

What stands out about Dr. Duncan is that he admirably tried to remain dedicated to the agencies he worked with scientifically, and the official demand for secrecy.  He admitted that his involvement played a major role in the advancement of these mind invasive technological advances targeting the brain yet was documented to be torn by this allegiance to humanity, and a deep seated, heartfelt desire to help people, within the Targeted Individuals human experimentation community of which the technology is widely reported to be focused on, accurately.  

The technology has impacted not only the lives of U.S citizens but there are similar reports all over the world. This amazing person, understood how and why the civilian population were being victimized and abused on a personal and massive scale by various systems understanding first-hand the capabilities and sought to help the downtrodden.  

This, as with anyone, obviously put him in a precarious position, dangerously, while trying to walk a thin line between two opposing forces, science and inhumane experimentation, while battling his personal Yin and Yang of intel secrecy.

Ultimately it would be his allegiance to humanity that courageously took center stage, fueled by his decision to continue contributing life saving information under the watchful eyes of official miscreants.  He was extremely successful at educating and bringing awareness and hope to the hopeless and loved for it. Dr. Duncan, the brilliant scientist turned whistleblower, confirmed that he worked on many of the very weapons systems that are used today in horrific remote electronic harassment, mind control, behavioral modification that again is widely reported by many nationwide used as lab rats.  

Educated by Harvard and M.I.T  he also delved into specific focus areas focused on medical sciences, engineering, again, computer sciences and more specifically detailed genetic algorithm optimizations of neural networks.

However, I can guarantee that search will reward you with an expert education of highly advanced technology psychophysical technologies.

It stands to reason that logically people put their lives on the line by exposing inhumane experimentation.  This is a program where people hide behind highly advance technology and believe the truth is a threats due to their immoral activities and a nemesis to their destructive conceit.  Killing someone is a desire of individuals with obvious dark personalities that have lost sight of reason. As many look back over years of Dr. Duncan’s altruistic contributions, one video stands out, in our minds revealing Dr. Duncan’s kindness and empathy.  This characteristic is seen and exemplified in his compassion and desire to save Tyrone Dew’s life documented in the video below.

Young Tyrone Dew, heavily high-tech targeted, in desperation reached out to Dr. Duncan after losing hope for his dreams, and living the gradual stages of high-tech targeting common towards the destruction of lives, and a goal of this program.  This program is not around anyone to watch any targeted for human experimentation prosper.  

Tyrone Dew desperately sought Dr. Duncan’s validation of what is still happening to him and thousands as being unmistakably very, very real.  He also sought  to  connect the use of advanced technology specifically related to the motivated deaths of two African American men, one an Assistant District Attorney, Myron May,  and the second, Aaron Alexis, a high level DOD Contractor, contracted by the Navy.  

Both, reported reported being targeted by this program and both prior to horrifically snapping, not only their destroying lives but in the case of Aaron Alexis, deaths of many at the Washington Navy Yard where he worked.  

Specific to Aaron Alexis was his carving into the weapon he used, engraved with “My ELF Weapon” meaning my “Extremely Low Frequency” weapon before his bitter massacre  referencing the advanced technology used on him and his awareness.  Assistant District Attorney, Myron May did not kill anyone but injured one and left behind Youtube videos detailing his plight and final decision as a way out.

TARGETED INDIVIDUALS?

Targeted individuals are people who has been placed under a watchlist program to psychologically torture the individual via officially organized community stalking, a.k.a. gangstalking and high-tech harrassment through electronic means such as infrasound, electromagnetic radiation, and beamed harassment by synthetic telepathy (a.k.a. DOD “Voice of God” weapon).

It should be noted that the numbers are upwards of thousands and that an extremely small percentage have broken, snapped and taken drastic action.  Many will continue to endure and have been in the program for upwards of 30 years.  I personally nearing 20 years.

The US military continues to develop and deploy non-lethal weapon systems like the directed energy weapon from Raytheon. Lockheed Martin is also heavily involved in Directed Energy Weapon field training and Directed Energy Weapon development.  One of the systems to come to light is the Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) that focuses sound waves into a beam that induces unbearable pain in anyone it strikes

Psychological torturing of the indivdiual starts with prep work, where the target is being watched, however not aware of this. They document any personality traits and anything useful to exploit.  The purpose of watching you discreetly is to ensure that your triggers, stressors, things that impact you in a negative way, can be ascertained in silence and a psychological profile of you created that can be used against you in an overt but subtle way repeatedly day after day once they do decide to make you aware of your overt targeting by specific agencies.

