Long Range Acoustic Device & “Militarized Police State” Torture and Mind Control Technology

The Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) is an acoustic hailing device and sonic weapon developed by LRAD Corporationto send messages and warning tones over longer distances or at higher volume than normal loudspeakers. LRAD systems are used for long-range communications in a variety of applications including as a means of non-lethal, non-kinetic crowd control.

According to the manufacturer’s specifications, the systems weigh from 15 to 320 pounds (6.8 to 145.1 kg) and can emit sound in a 30–60° beam at 2.5 kHz. The manufacturer also produces systems for public address and mass notification use that broadcast 360°.

The parameter “ka”, which is the wave number multiplied by the speaker radius, is often used to characterize sound source directivity. For this source, ka=19 at 2.5 kHz, and according to the LRAD data sheet, the beam angle of about 30 degrees total is what is predicted for a regular loudspeaker.

Small spherical “point-source” acoustic devices follow the known inverse square law, which predicts the loss of 6 decibels (dB) per doubling of distance from the source, solely due to geometric spreading. Large speakers (or large arrays), such as these, have an interference pattern in the nearfield which produces peaks 6 dB higher than the output pressure and nulls where the pressure is essentially zero. The larger the speaker, and the higher the frequency, the longer the effective nearfield. The nearfield for this device is approximately 8 metres (26 ft).[6]

LRAD Corporation was formerly named American Technology Corporation.

In addition to its “voice” feature, which acts as a loudspeaker, the LRAD has an “alert” feature, which emits loud chirping sounds that have been reported to cause pain and hearing damage. The LRAD is often considered to be a sonic weapon. The NYPD’s LRAD use is being challenged in federal court.[7][1][8] Due to potential risks and a lack of studies on the health impact of sonic weapons, the ACLU recommends that their use on protesters be suspended.

During a peaceful protest in Detroit, the crowd experienced one of the several military technological devices, of many in use today, called the Long Range Acoustic Device or LRAD.

What is not being reported is that these weapons are capable of beaming voices directly into the target’s brain as a subliminal messaging system.

Many targeted individuals deal with the portable version of this weapon system regularly. Many report it being directed from locations around the target’s residence especially while trying to sleep in the wee hours of the morning. Those deploying it are attempting to disrupt the target’s nervous system. Hmmmmm, Hmmmmmm, Hummmmmm.

The technology is being provided to organized community harassment groups around a target but I highly doubt those recruited are being told that these weapons can be deadly especially when deployed relentlessly and from several locations at once.

The term “non-lethal” related to radiofrequency technology in use today, is an intentional deceptive misnomer and the impact of these new weapons depends on what the technology is used for. Many of the psychological electronic weapons today have been legalized for technology testing efforts for the military and law enforcement within the US and testing is in full force for riot and crowd control making US citizens non-consensual human guinea pigs. A well thought out plan with forethought is materializing right before our eyes backing a decisive agenda.

Numerous state-of-the-art operations/fusion centers are set up nationwide for deployment of what is also called “Black Bag” technology.  Many who have official access to this technology and various other patented psychological electronic technology are using it in ways most would not believe.

We have officially entered the “Militarized Police State” where the Constitution is a thing of the past in so many ways and mass population control technology is attempting to rule!
