The breast beam focus began around 7:00 p.m., February 14, 2026 at an intense level, with periodic hits combined with focus on my head and heart. For the record, I had a mammogram in October of 2025 and my breast healthy.
In early February of 2026, there were two specific incidents by the official military COINTELPRO setup around me that emerged hoping to frame me. During two hospital ER visits, track and stalked each time to the ER in my area, ER hospital personnel were used and played along in an entrapment scheme hatched by the Black cops on February 3rd and February 5, 2026 using my urin. On February 10, 2025, I again sought muscle relaxers for neck pain so intense, I could barely move at Kaiser Urgent Care. As shown in the “After Visit Summary” hospital staff were persuaded to add, things I was not seen. I was there for extreme neck pain hoping to get a at least three days more of highly effective muscle relaxer as my neck began to slowly relax from the chiropractor excessive pulling. However, as shown in the After Visit Summary, that typically reflect only why you came to the hospital, in my case for neck pain only, was altered with medical conditions I was not there for or seen for with two diagnosis I do not have.
Below both of these summaries are from the same visit on the day the 10th. It was changed only when I went back to the clinic and asked why were additional things added to this summary which I do not have when I was there for neck pain.

I was glad I got it documented although doing so set the stage for useful an updated delusional misdiagnosis that was left in my Kaiser medical records. And, a person is not documented way later in life with the type of mental illness they tried to slap on me having years and years of no history and a normal and well adjusted functioning in life except what horrific human experimentation tried to put me through!
