The fact is, and it historically documented, the use of microwave-beamed weapon targeting remains ongoing and of which many years ago focused on the US Embassy in Moscow. THE HUM IS A GLOBAL ISSUE WITH COMPLAINTS ALL OVER THE WORLD!
In 2013, I begin to hear a distinct, intense, humming sound rattling my nervous system, each and every night turned on just after midnight on which I could not locate the source. I at first thought it was satellite-delivered through cell/microwave of towers placed less than 1/4 of a mile apart all across the country.
I did an antennae search to see if there were microwave/cell tower’s present in the location of which I could hear the beam entering my bedroom. I learned that neighboring locations around me could be set up to deploy portable technology also by using computer-aided software.

ANTENNAE SEARCH IN ANY NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE USA
It was by chance and a blessing that I became aware of the deadly weaponized Hum’s existence. Prior to, the after effect, the next morning, always resulted in a heavy feeling in my brain which initially went unnoticed until it, the hum began to happen frequently and with increased intensity.
When I would wake to use the restroom during the night is when the realization hit. Had I not, I would have never known of the focus, specifically during these hours, typically, 3:30 a.m. until 6:30 a.m., nor would I be aware of a possible horrendous, vicious, malicious, effort and intentional effect. I was relentlessly attacked by extremely low-frequency technology, ongoing and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the wee hours of the morning as my activism became effective and people begin to take notice.
Because I am heavily targeted, it was not difficult, after the realization, to make a likely connection, after which my immediate attempt to understand how this sound emanated, or if the unique nerve-racking hum, hum, hum… could be a part of a now highly escalated “slow kill” effort focused on me. I did what many typically do. I started researching.
In research, I learned that many people, globally, have reported the same dynamic as an identical, intense, hum, and dating back 40 years. It is described as a powerful brain invasion and vibration.
Today we know that most of the technology in use dates back decades in research, TESTING, and development. However, scientists today attempts to locate the source have reported being unsure how the monotone hum was being used or its capability for irradiating the human brain. Although most were positive that it does actually exist again based on numerous credible reports all over the world but how.
For 5 years, I slept under protective material inside my bedroom inside of a homemade bunker to deflect severely directed energy weapon attacks just to sleep each night. Sleep deprivation is key in these operations as part of PsyOps for breaking victims down psychologically. I used material from Home Depot around my bed, R-Max, Thermasheath 3, which is aluminum insulated foam typically used to soundproof buildings. It effectively blocked the searing pain of the heating of tissue related to the ongoing energy weapons attacks, along with bringing the powerful hum to a dull roar, however, this was only when inside it.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION REMAINS A, STRATEGIC, POWERFUL

During the day the hum, after a night of intensity, was turned to a barely audible setting.
This appeared to be an effort to continue the obvious goal during the day in a quieter mode. When I used headgear purchased from an EMF frequency website the hum almost completely disappeared while I slept.
The hum was originating from an outside source resulting in my awareness of a factual synthetic method using Sonic Weapons for this globally reported sound phenomenon. If at any time during the night my protective gear, came off, the hum was immediately deployed by the shift working from 10:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m., watching me in real-time and laying low for an opportunity to use the hum under their watchful eye. Based on reports globally, I wondered if the hum could actually be some type of global brain entrainment?
In September of 2014, finally getting settled permanently, night after night, at a new location, I would still hear the focus of the extremely low-frequency hum penetrating and radiating inside my head leaving my whole body vibrating. I felt as if I had been in a train wreck, drained, weakened, and tired. I also noticed that short-term memory appeared to be affected for several days.
Many victim’s documents also a disorienting effect and extreme increased anxiety appearing to originate out of nowhere until the body and mind regained composure. Who could fathom that a hum could become a covert, intentional, possible, death sentence?
In the darkness of the night sky, around 3:30 a.m., one night after waking, I could see drones with flashing bright lights, in a triangular pattern, hovering above my residence in low orbit. While traveling at night, I watched a drone, without a doubt, following me, East, West, North, and South amazed at the level of the subjugation level deployed around me.
The line once separating military operations from the civilian populations has been blurred as several states braced themselves for Jade Helm which was initiated on July 15, 2015, as a militarized civilian effort. The system used is a radio frequency biometric, bio-coded weapon system, documented fully in a later blog, capable of monitoring and tracking based on a person’s human biometric signature such as brainwave patterns, and also capable of beamed deployment through handheld, portable, land, microwave/cellular towers, drones, sea, and space-based weapon systems. Again, many targets report that military involvement focuses depend on how close they live to any military installation reported by those who live near Airforce, Army, Navy, or Marine bases with these bases nationwide.
We know that the “Washington Navy Yard shooter,” Aaron Alexis, said he was being targeted by Extremely Low-Frequency weapons (ELF) and he reported originated from a Navy operation after this tragedy. One of the culprits reported to be the source is said to be HAARP. Recently, as my exposure effort’s continue and my determination intensifies to bring before the public the reality of a horrific high-tech program, and how several versions of patented DOD termed “Black Bag” technology is being used, I woke with the humming noise so intense that I became concerned with the need to ensure that my alkaline balance stayed in the normal range. Of course, there is physical damage to the body.
Doctors find that when the body’s balance is off, cancer results. Non-ionizing radiation, beamed, could certainly contribute to severe illness. Recognizing this, I knew that my first priority was to hopefully combat what was intentionally happening and restore my body’s alkaline. With this specific article, excerpted below, I knew that the author was unbiased and accurately depicting possibilities of how the technology is deployed. It struck a chord with me when the author said that psychiatry is determining the complaints of thousands of people, worldwide as mass delusions. In my opinion, this statement is key in consideration of what we know is an ongoing nonconsensual technology testing program, and psychiatry’s continued role and goal in assisting in keeping it hidden for government interest and testing operations, and the deception vital for public trust.
The overall awareness today of the non-consensual human guinea pig testing program, as I have stated, numerous times, is legalized for military/law enforcement, and the very fact that this hum is being deployed during the hours that the target experiences deepest sleep, REM, hints at the objective of these operations, 100%. Whether fact or fiction, the hum means nothing healthy nor any measure of good intent.
This article, and others on the subject, also report that some have been so devastated by the relentless hum that they have committed suicide, which is not unrealistic when recognizing many facets of these types of psychological operation which appears to have a Standard Operating Procedure globally. “The program” is combined with covert verbal harassment, shattering, and surreal destruction of all that is dear, health destruction, and actual, reported, beamed suggestions of suicide worldwide.
The very fact that when asked, the military refused to comment or substantiate, the reality of the extremely low-frequency hum is telling, some would argue. No doubt. As shown by one of Great Britain’s foremost authorities, related to Microwave human testing and experimentation, Barrie Trower, reports that this is just what is happening, and details specific testing efforts in a specific city in Great Britain named Porton Down.
Barrie Trower is a well-known retired British physicist who was a microwave weapons expert who worked for the Royal Navy and the British Secret Service, who came out of retirement as a whistleblower to alert the public.
Barry Trower revealed extensive large-scale experimentation in the city of Porton Down. He details the testing of psychotronic weapons in the United Kingdom on the public and estimates eight out of nine of the people involved are profoundly influenced.
He describes experiments where these weapons have been tested using entire communities as factual and describes how assassins are created. He estimates, for example, a success rate of 80 – 90 percent in influencing and controlling people through psychotronic mind control weaponry and the effects of extremely low frequencies saying:
