While searching for information describing the extreme torture that many are reporting nationwide and globally, using Directed Energy Weapons, I stumbled onto this now modified dystopia.
When I read through what was written, it hit me hard, as the beamed Directed Energy Weapon continued cooking my back, legs, officially from the drone tracking and monitoring me around the clock. The drone operated by a corrupt unit of the Los Angeles Police Department, overseen by the Los Angeles FBI – Joint Resource Intelligence Center (JRIC – counterterrorism division) was hell-bent on an extreme, physical campaign of subjugation Today these types of joint targeting operations also encompass military technology and personnel.
The ultimate goal of covert terrorism is not to kill the target immediately. Apparently, this would, in a sociopath program, would not provide the satisfaction sought by those obsessed, and some would argue possessed. Doing this would surely reveal this program for what it really is. It is an official, hideous effort, by joint agencies who have gained approval by Congress to test the technology on the civilian population, legally, specifically the military, federal, state, and local police departments.
After reading through the article below, the realization that the description is identical to the official beamed torture systems no longer science fiction, but today science nonfiction, and well established for official full hideous use today. It was/is covertly yesterday and today devastating by comparison. When I changed “”victims” to “targets” and elaborated on the mirrored connection, the accuracy of identical, merciless suffering throughout the ages, which is antediluvian emerged.

The originator then asks for input by defining the goal from others regarding this type of technology, which again, I edited to reveal identical suffering today by beamed weapon systems and devices and beamed covert suffering.
The task became by my now modification, to design a highly perfected, global system which slowly tortures human beings to death while causing maximal suffering, by prolonging and intensifying the suffering using Directed Energy Weapons. The heinous, monstrous intent, is to keep the subject alive for as long as possible, while gradually deconstructing the target’s body and health.
The focus is to adapt the anatomy of the target and the body parameters of the target, automatically to a “hand-tailoring” of an electromagnetic torture program. By using an individual’s unique Biometric Signature” as a “Biometric Fingerprint,” which includes DNA as an antenna, for electromagnetic focus resulting in downloading brainwave patterns, into a massive “Brain-Computer Interface (BCI)” for tracking and ongoing tracking and monitoring. Playing a role, in the paradigm, also is the official review of untold numbers of target’s medical records, enabling revelation of dormant minor medical conditions to exploit as a cover, gained from 24/7 real-time surveillance includes to doctor appointments, where weaknesses are revealed. These efforts also include simply assessment through “Remote Neural Monitoring,” aka mind-reading, documenting effectiveness by the target’s responses to the beam torture, fear, and emotional pain determining what is useful and effective.
Directed Energy Weapons are reported globally as being used for open-air beamed pain rays and public execution autonomously, and also operated manually by reported by thousands in an official global executioner program. The weapons are portable, handheld, land, sea, again drone, and space-based connecting the honed energy of the Electromagnetic Spectrum and influence for the bioelectric body.

The first goal of a dictatorship is to try to get information from the target by continually administering excruciating pain, today by the weapon system. Pivotal for success is the human disconnect, lack of empathy, or compassion. It is founded on the fact that those at the helm and recruits cannot comprehend the amount of pain the victim is going through. This too is strategic by the design of the technology why the technology, computerized, is designed to give the impression and feel of simply playing a video game. However, the real-time monitor is a real-life human being. For example, set aside any religious significance that has become associated with what is right or wrong, or humane or inhumane. Death by crucifixion in today’s high-tech arena meets the goals of the growing totalitarian and dictator state perfectly, and how history and strategy have united throughout the ages for slow kill torture while other’s watch.

The victim could take shallow breaths for a while, but eventually would be forced to push himself up to take a full breath.
At this point three things happen:
The victim’s weight is now fully supported by his feet. The nails through the feet would be likely to hit two major nerves running through the area. The result would be excruciating pain in the legs.
The nails in the wrists would be likely to pierce the main nerve running through the arm. As the target pushed up to breath, the wrists would rotate against the nail, irritating the nerves and causing intense pain in the arms.
Some authorities also believe that the crucifixion position would dislocate the shoulder or elbow. Any movement would aggravate the pain from these injuries.
The wounds on the target’s back from the scourging would push up against the rough part of the centerpiece. This would tend to re-open the wounds, leading to more pain and blood loss.
This combination of pain, here used as an archaic example of torture would quickly force the target to lower himself back down or submit. Eventually, the target would no longer be able to raise himself up and would suffocate making it too difficult to take a stand, in a rightful fight for his or her life in regards to what is happening today, and succumb.

A good example can be described by frequent heart beam slow-cooking, by the 24/7 focused energy weapon assault which can result in an enlarged heart that was recently noted in my health records after an EKG while hospitalized November of 2018. Out of state, I was still under drone beamed Directed Energy Weapon assaults. The fact is an enlarged heart can result from slow cooking by official personnel at the helm. The hope is that deadly results can be written off as another cause. Logically, when fluids are depleted by the dielectric heating capability of these weapons, focused on any organ, it would enlarge the area, slowly but surely, leading to the objective of powerful high-tech destructive results resonating throughout the human body gradually. Tissue and joints can be Directed Energy beamed destroyed and result in surgeries. And, corrupt federal agents, will call the physician or even beam influence the physician by tracking drones, no one is exempt, who arrogantly do not believe it a PATENTED technological capability BY mental manipulation, or think themselves above, law enforcement influence hoping to use them to entrap the target. Disinformation is promoted that the target is trying to get money from a failed surgery after the beam’s destruction. The objective is to destroy trust in the patient, portray the target as untruthful, a criminal, a money-seeking fraud and to continue the deterioration of the target’s health without professional beginning to believe in the high tech possibility. Discrediting the target as a fraud, then positions the physician to be used against the target when in fact the program is 100% factually strategically destroying the target’s health. And, if a joint prosthetic fails, the program’s goal is to prevent a rightful lawsuit or create the impression that what is happening is not real and that the target is crazy.
This is today’s high-tech, official, strategic, method to conceal monstrous subjugation torture. The process leading up to the ultimate beamed health destruction can take a couple of years, by strategically using extremely low frequencies. The focus is on every area of the human body, as the beam travels during 30 second or more slow-cooking sessions, which includes the skull, and heart and with women breast. Or, after assessing health records looking for minor issues to beam agitate and exploit (C-5 through C-7) the beam is then focused on the neck hoping to create to begin damage spine.
When a target does not become silent and continues exposure, or cannot be controlled, many are labeled as “Domestic Terrorist” outrageously. The program fears the truth can be used to mobilized national protest on a large scale and these agencies want to stop this before awareness explodes. In this lifelong, targeting program, focused until the target expires, operatives viciously will begin recooking surgical areas, starting with a low-intensity beam then gradually increasing it over a period of time.

As I have said before, some of them should not be in the same room with this technology. There is a determination to remain hidden due to egregious violations of Constitutional, Civil, and Human Rights inhumanely.
The title “The Guardian of Earth” revealed by the author is specifically referencing to today’s warriors, of all races, creeds, colors, exposing this monstrous program, globally, and placing their lives on the line to expose the truth.
My initial concern was found in a small declaration, in one of the links, regarding those involved in this program historically deemed “superior tribes.” Some feed on this warped, destructive perception, as justification for committing atrocities. However, with a thorough reading and understanding of what the author details as the machination, and horrific objectives of those at the top of the symbolic pyramid, within this blog, it becomes clear, the enforcers and overseers of the global paradigm are anything but honorable, or humane, yet authorized, sadly.