In the community, this normally takes place in the form of organized stalking where groups  within communities are told to watch and harrass you and since you are now aware that you are being targeted, initially, it takes a psychological toll on your health and makes you look paranoid, the initial game plan and that you are in need of medical and psychological attention. 

This is why Dr. Duncan and many understand that knowledge and awareness is vital for saving lives and are blowing the whistle with open literature evidence.

At work, this normally takes place in the form of workplace bullying whereby a handler is chosen to harrass you by overburdening you with work, slandering you in office, designed to be bizarre when reported by sensitizing you to stimulus in the environment by repeatedly doing the things such as coughing as you walk by them, clearing their throat, repeatedly walking by your office etc.

Once you are sensitized to these stimulus you are more hypervigilant and this also distracts you from work, gets you very anxious so that you cannot perform the work and then you are labeled as being incompetent and either put on a Personnel Improvement Program or fired from work.  If you complain about this to Human Resources (HR) or take legal action very little help will be given by HR and an attorney if you are able to find one, frightened to get involved  and in some cases will not act in your best interest after high level government military COINTELPRO influence. At your home these official operatives,  will occupy homes around you, paid from the Black Budget, including if living in an apartment, apartments above and beside you to harrass you with noise, or portable microwave energy weapons through the wall beams to make you sick or worse.

There are a few reasons that ignite the official Targeting, however, many were placed into this program during its formative years as children.  This program, now using patented psychophysical technologies is a continuation of the 20 years mind control experimentation of the Canadian and United States MKULTRA, and European Tavistock, with a host of other nations operating similar experimentation.

I would be remiss if I did not mention, again, that as soon as the news broke of Dr. Duncan’s death and as stated previously, while I am monitored, 24/7 in every aspect of my life by military personnel setup around me, nearing 20 years, using the beamed communication system from neighboring locations, I was immediately told, “Your Next!”  And this is as usual followed by official death threats and covert efforts to strategically harm my daughters.  In my case, as shown below these threats are coming from the official setup around me using neighboring locations using the through the wall communication system.

Apparently many are threatened in the same manner, exampled by what was told to Julian Assange.  Herein lies the problem, you don’t start hearing voices at his age of 49!  No, they like to start when you are young if they want to play the childhood or hereditary withing families trope with human experimentation from generation to generation.

In fact, in my case, as stated previously as I created this specific blog, the corrupt element of LAPD’s satellite drone division (RACR) within the FBI military COINTELPRO leadership immediately did as they normally do, working in sync with military personnel began insults, threats and Directed Energy Weapon attacks. They began focusing the beam on my heart from the corner house behind with three behind available for their use by the homeowners $$$ compliancy.  They became angrier listening to me speak with realtors, and frustrated ineffectiveness,  as the realization that I am moving out of state and thereby stopping the meal ticket of many, although this program will follow you to the ends of the Earth. Many are provided money supplementing their income, and financially for 10 years living around me  and dirty cops hoping to make their reputations, as a big catch, off me while repeating “They want her!” meaning their Handlers and official leadership approval.  

As shown, and well publicized, below, this is a major setup around me, beam torturing me,  with continued sporadic hit focused on my heart hoping which could result in a beamed heart attack or stroke.  Throughtout the day as well, the beam is also focused on the same area of my head and likely hope of creating a synthetic brain aneurysm including the sick and twisted focus of the beamed weapon on the right top right portion of my right breast and side.

I was floored recently when this outrageous, official brainwashing attempt materialized. I have  observed several incidents while monitored in real-time, with the USAF Space Program housed in Colorado, Springs. What my sweet daughter, of three, the second born said was one of many reported and ongoing tactics to program family members by this program, weaponized as a discrediting connection against the target, cleverly.  Key was that we were on the recorded line as federal agents listened waiting for the programming to materialize.  I always hear them, because they want me to, commenting in the background of all conversations.  My daughter actually phoned on this day, believe it or not, upset about fake memory programming of her older sister against her whom they continue to using.  This one, through their focus destroyed a record deal in London.  Again, this program is not around anyone to watch you progress. When my daughter said this about me, I nearly fell out of my seat.  I was stunned at the reality of this actually happening and my immediate response was,

As shown in the Netflix documentary “Escaping the Twin Flames” Episode 2, “Playing with Fire” at 12:10 seconds into the documentary, a traumatized young woman named Elle reveals the Mind Alignment Process (MAP), Inc. experience.  The programmer’s military connection is yet another example of similar program’s spearheaded by military intel, and in this case an Army Lieutenant Colonel, Christine Emerick.  She states she has ties to the military although retired and the Pentagon.  As shown in the link below other members have spoken out regarding the cyber cult.

