From my perspective, I believe certain things, when targets are trying to inform the public of this program create problems and can lead to a perception of mental illness. Right before the TI Springtime Rally happened into Sacramento, California, I had an opportunity to preview the flyer and contact the administrator with grievances which are detailed below. Overall the rally went off without a hitch, as shown later.

I was overjoyed and prepared to do a blog for additional promotion of this rally to get the word out about yet another honorable unified endeavor. As a native Californian who continually hopes to educate the public, I thought, and still think, these yearly events an excellent opportunity to reach the public. What better location than a rally in infamous California, albeit up North, with all its glitz and glory.
As I read the narrative, my goal was curtailed by two words, and both within the first paragraph. The first paragraph is powerful because it sets the tone of the purpose and objective of this and any publicized event.
Many that know me, know that it is never my heartfelt intent to present negativity in any way about this powerful movement of courageous souls and the community overall, of whom many, I am not ashamed to say, I have grown to admire. A lot of people continue to stay the course and have proven will not bend nor break under extreme, horrific circumstances. However, I was instantly cautioned that certain words have a powerfully negative and could leave a lasting negative impact. Below is the original narrative.

“A major focus of the global TI Springtime Rally will be demonstrating in Sacramento, California in support of Dr. Tomo Shibata’s bill titled The Organized Torture Act. Understanding the negativity surrounding word’s such as abduction and “Satanic Ritual Abuse” and an instant connection that includes any subtle association with UFO’s, alien abductees, and demonology, I wondered why the words were even necessary and more importantly, the possible resulting portrayal could have damaging implications if the use was not explained for human experimentation targets, and the use of patented technology and the negative perception thereof without these details. And I felt “secret corporations” was absract. As far as I know, after near 18 years, target’s do not consider themselves abductees, and I was confused why the website administrators felt it fit even figuratively.
Many highly credible, intelligent individuals all over the world are not on the UFO agenda nor the alien abduction bandwagon recognizing this, again, as a part of the distraction from ongoing official mind control programs in and of itself.
And, it widely believed it is totally illogical, to report before the public, stalkers are climbing on top of the roof of their homes or their neighbor’s homes, risking their lives by falling which is how attorney Matt Barasch was discredited after going on the Dr. Phil a few years ago as revealed in the videos below. The problem is that The Dr. Phil Show, enjoyed by millions of viewers across the nation consistently ranks as one of the #1 daytime talk shows among all first-run syndicated strips and is was very influential. Additionally, Dr. Phil is licensed to nearly 50 territories and countries worldwide. All of this must be considered as having an impact on how the program is explained to the public.
One of the speakers during the “TI Awareness Day” rally, August 29, 2019, reported stalkers climbing on his roof as well during his speech to the public. The reaction to Attorney Matt Barasch’s similar claim by Dr. Phil and the audience would later serve as a warning that it is illogical and bizarre to the public resulting in, logically, mental illness.
Personally, I totally agree with Dr. John Hall’s assessment, said during the Ground Zero interview with Clyde Davis, August 29, 2019, regarding these specific reports about bricks being thrown on roofs which tumble down sounding like footsteps which have been documented. Great lengths are being taken to confuse target and those involved are having far too much fun and the goal is for people to speak about this while under targeted influenced.
I also add the patented capability to create beamed sound effects using drones, etc., to the equation for ongoing Psychological Operation (PsyOps) around Targets and the hopeful conclusion that targets will self-sabotage themselves with bizarre reports. The program is well thought out and strategic after years of experience.
For the record, I believe that in the state that California TI’s do not need or want any connection to “abduction programs” or “Satanic Ritual Abuse” attachment in any form to our efforts here. The fact is, improper use of examples ties into negative public images and especially when considering that the usage, and publicizing it, arguably could be considered pure disinformation, and the reporter illogically loony, by those at the helm of psychophysical technology who are continually, officially, working to influence and hijack the truth. They are on a mission, working in rotating shifts around the clock in these operation centers, and determined to destroy any revealing positive action and damaging exposure evolving even when it involves harmless, peaceful public rallies. On a personal level, I can attest that factually, the noise generating patent below, described early regarding the Attorney on Dr. Phil is heavily used around targets to create various sounds to include sounds of people walking around inside your house, sounds of ringing the doorbell and knocking.

Targets are not being forcibly taken, but placed into intense surveillance, overtly and covertly, tracked and monitored both inside and outside of private residences and attacked by a heinous electronic Standard Operating Procedure. Did you know that U.S.A.F. fighter pilots have been using thought-operated weapons systems for two decades or more?
When a university, group, or individual announces a new patent or the beta-testing of a technology and it has value to the defense industry there is a good chance that it has already been around for at least two decades and is being revealed to the public through a controlled leak, a new toy, or a techie article.

So in 2004 NASA announced that they had developed what could be referred to as sub-vocalization or pre-vocalization interception and translation technology.
Now step back a second and remember that there are toys which can be controlled by a headset, weapons-systems which are controlled by thought patterns, and forward-looking infra-red systems which the military, law enforcement and fire departments utilize to passively and remotely view individuals which appear as dynamic and fluid images, thermally defined. These hand-held imaging devices can be bought on E-bay for as little as $1500, and have been around for at least two decades – to fire departments.
So, if one were to utilize a combination of this technology available to the general public (or a few tech-savvy 19 year-olds), for the past two decades, what could they come up with, or produce? What could be made from a combination of these “publicly-known” technologies? And remember, what the public has access to and is aware of is at least a generation or two behind what the government has in its arsenal.
The next time you drive down the street take a look at all of the antenna arrays affixed to “cell-phone” towers. Are all of them really needed to make sure that your call to Aunt Susie is clear and uninterrupted? Are all of those strange-looking antennas designated for cell phones? Final thought. Thank you for taking the time to info us about what is happening and clarify your position on things. I am really rethinking my efforts in going to this now. There is no reason what so ever to use those types of words in the Rally mission statement and so that is making me think this is not a legit thing. What are your suggestions here? It’s a good thing that we have so many people that want to participate and raise awareness, even at great detriment to their own lives but I don’t want to be setting people up for further harassment. That the Scott did not change the wording is really not a good sign in my book and I’m thinking it’s all bad to try to go now. I will have to let the people that I know are going. This is unfortunate. We need to take things to a different level here and bringing up all this satanic stuff doesnt do it
