The information released is only what the government chooses to release which means how many more citizens have truly been affected by human experimentation the numbers must be staggering in the past 50 years. The Defense Department receives billions of dollars a year and we do not know how much of that is spent on classified non-consensual black operation human experimentation since this knowledge becomes a U.S. National Security issue.