Elle reported that after the sexual trauma brainwashing first by the cult leadership,  under  Twin Flame mind control, that although her ex expressed he no longer wanted involvement with her, she was brainwashed by the cult that this was not true although her ex had taken out a Restraining Order against her which she violated and cause her a 30 day violation jail sentence.  She was urged to continue the pursuit in spite of this by the cult.  

Under an ex-military member’s leadership through MAP sessions who became her official Handler Elle in the documentary that these MAP sessions was responsible for implanting false memories of sexual abuse by her family.  At some point, after the programming was broken, she realized this never happened however, her programming was so intense and effective that the fabrication made her feel extremely uncomfortable in her psyche around family that loved her.

As a result she was having to take a nap due to the broken sleep while they were programming her.  

Again, the vicious hope of these barely human people, who enjoy immensely sitting at the helm of these advanced systems, thrilled at destroying the lives of men, women and children is to use the recording they made in Court.  And, without a doubt the goal to parade others, past, present and future into a Courtroom setting whom they spoken with and were not pleased with the results, and hope to programmed this way to discredit and destroy me in Bill Cosby fashion.

I knew they were coming her, on a constant search to discredit and impact me, by using those anyone or anything you care most about.  

We are talking a young woman that graduated with a degree and a 4.0 GPA, who was a single parent after divorce, worked an extremely stressful job in the mist, and graduated with entrepreneur honors from the university.  Another a Social Worker who spend part of her time volunteering at a women’s homeless shelter and the oldest they still try to blackmail.

My awareness arose with a complete understanding  of the Standard Operating Procedures of this program.  I knew they were plotting to use her and were waiting on the perfect opportynity to arise.  And, as it turned out, they did not disappoint with this pathetic accusation.

A few weeks prior, the plans of this operation and that they were setting her up in another state for the official, for the Organized Community Stalking network.  This realization was after she told me she was having weird dreams, there is a dream manipulation patent, which I too and many others report having personally experienced.  Dream manipulation is the forerunner for fake memory fabrication.

(ISNS) — “Memory is deceptive because it is colored by today’s events,” said Albert Einstein.  It is also deceptive because it is frequently wrong, sometimes dangerously so. 

Scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have developed the ability to implant mice with false memories. The memories can be easily induced and are just as strong as real memories, physiological proof of something psychologists and lawyers have known for years.

The findings are a serious matter. According to the Innocence Project, eyewitness testimony played a role in 75 percent of guilty verdicts eventually overturned by DNA testing after people spent years in prison. Some prisoners may even have been executed due to false eyewitness testimony. It was not because the witnesses were lying. They were just wrong, said Susumu Tonegawa, a molecular biologist and the lead author in the MIT study.

In the longest criminal trial in American history, the McMartin family, who operated a preschool in California, was charged with multiple incidents of child abuse. After seven years and $15 million in prosecution expenses, some charges were dropped and the defendants were acquitted of others when it became clear some of the accusations were based on false memories, some possibly planted by childrens’ therapists.

There is now a False Memory Syndrome in scientific literature and a False Memory Syndrome Foundation.

Last year, Tonegawa and his team published a study in Nature showing how false memories could be implanted in mice. They first put mice in a chamber — the scientists called it the Red Room — and let the animals roam around exploring so they could build up a contextual memory of it.

After a while, they gave the mice mild electric shocks to their feet and a blue light flashed in their brains delivered by a fiber-optic cable, implanting the memory that the Red Room was a dangerous place. 

The next day researchers put the mice in an entirely different chamber – the Black Room – and let them explore peacefully. The mice were not afraid until the light flashed. The mice froze again although they were not in the chamber where they had received a shock. Why?

Memory is largely in the hippocampus, Tonegawa said, in a section called the dentate gyrus. Tonegawa, Steve Ramirez, a graduate student, and their colleagues identified the neurons there that were associated with experiential learning.

Events stimulate neurons when a memory is stored. Scientists discovered earlier that shining a blue light at the cells had the same result, activating the cells through a light-sensitive protein called ChR2. It’s called optogenetic manipulation because genes are involved in setting off the neurons.

Shining a blue light into the brains of the mice in the Black Room triggered the fear of being shocked as they had been in the Red Room.

