In 1958 Project ORION human experimentation by the U.S. Air Force, is reputedly began. It is said to study drugs, hypnosis, electronic brain invasion with radar, microwaves, and extremely low frequencies (ELF) of sound.

For well over 50 years, human experimentation undertook the most extensive mind-manipulation program in the history of the world. Every conceivable method for molding the mind was explored and refined, many of them tested on unwitting American citizens.

Scientific circles within the USA would argue that the USA won the classified Electromagnetic Radiation (EMR) Arms Race.  Relatively unknown to many is that the former USSR had at one time, advocated banning EMR (Electromagnetic Radiation) weapons since the 1970s and the U.S. heavily denied classified nonlethal weapons since the 1960s and has also denied the existence of the powerful biological weapon effects of  EMR used as Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF) up to the 1990s. 

Today ongoing human experimentation using EMR is not being reported by the government involved, it is left to a massive growing and unified exposure effort across the USA, that includes the Soviet Union, across Europe, Asia, Africa, and virtually every country on the planet.  Those stepping forward similarly reveal a horrific, high-tech decisive technological program which is geared for global mass, social and population control of which within the USA is documented as a 20 years study, beginning the 50’s initially involing many Canadians and the USA citizens, known as MKULTRA.

The Pentagon stated on CNN news that radio frequency weapons are too sensitive to discuss and have maintained this stance throughout the 1980s.  In the 1990s, however, the military admitted to looking for EMR weapons specifically based on EMR bio-effects.

Today there is a massive struggle to take back the freedom that government secrecy, and covered-up government crime have stolen from a current generation and renewed hope for all future generations.  None are free until this vile agenda, covertly destroying the very core of formerly Democratic nations is exposed and purged.

The National Security Archive is a non-governmental research institute and library that collects and publishes declassified documents obtained through the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, a public interest law firm defending and expanding public access to government information through the FOIA, and an indexer and publisher of the documents in books, microfische, and electronic formats.

The National Security Archive was founded in 1985 by a group of journalists and scholars who had obtained documentation under the FOIA and sought a centralized repository for these materials. Over the past twelve years, the Archive has become the world’s largest non-governmental library of declassified documents.
