Reportedly it mobilizes the “Neighborhood Watch” program and “Community Volunteer” programs including recruited criminal informants and parolees provide with a phone tracking app.
This results in awareness of the target’s location and the target being followed with the app revealing your description, and vehicle, etc., as well as where you are headed. Various types of malicious information is broadcasted across the app system to these groups promoting negative images for discrediting and dissemination of this type of information designed to keep volunteers motivated in the stalking harassment networks, and in some cases, far worse.

After my garage door remote was taken, and apparent entry, the next day I returned home and coleslaw which I had put into a smaller container in the refrigerator miraculously had a huge chunk, about 1/2 inch piece of black glass in it. I also noticed an unopened pack of lunch meat now opened with an unknown substance spread on it which I threw away.
In Mark Rich’s “The Hidden Evil” he details officially motivated break-ins, and provides accurate detailed information of how this covert evil is structured. The key is to appear bizarre, and as a matter of course while many targeted report food poisoning.