“It demonstrated for the first time that activation of the neurons during formation of memory is sufficient for an animal to do everything needed to recall their memory,” Tonegawa said.

In a paper published this week in Science, the team went further.

Mice were let into the first chamber, and nothing happened. They acquired the memory of the environment and that it was safe. Then the scientists put the mice in a second chamber and sent a light into the brain, which would have triggered memories of the first chamber. Then came a mild shock.

The mice were placed back in the first chamber, where they had roamed safely before. The mice immediately ran to a corner and crouched. Knowledge of the context — the safe environment of the first box — was overpowered by the memory of the shock in the other chamber.

When the mice were put in a third chamber unlike the first two and were not given the light flash, they were unafraid. They were not reminded of their previous experiences, real or imagined.

The scientists had planted a false memory, and the mice believed it. 

Tonegawa said people who remember falsely are not lying; they completely believe what they say. People with false memories are among those who can beat polygraph machines. Even when confronted by facts, such as DNA evidence, they refuse to believe their memories are wrong.

Elizabeth Loftus a cognitive psychologist at  the University of California, Irvine, who has done more than almost anyone in attacking false and implanted memories in courtrooms and who has appeared as an expert witness in many trials, including the McMartin trial, said the finding was “very exciting.”

“It converges well with human data showing you can plant emotional memories into people’s minds,” she said.

Tonegawa, who won the Nobel Prize for Physiology in 1987, said there is a bright side to all this. Only humans have false memories; animals do not unless, like the mice at MIT, false memories are forced on them, he said.

“Humans are the most amazing, imaginative animals,” he said. “We are thinking. Lots of things are going on. Humans are recording what happens and passing it on.”

Again, I live with constant threats of we are going to get your kids threats by the cops repeatedly said in the background of my phone line.   As a result of this awareness I previously created the two blogs link’s below which document what they have tried in the past around me and keep trying when trying to materialize with this recent brainwashing stunt.

The lead FBI agent, finally showed up following me to Home Depot in late July of 2024.   

I have seen him several times dropping off neighbors across the street after their indoctrination, carrying the large monitor given for in home viewing, via drones and as stated in one of my books, I witness several of them entering houses around me, specifically four house with them wearing the jacket with FBI on the back shown below.  

Another PsyOps is to accuse me of being arrogant because I am not afraid.  Arrogance is code word for, “Who does she think she is, we will kill her!”

No one should ever be afraid to fight a rightful battle for their God given life.  

This program felt they would set me up, drag me through the ringer for years, until I began documenting everything in books.  My goals and those of many others remain the same.  It is founded on the belief that knowledge and awareness can be used to contribute to saving lives yours and others. 

Frankly, what a privilege to have this as a personal goal in this amazing life God has trusted to me!  The experiences this program put you through, hoping to bring you down, before you become aware, trying to conquer and destroy your sacred inner self, can and will serve a heart of full of love, operating on a higher frequency with an awareness that all things are truly working together for good and advance your soul’s progression.

As shown in the videos of the Bioethics Committee, in May of 2011, many people across the U.S. have been suffering nonconsensual human experimentation and frankly long before officially in 2011. 

The cold hard truth is that human experimentation of this type, dates back, again DECADES and using civilian citizen’s nonconsensually, and has resulted in horrendous unleashing of and ongoing advancements of highly advanced, brilliant technologies today!

There is also weirdo jealousy among the mentally disturbed automaton individual’s involved and so-called gangsta cops hired for this program  and this true of ALL involved and all races resulting from them around you 24/7 where women can’t even shower and dress in peace.  

I should also mention in my decision to move, that it is not uncommon for them to try to come after a Target’s assets, hoping for a personal pay day.  There are reports, over the years, for example, of life insurance policies  being taken out on targets, several of stealing inheritance and various other profitable efforts, stealing Intellectual Property within this type of targeting.  

Frankly time will tell if during this transition, as I continue to document everything, if I will make it out of here as beamed attacks repeatedly escalate focused on my breast, as stated previously for synthetically created breast cancer, my head for a beamed brain aneurysm, or beamed Directed Energy Weapon crippling resulting from the focused microwave Directed Energy Weapon beamed assaults to both knees for knee replacements.  These type of assaults are common in slow-kill official operations that are inhumanely spreading like wild fire, reported across the USA and again globally, and backed by intense, outright official efforts and clever disinformation designed to covered up the truth while advancing psychophysical patented military technology for social and mass population control unleashed ALL OVER THE WORLD!
