Today it appears to have come of age as a possible tool of mass population control and is in full covert use today as shown during Jesse Ventura’s spotlight on Dr. Robert Duncan. Robert Duncan, a once insider, during the “Brain Invaders” episode which aired December 17, 2012, on TruTV spoke on his involvement in cultivating this technology for widespread use.

I was shocked to hear that millions are reporting this technological effect today as efforts continue to keep, the technology’s use literally under the radar escalates.
