After this statement I was hit by a powerful Directed Energy Weapon beamed breast cancer assault. This program is working in unison with military personnel and contracted personnel around the clock. This likely was a hope to synthetically created breast cancer. They also strategically focus inside my armpit for this as well. It felt like they a laser hole was being used on the right side. When sitting facing South, working, the right side of my body is beamed cooked from houses across the street, namely, Jacques, Campisi, Robles with garage and room setups including Spear and Robles houses around the clock. They are working in 8 hour shifts. For the record, a mammogram of my breast about six months previously gave me a clean bill of health and no issues with my breast.
Whistleblowers are targeted because they threaten the existing power structure, reputation, and livelihood of organizations and individuals by exposing wrongdoing. Retaliation, including social isolation, bullying, and career destruction, is often aimed at silencing the truth, punishing disloyalty, and discouraging others from reporting misconduct.
This program uses technology, shown in the video below for beamed harassment through the walls for 24/7 from neighboring locations, issuing death threats, degradation, and sexual harassment along with various patented psychophysical, psychotronic mind control and behavioral mind reading and mind invasive technologies.
Understand that I owe no allegiance to any man, Black or White, this program hand selects from poor communities to do their dirty work knowing they are expendable and desperate to be involved in anything due to aimless lives before recruitment. Threats won’t stop a rightful battle for my God given life and will instead ignite a fire that can only be put out with their loss of employment or incarceration.
With this said, I ask for understanding from the thousands upon thousands of Black men, who honor their families, and are productive members of society of whom we look up to and respect based on their strength of character and who provide positive role models to youth with their pants up. Typically those involved, with military personnel work in shifts into the wee hours of the morning by assignment. The Jesus Robles’ house setup across the street uses the upstairs bedroom with this image showing a military drone overhead focused on me inside my bedroom. It is obvious that the thrill provides this group of goons a delusional satisfaction by calling evil good. There is nothing good about hidden physical torture of someone defenseless to this powerful weapon system, or the relentless insults, death threats, used as the hope to destroy a human life.
